    Alliance Plumbing had somebody out to my house within 30mins!Mr. Lopez did a fantastic job working on my issue. He answered all of my numerous questions while by being polite and patient. He was also quick and described everything that he would be doing and was upfront about everything.Definitely would recommend! Always great to have a hard working local group in the area.

    Did a great job for us replacing and re-routing our main water line and installing a new water heater. It was a big job with major digging and trenching. They did everything quickly and put everything back perfectly to make it look like they were never there. Agustin was great to work with!

    I highly recommend Sean from Alliance Plumbing. I needed to replace my water heater and Sean came out and gave me and estimate. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Called to schedule the install and they came out within an hour of my call. Sean was friendly fast and effecient. He gave me advice on another problem i was having on my AC. I had used Alliance several years ago with good results and I’m glad to see they are just as good, maybe even better.

    So my experience with Alliance Plumbing was great! No one likes to come out 30k to do a job but my Home needed the upgrade Mr Sean Estes was the lead on my job this guy impressed me with not only being a man of his word but staying on top of the job start to finish! His Communication and Prompt attention in handling my issues was top notch! I highly recommend him!!!! His partner Alfredo Lopez was also equally as great with explaining the process and doing an absolutely amazing job start to finish these guys got me back up and running even in this heat!!!!     10 out of 10 recommend Alliance Plumbing Services. From the initial call for help to repairs completed, the Alliance team were great to work with. The team member who took my call on 8/27 to schedule services was kind, compassionate, and took detailed notes on the reason for my call. Was able to set an appointment for a time that worked for my schedule and reassured me that the Alliance team was committed to getting my plumbing concerns resolved, which is why the set aside a BLOCK of time for services.Day of, the team members assigned to my ticket called me an hour prior to my scheduled time and asked if they could come EARLY, because they wrapped up another job sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival, Johnny and Waylon were kind, professional, and ready to get to work. They took the time to hear my concerns and then evaluated the situation to provide feedback and recommendations on how to address the issue. Not only did Johnny and Waylon provide me with experienced insight on the issue at hand, they provided realistic, comprehensive, and balanced recommendations on the options for repair.     Jonathan did excellent work in replacing my bathtub faucet stems and hardware. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he saw were the issues and a couple of plans on how he could correct the problem with the price of each. He was on time, very professional and polite and left the work area clean. Excellent service!!

    I have had extensive experience with various contractors in new home construction, retrofits, and repairs. However, I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Alliance. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The pleasant receptionist promptly scheduled appointments and sent confirmation emails and calendar invites. The day before the appointment, I received another confirmation text and email. On the day of the appointment, Johnny called to inform me that he was on his way, arriving 50 minutes ahead of schedule. I was even able to track Johnnys location on my phone in real-time. When Johnny and his colleague, Agustin, arrived, they immediately began the work. They not only completed the job excellently, but also inspected my hot water heater after shutting off the gas. Their use of advanced software to update customers before and after service truly sets them apart. I am now a loyal customer of Alliance and highly recommend their services. They have truly exceeded my expectations and turned me into a loyal supporter of their business.

    Amazing! Customer Service from the initial phone call to The Service Technician 👨‍🔧 leaving my House. In less than a few hours I had a Licensed Plumber (Agustin, great guy) come to my house and give me estimates while educating me on Tankless Water Heater setup connections.     Had a pipe collapse under the slab for our kitchen and decided it was time to replace all the old sewer lines under our house. Sean and Alfredo came out and did an inspection and provided several options. They explained the whole process and the work involved. That evening city came out and marked lines and next morning the tunnels under the house were dug and permits submitted. Sean and Alfredo redid all the plumbing under our house and most of the yard, now everything is working perfectly! Extremely happy with our new sewer lines and surprised how quickly they got the job done despite the bad storms. We had practically no downtime and everything was done before expected. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled and even cleaned up after the job was done. Very satisfied with Alliance plumbing handling this project and the quality and efficiency of their work. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you Sean Estes and Alfredo Lopez, and Alliance plumbing!     Best plumber in the city. Company and its employees went above and beyond to get our main water line tested for leaks so the proper repair can be made. Sean got us all fixed up with all repairs done right the first time. Would recommend you ask for Sean to be your repairman if you want years of experience working on your plumbing needs.

    This one is for the ladies. Us women know how anxious we feel when our homes are not in working order (especially our kitchens). This is how I felt this morning, to wake to find that both sides of my kitchen sinks were filled with to the top with dirty, disgusting sewage water that had backed up from the washing machine-needless to say how bad it made my kitchen smell.All I could think was that I need help. The first time ever I called ALLIANCE Plumbing - and JONATHAN LUCIO was to the rescue. I have been a homeowner for over 25 years-with much experience with all types of contractors for home repairs, some good, some not. Jonathan is one of the BEST. I had 1000 questions for him regarding this plumbing problem that I had issues with for years, (but no other plumber ever took the time to explain), and Jonathan was very patient, professional, and personable -never made me feel that anything I asked was ridiculous. Please ask for him BY NAME. You will get a professional job at a fair price-you will not be disappointed. Thank you ALLIANCE and JONATHAN.

    I had my gas meters and gas line ripped up by a tree that fell during hurricane Barryl. I found Alliance Plumbing here on Yelp, put out for bid to replace all gas lines going into property and they responded immediately. The entire job from start to end was handled by them professionally and informed us of what was required to be to code. Shawn, our tech who was in lead of the project kept us informed every step of the way of the job process and when there was additional cost due to items found after getting into the job, it was all reasonable. Job was done professionally and they took care of everything the city required. Thank you! Thank you Shawn for everything!

    Sean and his team were excellent! He showed me the interior of the pipes under my house with the camera. He was courteous and kind. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a plumbing company. I have had several come out none of them even brought cameras, they just said my pipes needed to be replaced and they all came back with a higher cost to replace them. I will never use another plumbing company other than Alliance Plumbing. Even when they removed the old pipes, he made sure to let me see the condition they were in so I had no doubt they needed replacing. They were cracked all the way from one end of the house to the other and a huge chunk missing from one area. I would strongly recommend contacting Sean Estes with Alliance for any plumbing problems!

    We contacted Alliance for collapsed kitchen drain and ended up needing a total replacement of about 30ft. Sean and Alfredo were upront and thorough with the estimate, completion timeline and always quick to respond back to us with any updates or answers to our questions.     Eric and Johnny were polite, efficient, and didnt leave a mess. I enjoyed working with them very much! Very cool guys. I got four quotes and theirs was second lowest but came with warranty. They explained the situation in detail and provided a detailed quote before any work was done. The receptionist is also amazing! Shes always happy to help and truly enjoys her job.     Johnny and Waylon were my technicians through the entire process. When they came out for the initial inspection, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Johnny walked me through the entire process and the process went exactly how he explained. When they came out to replace tge water line, they were able to complete the job in just a few hours.     I have been using Alliance Plumbing for almost ten years and highly recommend them.     We have used Alliance Plumbing Services three times so far. They helped us with a plumbing leak in a pipe in our slab, replaced our old exterior faucet bibs and yesterday replaced our kitchen faucet. Each time I reached out I was treated very professionally and was scheduled very quickly. Plumbers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Yesterday, it was clear that our plumber, Blue, was experienced and competent; he explained everything well, respected our home by working clean and we are very happy with the outcome. You may not find Alliance to be the low cost solution. I think you will find theres value in the service you will receive thats hard to quantify but very worth it. We will not hesitate to use them again!

    Ive called on Alliance Plumbing for a number of repairs over the last year or two, and there are good reasons I go back to them each time a new issue surfaces. Kelly and his team are consistently honest, knowledgeable and prompt. Most recently, we had a drain line leak in a bedroom closet and needed it repaired quickly in advance of a scheduled flooring installation. I called Alliance at 7:45am, and by 8:30am, Nick was on the job. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and took the time to explain what all was involved. Hopefully, Im not calling them again too soon, but if I need a plumber, I will not hesitate to call Alliance.

    We had used Alliance previously in another home. They came as a reference from a good friend. They replaced our water heater and did a great job. Fast-forward to this Christmas Eve 2023 and a plumbing clog that shut down our washing machine usage and one upstairs bathroom. Lets just say, if you ever have an emergency issue, pray that it doesnt happen during, or around a holiday! After a failed attempt thru our Home Warranty company and Vintage Plumbing (zero contact whatsoever), I decided to cancel that order and pay my own way. I immediately thought of Alliance. I called their service that early afternoon and left details. I never heard back - not even to say we cant make it til Tuesday. I was desperate and reached out to Roto-Rooter. Same result - answering service, no contact in return. We accepted our fate and made do thru the Christmas. After waiting until about 9:30 am Tuesday morning, I had still not heard from Alliance, so I called. Im glad I did. The ticket fell thru the cracks and we werent even on the radar. That said, I promptly received many apologies and a friendly response to my request to have a Tech out that day. Sean Estes and his helper arrived a little late, but in good time. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They werent in the house more than 30-45 minutes and had us all fixed up like new again! They explained the issue, shared the camera view, and even answered some questions I had about some tips and tricks to avoid these issues in the future. Definitely give these guys a call!!! He explained the problems in detail after inspection and then the repairs needed and the costs involved, as well as the warranties for the four different plumbing problems we had.     We called Alliance regarding two clogged sinks. They were able to get us scheduled on the next business day even on a holiday week! They also were very accommodating when we had something pop up and had to switch our apt window, still coming the same day. Nick arrived promptly during the new time. He wore shoe covers inside our home to ensure our floors were kept clean. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly while explaining what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He recommended maintenance steps for us to prevent the same thing from happening in the future due to the nature of those lines. He did a fantastic job. We will definitely call Alliance again if needed and we will ask for Nick!

    Johnny was very knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. I appreciate that it goes a long way. We have a leak, and when Cody from Knights plumbing came he was in my house for no more than five minutes, and said there was a animal living in my wall. He said it was urine, and that we needed to pay him $298 for coming out. I knew he wasnt honest and was trying to run a game on my wife because I wasnt there. There was no way he could have seen anything from my attic, because the attic is above my game room upstairs. Johnny was honest and gave me my honest options because he cares about the customer, and isnt there to make almost $300 in less than five minutes.

    I regularly call Alliance Plumbing to fix a variety of problems and theyre always very professional, quick, and determined to solve the root issue of the problem. Theyre transparent and upfront about their prices and offer a variety of options to choose from to fix the problem and willing to explain the pros and cons of each one. Augustine is regularly one of the two plumbers to visit my house, they always seem to come in sets of two, and his skills and dedication to quality are very apparent in his work. This most recent visit, Nick was the other plumber and he was very perceptive, noticing other issues that could be fixed during their visit with surprising ease, and he tested the simpler solutions first after explaining each solution. They were both friendly and willing to be social, which I always appreciate in my technicians because I like having the work being done explained to me as well as chatting about various other subjects. Alliance Plumbing always does a phenomenal job with the work I ask them to do, and theyre my go-to plumber.

    Called Alliance Plumbing this morning to have a toilet leak repaired. They were able schedule an appointment for later in the afternoon. The technicians, Nick and Chacho called to see if they could come out a little bit earlier than the schedule appointment. They were very professional and provided a few repair options after accessing the issue. The repairs were completed in less than two hours. Both of them did an excellent job.I will be calling Alliance for any additional plumbing repairs.

    Had another excellent experience Alliance Plumbing. We took them up on their offer of a no-charge inspection of our plumbing systems. They sent Blue, who arrived promptly, took his time understanding and inspecting our system, and discussed the results with us. We agreed that it was time to replace one of our water heaters. Blue worked up a good estimate at a competitive price and scheduled the work when it was convenient for us. For the install, Blue again arrived promptly, worked quickly, and was very neat especially with transporting water heaters through the house and up/down the stairs.     I work for C. Johnnie on the Spot. Our water line busted over the weekend so when we came in on Monday morning there was water everywhere. I reached out to both Alliance Plumbing and Islandman Plumbing because the plumber we usually use was unavailable. (we are required to get 2 quotes when using a new company)I spoke with Jody over the phone and she was great. She was very friendly and assured me that someone would be able to make it out that same afternoon. You could actually hear the smile through her voice, just very pleasant to speak with over all.Nick Hartnett was the plumber they sent out to our business. He was also very friendly and helpful. Not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars. We had gotten a quote from the other company earlier that morning and they quoted us $3000 more than what we actually ended paying with Alliance plumbing (they didnt properly access the busted water line and was trying to charge for repairs that we didnt need.) Nick actually brought out a shovel and dug up the water line to find the route of the problem (the other company did not). He gave us and accurate and reasonable quote for the repairs, which to us, showed the companys integrity. Nick made us feel like a valued customer and not just like a commercial business that they could make more money off of. He came back the next morning to make the repairs and had us up and running by lunch time.I highly recommend using Alliance Plumbing as a whole. If you get to speak with Jody, you too will see what great customer service skills she has.You can also request Nick Hartnett as your plumber. He will make sure you are up and running in no time.     We called with an issue related to a leak in the main water valve. Alliance was prompt, getting someone out within a few hours for a non-emergency issue. When Agustin arrived, he was polite, kind and very competent. We had already opened up a space to see the pipes and he diagnosed it in seconds. He offered two options for repair, and explained both thoroughly. He fixed it, and we knew immediately it was fixed as the affected area was drying before he even left. It was such a relief that the repair was completed and there was NO high pressure sales at all, but he offered us a great deal of information, which we very much appreciated. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Great, prompt service at a fair price, from someone who was polite and honest. He even asked how we heard about them and was truly concerned about the reputation and good name of the company he represents.     We have used Alliance twice. In both cases Blue was our Plumber. Thats his name and I was super impressed with his handling of the plumbing issues we needed help with. In once case, he successfully troubleshooted a tricky issue with our shower system. Water was somehow finding its way underneath our baseboard in the adjacent wall. After ruling out the shower drain and the piping in the wall, he turned his attention to the weep holes just above the visible shower pan that were obstructed with caulk. He opened it up and problem solved. Blue also expertly installed a bathroom sink faucet and also replaced a very old bathtub faucet cartridge, somehow finding the appropriate replacement which we thought we would have to order...but Blue made calls and found the right kind. He was timely, communicative in a calm personable way, and just the right guy for the job. I would not hesitate in using Alliance again.

    Agustin came by to take a look at our kitchen sink. It was backing up and draining very slowly. He took care of the issue proficiently and also very, quickly, installed a new disposal unit that we had purchased from Home Depot. I was impressed with their responsiveness.     I have used Alliance several times - to correctly install a tankless hot water heater that was incorrectly installed by prior contractor, repairing pipe that leads water to house, repairing pipes on two occasions, installing kitchen sink, and installing dishwasher.     We had an outside pipe which was sagging due to foundation settling. This was causing our sink to back up due to water pooling in the pipe. The repair was quite extensive as the section of pipe in question ran under our driveway and into our backyard.Alliance Plumbing did an excellent job removing the cement from the driveway, replacing the pipe, and then re-patching the driveway once the work was finished. One very nice touch I was impressed with is they even textured the driveway to match the rest of the driveway. This was an expensive repair but it was well worth the cost to ensure that bigger issues (like a burst pipe under the house) didnt arise later.

    These guys were absolutely awesome. My husband and I had our issue on Sunday evening, so I called the emergency line. They called me back within 15 minutes. It wasnt an absolutely awful situation, so they scheduled a visit the next morning. Said they would be there between 8-10 am, and they were there at 9. The work was well done and very reasonably priced, and Augustine was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service!!     I have used Alliance Plumbing since they first were in business. They recently installed a shower in my home and the work was impeccable. The employees came with masks and washed their hands. Avoided any close contact and that was appreciated.In the past they have installed hot water heaters (at different homes), unclogged drains and toilets, installed a garbage disposal, repaired faucets, repaired pipes and also installed a shower at another home.     We were having problems with our kitchen sink and washing machine draining. We called two other companies to give us an estimate before calling Alliance. I remembered that my mom had some major work done on her main line to the sewer by them. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and the call was short and sweet. Our appointment was scheduled for 9-9:30. Now he did something the other two guys didnt do. Research. Simple research. The other guys were here for a few minutes before giving an estimate. Robert took his time to provide his best guess as to what was going on. Really the reason why we went with Alliance over the other two was Roberts explanation of the situation and what our options were. Zero condescension. They did give us a deal on what I wanted in the first place. I wanted someone to look in the pipe. Put a camera in there and lets see how bad it is. Its 2017; we have the technology. One of the other guys told me sticking a camera in there would be pointless. Thanks guy.They offered us a bundle price that was hard to pass up. It was still more than we were looking to spend, but the value was undeniable. So what did Alliance actually do for us? They gave a valuable service for our money. In the end thats all we were looking.I highly recommend this company.

    I called right before they were closing Thursday night, and they were able to get me service Friday at 8 A.M! I thought we were going to have to wait a day or two.     I had a kid home sock with the flu when the pipe between the house and the water meter broke in the ground. It looked like two separate breaks as I had water pouring out of my flower bed uphill and also bubbling up from the ground about 6-7 feet away downhill. It took about 36 hours to get it fixed from the time I called, but most of that was waiting for the surveyors to mark existing water/electric and waiting on daylight. About 7-8 hours after they started digging we had our water restored. With a kid home sick with the flu, it was brutal to add loss of water into the equation.Thanks to Augustin and the rest of the crew. Your guys really got me out of a jam when I was in a jam and as a bonus the damage to the yard and the flower bed was minimal.

    We had just recently completed an update to our kitchen and smelled gas under our cabinet below our stovetop. Rather than call our old GC back to fix it (because we’d had enough of him by now thank you-Ugh), we wanted a professional to make sure it was done right. A search on google maps led us to Alliance and even though we weren’t previous customers, they sent someone out WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF MY CALL.     Jonathon came out today to run a gas line for my portable generator. He was very professional and went above and beyond- he fixed something that was wrong with the water heater that was dangerous - we have had another company out and they didn’t mention the problem or offer to fix it. I was very satisfied with this service call.
