Had a clogged drain and a leak inside our garage. After talking to two other plumbers one who said he would need to tear out our cabinets and the other suggesting to reroute our entire plumbing system, we called Ingram plumbing and they were able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained not only exactly what was happening but why the other plumbers suggested those other courses of action. Would gladly recommend to anyone else.

Highly recommend Ingram Plumbing. I submitted a request for service on Friday evening and received a response with 10 minutes for planning an appointment on Monday.Technician arrived on time and inspected my issue. He offered a suggestion for what he thought was the issue - something I could easily do.He still quoted me the replacement service I requested but I followed his suggestion and resolved the issue myself.While I will likely not be moving forward with the replacement quote at this time, their honesty and professionalism secured my business in the future. HIGHLY recommend. Was having an issue with the gas cutoff valve to my cooktop and installation of new cooktop was scheduled for the following day. Ingram was able to come out within a couple of hours of contacting them and the fixed the issue. Professional and courteous crew. They are definitely my go-to plumber now.

I called several plumbers when I needed a gas leak fixed prior to a two-day Houston freeze. Ingram sent a plumber out the same day to check out our situation. He informed me that he could do the job, but there were some major drawbacks to the way he was able to do it, including lots of extra time, sheet rock work, and money. I told him another plumber told me they had the right tooling to do the job a much simpler way. The Ingram plumber knew what I was talking about, explained what THAT process was, and suggested I go with the other plumber. Pretty refreshing that a company is so honest that they would tell me to go with a different company to do the job better, in this instance. I will definitely consider Ingram in the future based on this exchange.

One of the reasons for their 5-star review is due to their professionalism. The other reason is for their accommodations. They informed me that they don’t quite service my area. But after talking to them about my restricted schedule, they were able to give me a quote through a text-video of the site. This saved me a lot of time of calling and scheduling for new estimates. And of course all the service fee that would’ve accumulated. Kevin and Jonathan were professional while they were at my house working and explained to me what they are doing. I am glad I went ahead with my friend’s recommendation and selected Ingram’s.

These guys are amazing! Selling my house & needed items from the buyers inspection assessed. John arrived when he said he would! He spent 15 minutes assessing what needed to be done, made great suggestions & gave me options for repairs. I didnt do the work that day & even though he didnt know whether his company would get the job or not, he didnt charge me a trip fee. How great is that?! I called them back a few days later & they came out the same day. They made all the needed repairs & changes at a very, very reasonable price. I would trust them with any size plumbing job. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Sister-in-law’s pipe burst during the freeze. We recommended Ingram Plumbing to her as she was new to the area and we had been happy with their service before. She called the day of the burst and they were able to come out the next day, which was very impressive as other plumbers were advertising waiting times of over a week. They called before coming over and were able to find and fix the problem and even turned on her water and searched for additional issues. I worked with John Ingram to replace a hot water heater at one of our rental properties in Clear Lake. John was extremely efficient with his time which equated to efficiency with my time. His depth of knowledge about plumbing issues gave me a high degree of comfort immediately that our problems were going to be solved the right way. I called Ingram Plumbing at 4:45pm on a Tuesday to discuss the issue, we arranged a meeting at the house at 2pm the next day and by 9am Thursday the job was done. Ingram Plumbing is going to the top of my list of service providers. Highly recommend.

We had a plumbing emergency that flooded our house. Our usual plumber couldn’t get to us until the next day. So I called Ingram. A supervisor came out right away and explained some of the possible causes, from simple to complicated. His crew showed up not longer after, and quickly assessed and fixed the problem; luckily, it was a simple fix. They didn’t charge us until we had a few days to make sure the problem had been fixed, and their rates were very reasonable. They are my new plumber! I’m calling them first next time!Update 2 years later: Ingram continues to impress. After getting three quotes for a tankless water heater they were the lowest. About a year later we had a mysterious water leak. They came out quickly, and determined one of the pipes they installed for the water heater had failed. They took full responsibility and paid for sheetrock repairs. Honest plumbers who stand by their work are worth their weight in gold!

We had a bathroom tub faucet leaking from the cartridge which we couldnt stop unless you turn off the main water line to house. Rick came out to our house on a saturday and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. He took the extra time to make sure there were no leaks on both hot and cold. He was very polite and kind and respectful. It is very hard to find trustworthy contractors and quality as we have been through flooding of Harvey and I can say Ingram plumbing will be doing my plumbing for now on. He even sent me a thank you card which I have never in my life had someone do for a service. That is 6 stars.

This was our second time using Rick Ingram and he was just as stellar! Our sink stopped up on a Friday night prior to our departure for Christmas vacation the next morning. As my wife was looking for his business card, I called Rotor Rooter and a few others, no one was able to come until the next day. When we finally found the card and made the call, Rick and his son made it to the house within 30 minutes. He used an apparatus called a big snake to enter the line from the outside drain line and break the clog in the interior plumbing. They also treated the plumbing with a product he recommended for reducing the chance of a clog in the future.They were in and out in about an hour, charging us a mere $325 (I would have paid $500), and secured our business for life. I know Rick is a Christian too and a real one at that...important in this day and age. God bless you Rick!

We were in a bit of a dire situation on a Saturday afternoon. I called 10 other places, and got nothing. I was told to wait until next week. We didnt have a toilet.Long story short, I called Ingram Plumbing Co., was answered by a professional, and explained it will be extra for the weekend. I like it when theres transparency and honesty. I then described the issue and they came 20 minutes later, did a splendid job and were clean, courteous, fast and polite.Such a breath of fresh air in a world that forgot everything about customer service and honesty.Highly recommended!

Great and fast service! I had to call for backup on replacing my tub drain and they were quick and knowledgeable on fixing the issue without cutting any pipes; just shows how experienced these guys are. I will definitely use their services for future plumbing needs.
