Our hot water heater got a leak. We called Aqueduct and they came out that morning and gave us a very reasonable estimate, then installed it that afternoon. The workers were courteous and their work was excellent. This is our 2nd time using them and we will continue to use tgem.

I called John Moore to come clear my stopped up kitchen sewer line. They used a high power hose to push all the debris to the spot of the stoppage and used a very weak camera connected to a cell phone to analyze. The technician told me we had a broken pipe twenty five feet under the foundation. He gave me two options. Option 1: $11,500 95 foot reroute. Option 2: $26,500 tunnel to repair the break. I chose the reroute and paid them with a credit card. The next day before they began the reroute began, I called Billy at Aqueduct Plumbing for a second opinion. He sent a crew over to take a look. They brought a much better camera system and showed me the exact cause of the stoppage.They used a much better high pressure hose to clear the stoppage. When they finished, the pipe looked like new with no break and all clear! Thank you Billy and Aqueduct Plumbing! Hopefully I will get my money back from John Moore!

We used Aqueduct for one of our broken kitchen drain pipe underneath the slab in parents old house, they came out and give us estimate and we end up using them for the repair. They re-routed the plumbing pipes to exterior to the backyard main drain line. The work was completed however there were few mis-communication between the office and crew workers. The permit inspectors had to make multiple attempts to get the inspection complete. Overall we have a good experience but wish we are given more information so we can plan properly.

I absolutely recommend Aqueduct plumbing. Office manager Jessica was quick to get us on the schedule when we had a plumbing problem that left us without water at the house.Technician Juan and his helper Horacio were amazing and fixed everything much faster than we expected and with no issues whatsoever. They were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve a problem that I had trouble articulating clearly.I had no idea where my leak was coming from and expected to go without water for a few more days and to have a lot of costly and time-consuming repairs between myself and a hot shower but they came out in the pouring rain and fixed it for us the same day.I can’t thank them enough for their efficiency, skill, and absolute professionalism.

Aqueduct Plumbing was used as a sub for Re-Pipe Specialists on my home and man did I get lucky! These guys came out on time and re-piped our 3-2-2 in one day. Their lead guy walked me through what they were going to do and they got to work. I was a little nervous about holes in the walls but they made a minimal amount of access holes and it was well thought out in advance to minimize these holes. His team was courteous and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The drywall repair guys came in the next day and patched and textured everything to match. I had a minimal amount of painting and touch up. Best of all, in my newly remodeled kitchen, all the work was done either behind the dishwasher or under the sink. Overall, they did a great job with no call backs for any reason.I would be remiss in not mentioning Aqueducts front office ladies. They communicated with me every step of the way and reached out after to make sure all was well.If you happen to need a whole-house re-pipe, or any other plumbing needs, I strongly suggest you reach out to Aqueduct Plumbing directly. Its hard to find good contractors but they are at the top of my list.

I put off repiping as long as possible because I dreaded going through the ordeal. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Aquaduct Plumbing did my work. I have a two story, five bedroom, four bath home and they were able to do a total repipe in just two days with minimal cutting into sheetrock. The next day the house was inspected and passed with flying colors, and the following day, their sheetrock group took over and in one day, all sheetrock was repaired so efficiently you would never know they were here. Everyone working in my home was courteous and made every effort to accommodate my wishes. My house is nearly sixty years old, and had I known how easy this would be, I would have done it years ago. I would highly recommend this companys services. P.S.: You have no idea how great it is to have full water pressure from all faucets again. Thank you Aquaduct.

Aqueduct went above and beyond helping so many people this week. They came out late in the evening about 12 hours before the appointment because they had a bit of spare capacity and knew that so many folks were in great need. Our plumber (Josh) was exhausted (it was after 8 PM) yet still incredibly professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and went beyond to call to check some other potentially problematic areas in our ceiling. I will definitely use Aqueduct in the future and am impressed with how honest, direct, professional and helpful they were with everything. They really wanted to help us and did an excellent job.

Their total bid was LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted by one of the companies who frequently advertises on television about how great they are AND that company wanted full payment up front! Aqueduct required no payment until the job was completed. Their crew was professional and when the job was completed, I couldnt even tell they had been there. I highly recommend this business for any and all plumbing needs!

Aqueduct did a fantastic job with our total repipe. The team professionally replaced 85-year-old galvanized plumbing in less than a day. When complications arose, as is virtually inevitable in older homes, Aqueduct took care of everything with top-notch workmanship and professionalism. Then, when another old pipe issue came up, this time with a short turnaround time, Aqueduct responded quickly and performed the work to the highest standard. I am very pleased with worked completed by Aqueduct Plumbing. They were was subcontracted by Repipe Specialists to replace my old galvanized pipes with the high quality Uponor PEX piping. They showed up on time and completed all the work as they originally stated. They did an excellent job all the way through: cutting holes discretely in sheet rock, running new lines in my attic, patching sheet rock matching existing wall texture. They even installed a new gas line (with reasonable extra cost) I wanted for a future kitchen remodel. I will use them again for future plumbing and gas needs.

I personally had a quote from one of the bigger, national companies and the problem they diagnosed wasnt the problem at all. He got me in the schedule quickly, and Sam and Sebastian were not only quick and efficient, but incredibly friendly. First of all this company really came through for us. They did everything, and I mean everything that they said that they would do during this Freezing weather crisis that Texas is going through. They answered (unlike almost all of the other plumbers that we called) their phones, they committed to a Thursday (less than 48 hours after pipe break) appointment with a phone call before arrival, they committed to checking out our plumbing system and doing a pressure check after repairs and their plumber was simply outstanding explaining everything he was doing and providing me with very comforting reassurance that his repairs and inspections were done professionally. He also walked my wife and I through all of the steps we should take during the next Big Freeze.During this recent DEEP FREEZE we had a copper pipe burst on Tuesday afternoon. Before we could cut off the water and drain the pipes we had a 2 x 3 area of sheetrock and insulation fall from the ceiling. We had water through out the laundry room and kitchen. Shortly after that we lost electricity for around 30 hours and the hole in the ceiling only added to to the freezing temps in our house.Aqueduct Plumbing was simply outstanding. The lady who answered the phone when I first called (in a rather panicked state) was so thorough in scheduling my appointment. I was really surprised if not shocked when she told me that they could show up within 48 hours. The Aqueduct Plumber Sam was the best. I know that he was and had been working long and late hours but when he showed up he made me feel like I was his most important call of the day. He was thorough, professional and a real pleasure to deal with.Many of the other plumbers in the area had recorded messages and have still not called back.Aqueduct and their team are reliable, priced fairly and they do what they say that they are going to do.

I called them on a Friday evening about a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my kitchen ceiling. Henry, the owner, assured me that a tech would come by Saturday morning between 8am-12pm. Joshua called the next day and alerted me that he was on his way. He arrived around 9:30. He assessed the problem, told me how long itd take, and explained everything he was doing. My water was shut off for only about 45 minutes while Josh worked. He made sure the leak was completely fixed before leaving. They charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Josh was super friendly and respectful. I would use them again.

We finally find a plumbing company we are 100% comfortable with! I hired them in August based on reviews from Nextdoor and they did an awesome job at helping me install an RO water system under my sink and installing a new kitchen faucet. Their fees were very fair. Now were looking at purchasing a new home and we hired them to inspect the lines. Their rate for running a camera is half the price we were charged 4 years ago on our current home. There was an honest mistake in scheduling and they were quick to apologize, take responsibility, and make it right. That speaks volumes about a company, in my opinion. The 3 guys Ive met through Aqueduct have all been friendly, professional, and hard working. The lady who answers the phone is always professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and we plan on using them for all future plumbing needs. A+++
