This is the second time waterworks-Steve’s Company has come to my rescue. First time definitely was 9-10 o’clock flood when sumpump quit. 12/11/2024 This is the second time I have used Steves Waterworks and once again their quick response time and professionalism is wonderful. I had a sewer backup one day at 4:00 pm and they were out to my house within the hour. Justin Donaldson was very competent and reassuring and fixed the problem. Between Justin and Steve a nasty problem was made more bearable. I will use them again in a minute for any plumbing problems.Aaron and Carlos were great to work with. They arrived on time and were very professional and personable. I will definitely use this company again. Best company I have ever worded with to solve my plumbing problems.

We received the best service from Steves Waterworks Plumbing. Yesterday I couldnt get the water to turn off in the Tub, so I had to turn it off from the main line. We tried fixing it but then half of it was off the wall so I couldnt turn the water back on so we were without water. We called every plumbers that was open 24 hours because it was after 8 at night. We found one and he was suppose to come out in the morning. But never did and he didnt call or anything. Steves Plumbing called me to see if I found anyone and I said no so they came out and fixed my problem. Thank you so much for your help. Aaron and Justin was amazing. We will for sure go through them again with future plumbing.

This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am a residential builder however I really do not enjoy doing anything plumbing related for my customers. I’ve had several emergencies over the past two or three years and every single time I have called Steve’s they’ve had somebody out either that day or the very next day, they always solve the problem, and are extremely reasonable with their pricing. Every single one of the plumbers and I have met has been extremely respectful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I will never use another plumbing company again as long as I’m in the state of Michigan Steve’s waterworks is who I will be calling!

An expansion tank needed to be installed to bring the water heater up to code and remedy the leaking. All work was explained to me in detail which was most appreciated. We used Steve’s Water Works for a drain issue in our laundry room. After getting multiple quotes we went with this company because they gave us the most reasonable quote but also because we thought the plumber, Jake McHale was really down to earth and trustworthy. We were extremely happy with our repair, Jake worked on it over the period of a whole day and was very efficient, communicated as he worked and also did a great job of cleaning up when he was finished. We were super happy to have found a reliable plumbing company that we will continue to use and recommend to friends and family.

We had a leak in the main water line from the road to the house. After calling two other companies who said they couldnt do the work during the winter, we called Steve. Steve understood the importance of the situation and sent one of his guys out within an hour. He assessed the situation, provided a quote and scheduled the repair. Two days later Steve was at the house digging up the old line and digging a 5 foot deep trench where he laid the new line and then backfilled it all in a single day.Steve is very professional as are those that work for him. We called several plumbers to get an estimate to have our sewer line repaired. They gave us the best estimate and the reviews were great so we gave them a shot. Aaron did a great job. He had to remove our gate to get the equipment in the back yard and then they had to come back out because at first it looked like the city’s problem but it ended up being ours. So Steve came out himself and was hands on. They were fast, friendly, returned our gate to how it was previously, and now we can use our drains again. We’ll be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

This is a review of the company’s pricing schedule. The 2 guys that showed up were great and were here maybe 15 min…maybe. That’s the problem. They were here for 10-15 min and I was charged $159. I understand you guys have to make a profit but $159 seems a bit outrageous to me. Jobs like mine should be on a sliding scale for pricing so the on- site technician can use their judgement to come up with a charge for customers who have jobs like mine. I was expecting a charge of somewhere between $75 & $100.

Replaced 4 badly deteriorated water valves with 1/4 turn ball valves. they had to move a pair of valves to a more convenient location and I had them install copper to copper, cost a little more and took a little longer but looks great and works too. I also had them install a new faucet into the basement and it went well even when they had some issues with the homes structure to get it done.

I needed my sump pump replaced which has a radon cover to seal properly. The guys had experience with the cover and when they reinstalled the cover they made sure all openings had the proper amount of caulking. They didn’t have the clear sealant so they went the extra mile to go purchase the same sealant. They cleaned up after completing the job will definitely use them again.

Scheduling was very easy. Justin did a great job installing two faucets and a bidet toilet seat. He also noticed some corrosion in our sink pipes and fixed the pipes as well. I had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a faucet fixture installed. Shane arrived and worked so hard on trying to unclog my kitchen drain but it was too difficult to breakthrough so he called Steve who brought another machine. Highly recommend this plumbing company. We had a huge plumbing issue with our sewage ejection pump and had our laundry room flooded. We used Steves Waterworks for a broken pipe in our basement floor drain. That is why we called them to replace our garbage disposal. In the 20+ years of living in this home, I have changed the disposal at least 3 times only using the Incinerator brand.. Now I am older and with shoulder surgery a week away I could not change it. For that service and an Ace hardware brand disposal it cost $300.00 with our senior discount. So the reason for the 4 star rating was the Ace hardware brand disposal that the employee installed and a little pricey.
