    Jason arrived as scheduled in 92 degree heat. He reviewed, repaired, and aligned the sprinkler system in a workmanship like manner. Always pleased with his and Maxums performance, A Shout out to Kate and all the others for there outstanding customer service.

    Scott just came out and closed down our system for the season. He was so personable that I just hung out with him the whole time he was here. He was nice to my anxious dog, and answered all my questions. Also, props to the ever-wonderful Kate who scored me a closing in the last possible day, per my request.     Maxum Irrigation just left my house. The service tech Jason D did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. He was very patient and listened attentively while I described the problem, which was a little unusual. He diagnosed the problem through step-by-step logic according to the symptoms I demonstrated to him, finally settling on a bad valve on Zone 4. This is an issue that has plagued me every year when i go to winterize my system for as long as I can remember. Im really happy its finally fixed. Highest praise for Jason.

    My 1st experience with Maxum was a winter shutdown in August on short notice to prep for property excavation notice. Maxum was very responsive and prompt. Jason D. was very courteous and professional. I will certainly be using them going forward.

    We had an issue where our grass was dying because the sprinkler heads weren’t popping up at all, just 3 weeks after Maxum turned the system on for the season. GREAT experience with the technical JASON D. who showed up to diagnose and fix the problem immediately, due to a completely solidly clogged filter full of slime and muck. However, I wish this was caught by the initial technician who serviced the system, saying everything was working fine…when none of the heads were even getting enough pressure to pop up. In recognition of this, Maxum did not charge for the service visit, and that integrity was much appreciated.

    Just had Maxum install inground irrigation at our house. From the initial consultation, to the plumbing and install - everything went perfect. Their communication throughout the process was great; explanation of the system & whats entailed during install - timeline of install & lastly, how to use the system. The crew worked 2.5 days installing 16 zones in some of the hottest days of the year. They were extremely professional & knowledgeable. During the install we quickly found out I grow rocks better than grass... the crew was very thorough in cleaning up the rocks and minimizing the damage to the lawn while they installed each zone. I am very impressed by the final product & would definitely recommend Maxum to anyone looking for inground irrigation. Thank you & kudos to a job well done!

    Last Fall we called Katie and scheduled Maxum to come in and review our watering needs and design a system to handle our homes complex layout. From the consultation and design with Bob to the install with Kevin, Brian and their team, everything was extremely professional. Jordan and Kevin returned this Spring to Launch the Start-up of Our 48 head, 15 zone system, and we couldnt be happier. Maxum was absolutely professional throughout the entire process. If you are leading a busy Life and are looking to beautify your Lawn and Gardens, I would highly recommend you calling Maxum for a review.     Maxum Irrigation is amazing! John and Kevin came out to our home today! Our hot water tank was leaking all over the floor, and we didn’t know what to do. They ordered a new tank for us and delivered and installed it expertly. So glad they wore masks the entire time, as my husband has a compromised immune system. You are the best!So grateful to have you here for us and the Waterford community.

    These men are fantastic workers in every way. They were polite, caring about my property, worked very diligently to make certain the irrigation system was set up perfectly for my lawns and gardens. They had to dig relatively large holes to install the system in areas where I already had grass …. they put everything back so perfectly that I could not tell where they had dug these holes. I HIGHLY recommend them … they have to be the BEST in all of CT. So very happy I hired them. Mariette

    Maxim installed a new lawn sprinkler system last year. Excellent experience with the install and service. Especially like that their system included so-do connected controls that help manage the amount of water put on the lawn. A real money saver.
