J.D. was very helpful, accommodating, and friendly, and set us up with a great system.To start, he introduced himself a neighbor in my community, and that people call him the “unofficial mayor” since he’s so involved. Words are just that, but his actions corroborate this. During the initial pitch appointment, we had just arrived with a trailer full of furniture since we were moving in. He and his partner insisted on helping us unload the trailer, which kind of speaks to a trend I’ve seen from him to help his community when he can. I’ve seen many other examples, such as always trying to help out and offer advise in the community Facebook pages, and spending the days leading up to and after the hurricane providing information and labor at no cost to help everyone prepare. He’s a great guy.Regarding the actual business side, I was already planning on getting a water softener for my home when J.D. pitched his system to me. I got his quote and some quotes from some other water softener companies and plumbers, and his was the best option for us. He also worked with us and helped us customize the base system and install to what I was looking for. I ended up getting the 2-tank softener with carbon prefilter, as well as the 6-stage RO under-sink system. Additionally, he stands behind his installs and has a great warranty and maintenance system backing them.The system is great, the water feels and tastes great, and I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase. I always recommend people do their research and get multiple bids, but I would definitely give J.D. with Affordable Quality Water a shot.

Our water system is wonderful!Having the purified water has changed our families lives. From being able to drink from the tap (better quality than bottled water), to a long list of health benefits.. Affordable Quality Water is the best.Their team is extremely friendly and walked us through the entire process.They additionally went above and beyond with the install process.Before we knew it.. we had beautiful water in our home. It’s just *that* easy, and it saves a lot on buying commercially bottled water.

We purchased our whole house water filter system through Affordable Water Quality about 4 years ago. Ever since then they have been such a great support and fast service with any issue we might have run into with our system. Each time I have reached out Brandon has been amazing at ensuring we get our issues addressed quickly and with honest/quality work! We had a leak caused by UV damage to our tank and Brandon was able to repair same day and quickly quote for any future needed replacements! Really great company and even better workers! Highly recommend to anyone looking to protect their home systems from hard water damage and provide the safest drinking water for their family!

If i could give a 10 i would. This company is very professional and willing to work with you to receive great quality water. My sons hair is no longer dry, my skin is soft as a baby bottom after showering and facial cleansing. That film i used to feel is no longer there after getting my system from affordable quality water system. These are the sweetest individuals and treats you like family. I highly recommend Affordable Quality Water . We moved to rosharon area without knowing how bad the water was going to be. JD came by at the prefect moment. J.D. and Affordable Quality Water is a top notch company! Very honest group! J.D. and Brandon both provided exceptional customer service and the system they have is hands down the best we have used. There were other competitors trying to get our business but J.D. is the reason we went with them. He didnt feel like a sales man and just wanted to help my family. We have not purchased cases of water since they installed our filtration system, my hands feel softer and we dont have to use as much soap on everything with our new water softner!! Amazing job guys and thank you for being such an honest company!!

We were very hesitant about signing up simply because we were like its water, with or without a filter it will all be the same. Boy were we wrong, everyday my wife is amazed at how her skin feels even after the 1st shower she saw the difference. Our rep is JD, and I say is because even after completing the sale he still calls to check in to ensure our satisfaction with his products, most salesmen get the sale and disappear, not JD you can tell he truly loves his job and takes great care of his clients. He was absolutely AMAZING throughout this entire process and got 2 thumbs up approval from all three of our daughters with the filtered water. We are extremely satisfied!!!

JD came out recently to test my water and demo their filtration system. I was very impressed with their product, but skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. My hands which were dry and irritated due to the hard water at my new place turned silky smooth with just one wash. How is that even possible? I dont know what type of equipment Affordable Quality Water is using but it has truly saved my skin. JD and his staff are also super sweet and helpful. Im so glad I decided to trust them with my familys water needs.

Very happy with the new water system. Saving money on soaps, cleaning products and no longer have to buy water at the grocery store. My 2 sons (both under 3yo) have clearer, softer skin. My wifes hair used to be brittle and dry, now its alot more shiney and healthier. Our ice has significantly improved the quality of our drinks. There are no longer water marks on our dishes. The installation was done on time and in the time we were told it would be done. Our sales rep (J.D.) was very professional and informative. My wife and I were impressed with installation team, they were polite and respectful of our home. Simply put the installation looks great!

I’ve had my system for over two years now and really have been enjoying it. I’ve worked out of town and have stayed in man camps where the water was so hard I used lotion by the case loads.. When it was time for me to go home all I thought about was being able to take a bath in my house. It was like my body starved for my soft water system. The system really help with my kids skin also so I wanna say thank you I am a proud owner of one of JD systems..

Ive seen some of the butchery left behind on the drywall, granite, brick/siding from other companies. AQW did their job very clean and neat. I am a 100% satisfied customer. All I can say is Im beyond happy with my new system. I called around to a couple companies and got some ridiculous quotes and people that didnt sound educated in what they were selling until I met JD. When JD came to my house the first time to test my water. I had asked him many questions about the system and what I was looking for. He was able to explain everything and educate me on how the new system would take care of all my needs and more. Its been a few days already with the system and I can tell a HUGE difference from before. Just from washing my hands and showering my skin feels so much better and not dry. The RO system they put in is fantastic. The water tastes amazing and the matt black faucet they put in for the RO looks awesome! The install is so clean and doesnt take much room since they were able to get it so close to the wall. All in all Ive never had the opportunity to deal with such an outstanding company and people!!! Our water tastes and smells great. It is even better than bottled water now. Terry who is CO owner and service Tech of the company came out himself and tested water right in front of my eyes. Before we had system installed our water had a terrible taste of Coreen and smelled. It has improve the taste and quality of our food and beverage here at Tommasos Italian grill. We are also using less chemicals to clean with. Our dishes are cleaner than ever with no water spots. I would recommend this company to any and everybody. I cant wait till I get mine installed at my house.

Affordable Quality Water (AQW) installed a Pentair water softening system and drinking water filters in our home. First and foremost, the installation crew was outstanding, professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work, paying close attention to the details of the installation. Mr Dawson had the crew install an inline filter to remove particulates and sediments before the water entered the softening system. Brandon changed the filter after 6 months use and what I witnessed when he removed the filter was stunning. The filter was saturated with an orange/rust sludge which is being piped to our home by the City of Alvin. Bottom line, it has been my humble experience that Affordable Quality Water can be trusted to look out for your best interest when installing a system that will clean up the water supply to your home. Customer service is outstanding. Thanks to Mr. Dawson and Brandon.
