I give Nelsons Plumbing my 5 stars because they do a very high quality, professional plumbing work. Yes, it takes time and effort, so be patient, and I appreciate that. At the end, they do everything very nicely. They installed the new shower system for us, and replaced the outside fossets on the walls of our house. I recommend them! If I need any other services, I will get back to them for sure. Thanks!

I have used Nelson Plumbing & Heating for well over fifteen years to service my heating and plumbing needs at various property locations. If Rick is on another job, he sends one of his long time employees, who have always been spot on with their ability to get the job done. Dan did just that yesterday and was able to quickly analyze the problem, which we were then able to fix on our own...I like that kind of honest approach.

Originally had problem with a water softener, Rick Nelson was able to not only fix in same day, but also took care several other plumbing problems at same visit. Upon his prompt service, education and competitive pricing, I have found both himself and company to be one of, if not the only company I’d call in Waterford/Clarkston area. My water heater went out and they were able to come next day and do an install. They were honest with me and talked me through their pricing vs another quote I got and why they were different. I didn’t feel pressured to choose them and in the end I’m glad I did!

Rick and his team are awesome. He responds promptly and politely. If you can, Dan is the man that you want to do the job. You feel as if a friend has come to your house to help you out with your problem. It took two trips to solve everything, but Dan waived the service call fee as he said that he felt like he should have caught everything on the first trip. He educated my fiancee and I on several areas, and even looked at my upstairs toilet for free. He is fast, modest, and very knowledgeable. By the end of his second visit I was helping him with his new iPhone 11.

I had a water pipe burst inside my home at 6:30 am and after a frantic internet search for emergency plumbing, I immediately called Nelsons. Literally, within minutes Rick had Waterford Township at my home performing an emergency shut off of the main water line at the street. Nelsons amazingly fast response definitely saved my home from flooding. Shortly after, there was a Nelsons Plumbing truck in my driveway. Repairman Dan quickly assessed the situation and made the necessary replacement/repair.Nelsons quick action and professional service saved my family the nightmare of damaged and/or destroyed possessions and the inevitable insurance hassles resulting from a flooded home. These days its rare to find such timely, dependable, and professional service in an emergency situation. Thank you Nelsons for being there when my family and my home needed it most.

I called Nelsons Plumbing and the owner Rick came out. Something was tripping the breaker and we would lose our water. I thought it was the pressure tank for the well but after he looked at it he said no. His recommendation was to call an electrician. Rick is a very honest man that will not sell you something you dont need.

We found Ricks number on a sticker on our boiler 6 months after purchasing our house. Rick answered our panicked call at 11:30PM on a weekend even though we had never spoken to him before.
