Very happy I was recommended this company! Arrived within an hour of me calling late afternoon on a Thursday. Very professional and had my backed up sewer line cleared out quickly, with a very affordable rate. 10/10 would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Roger is an honest guy who does his niche very well. My main drain under my finished basement floor became clogged very close to my septic tank. Initially, another well-known plumbing firm with brand new trucks came. They pushed the blockage further out and blocked the entire main drain because initially the blockage was only affecting 2 toilets of 4. They scoped my pipe, didnt offer to show me the live video and didnt record it. They said I had a collapsed pipe and gave me an estimate over $5k to break up my basement cement floor to do a pipe repair. Then I had a major sewage backup because the blockage was made worse (total clog). After calling several other plumbing companies, R&P was recommended because they focus 100% on drain cleaning. With the right snake (60 needed) and a 3 cutter, they cleared the blockage in less than 15 minutes. For peace of mind, they showed me the video scope live which proved my pipe had not collapsed. The other plumbing company that charged me $500 for effort that made the situation worse refunded my money. I cannot recommend Roger highly enough. I had a mess to clean up, but not a massive nightmare of tearing up my basement.

Roger and Mike came within an hour as they had promised. They quickly researched the situation and figured out our waste line routing. Moreover they realized almost right away our partial waste line blockage was outside our house and not inside like we thought. They started with one auger machine but switched to a much bigger machine to reach down under the road where the blockage actually was, just before we our connection to the sewer main line. Roger and Mike were courteous and results oriented. Quickly got everything back working like it should.

Yayyyy!!!! My kitchen sink is finally not retaining water..... After the longest 2 days ever of plunging snaking and using all over the counter clog removers. I asked a neighbor what to do. He gave me this number and with in a few hours bam problem gone no more pluming for me. Hope not to ever have this problem again however Im saving his number for all my friends and family.

Roger and his crew installed a 100 backyard PVC downspout and sump pump drain. They were professional and courteous. A pleasure to have. I have poor hearing so I printed up a long and detailed contract which they signed. They fulfilled all of the requirements and more. I am very happy. And the cost? Much less than the others. Within a week of purchasing our first house we started having drain issues. The first company we called, cleared it three different times over the period of 2 weeks, costing us $320, and eventually telling us we had multiple pipe breaks under our basement floor. Finally we got the number for R&P Drain Cleaning from another service. R&P showed up exactly at the scheduled time, cleared the drain, and ran a camera down it. It turned out the break isnt where the other company said it was. R&P explained our options, and gave us a quote to fix it. We are very impressed with the service, and would recommend to anyone having drain issues, call R&P Drain Cleaning first.
