I had a leak from the bathroom upstairs into the kitchen below. I called Advanced Plumbing because Ive used their services before. At first I was told they wouldnt be able to get to me till next week but then said they could squeeze me in on Friday...two days away. I agreed because I know they are a reliable company. They could have left it at that but within an hour they called back and was able to get here within 2 hours. Joel (the owner) was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less then an hour. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing.

Joel and his wife, Angela, were very informative. He came out between other jobs, surveyed the space and discussed the pros and cons including length of warranties for each of our options. We chose an on-demand water heater with descaler and expansion tank, and he installed it a few days later. We are very happy with the size and function so far. Joel also advised us on other minor issues in our house: dripping faucet and turn-off valve, and leaking Insta-hot. He took a water sample for iron and we plan to install an iron filter next week.

Great experience. Joel gave me a reasonable quote for a simple hose bib replacement that competitors were charging 3x for the same work. He was able to give me a quote over the phone as opposed to the competition trying to have someone come out and charge me $60-$120 just to give a quote. I called 6 other plumbing companies before I landed in Advanced Plumbing. Easy, quick, and cheap work.

Wish there was something higher than 5 stars. Flood had destroyed my moms kitchen and the insurance people discovered a leaking shutoff valve. My sister had called a bunch of plumbers an they were non responsive or the one who could come wanted $89 just to take a look. I was referred to Advanced and they sent Jason right over. Turns out the demo people had disconnected the washing machine setup a temporary sink and basically left a note . Tell the plumber to fix all this stuff we left behind. Jason rolled with it and after he fixed the shutoff valve he took care of the other items. Really great customer service!!!!!!

Our hot water heater started leaking back in September, and our shut off gate valve to the water heater snapped forcing us to shut off water to the whole house. They came out quick, replaced the valve and the water heater, and were so nice. The lady on the phone was super calming while I was panicking, and they were able to come out the same day, and gave us a decent price too. I am completely satisfied with my experience with them and would use them again, and recommend them to friends.

Advanced Plumbing (Waterford) did an outstanding job when my shower valve broke on me. They responded quick to my call, scheduled me and within 2 business days everything was fixed. Angela was very helpful sending me texts with ETA updates as well as helping me understand parts I needed. Jason came out that day to look at the issue to see what parts were needed and even saw something else wrong with my pipes that he said he would fix. Day of service, I asked him to also look at my kitchen faucet that has been dripping and he took this on as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about advanced plumbing. They gave a positive outlook to what was possibly one of the more stressful things weve had to deal with our home, a water main leak... they were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. They truly lived up to the moto on their site of being homeowners themselves and believing in taking care of others. While most other companies we dealt with were trying to rip us off, they were the only ones who seemed to understand what we were going through.
