Derek and Brandan were wonderful! They were competent and professional as well as kind and compassionate. We had a main line leak coming into our home that required us to shut down our water completely. Derek came Saturday to assess the problem and Derek and Brandan came on Sunday to get us up and running again. Their weekend rates were much better than others we were quoted by local plumbers and we were beyond thrilled by the way we were treated and the excellent service they provided. They were great about limiting the impact on our home while finding the source of the problem and completing the repair and did a great clean-up job. We were pleased with the price for the big repair that was made. All in all, completely satisfied. We will call on them again if needed.

Very polite, and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication! Once the job was completed he gave us an overview of the new hot water heater and how it would best serve us. He also took great care to insure the carpet was kept clean and the work area neat and tidy. We called late afternoon on a weekend and he responded immediately, within a few hours we were up and running with hot water for our guests!!

I was able to get a repair tech scheduled within 24 hours and they were easy to work around my availability. The tech was very knowledgeable and attempted to repair our water heater as cost efficient as possible. They were able to locate a part and fix our water heater same day. They also allow you to use coupons in their website to help bring the cost down.

We had major issues after some kids put a ton of big rocks down our sewage pipe in our front yard. Our washer flooded our laundry room and kitchen, our toilets weren’t working right, and sewage was leaking outside from the pipe! Brendan came over right away! He was super friendly and professional. He helped us get our problem taken care of as quick as possible and we will definitely call for him again if we ever have more plumbing issues!

We needed a new water heater. CJ Shepherd was sent out to assess the situation. He thoroughly explained everything to us up front. Within hours, he drained & removed our old unit and installed a new hot water heater. He did bring another guy (so sorry but didn’t catch the name) with him for the installation. CJ was courteous and professional. After he sent the email with the invoice, he had me open the email and he explained everything in it showing me where the warranty was written. We are very satisfied with the service we received from CJ and Walker Plumbing Heating & Air.

Matt searched until he located one locally so he was able to install it the next day. In the past I have had to wait for seven plus days for a provider to install a filter. Thanks for service work performed excellently. Now I breath clean air!

I was having a problem with my water softener so I called Walker Plumbing. Set up appointment and they came the next day. My plumber Tech Miss Reagan came and checked out my system and determined that my softener was toast. So Miss Reagan went over my options and she suggested that I should go with the Hailo 5. Let me say this about Miss Reagan she had a high level of Plumbing knowledge she pointed out all the problems I had and she was going to fix it right that gave me peace of mind. I went with the Hailo 5 and she had it installed in a day. My water is the best I ever had just like she said. If I was Walker plumbing management I would give her a big fat raise $ Thanks Walker Plumbing and thanks Miss Reagan

He was very informative on the process by explaining the different kind of units and their benefits. He brought us a little AC unit to put in our bedroom and another one in our living room so we could sleep and not be roasted until they put our new AC. Justin was very personable as well as knowledgeable, friendly, polite and very professional. He also has a great level of communication and incredible customer service. Every 6-8 months our kitchen sink gets plugged despite being quickly snaked by various local plumbers. Robert from Walker Plumbing thoughtfully analyzed the problem to be further on in the drain which required heavier equipment to clear the drain and flush water through until it could be seen that water flowed to the street. We feel confident he took the time to really clear our drain!

They never fixed our problems, charged us for services never repaired, and were unreachable when we realized that they left us with worse problems. There is one word to describe Walker Plumbing, Heating and Air--AMAZING! Our AC started acting up on a very hot day. We called in the morning and a friendly, helpful technician (Jacob) was there in a few hours. He discovered what the issue was and explained everything to us. He had to order parts and he told us it could take a few weeks, but our AC was still working so we werent too worried. Later that same evening, our AC just completely stopped working. We called again. This time another friendly and helpful technician (Kyle) came out that very night. He checked to see if he could get it going, but he couldnt. He brought us a little AC unit to put in our bedroom so we could sleep in the heat. We just assumed we would be relying on this little unit and fans for a few weeks. The next morning, they called and said the parts got in more quickly than they thought. Jacob came back and got our AC up and running. To say that we are impressed would be an understatement. We loved the level of communication from the friendly office staff, to the texts and emails. They have incredible customer service. We just cant say enough about our experience and couldnt recommend them more if we tried!

D.M. was patient and kind. He talked us through the process of finding the leak (unfortunately by opening our ceiling downstairs to gain access) in our upstairs deck-mounted tub. He fixed the leak and installed a new faucet & handles.A few days later, I noticed our carpet downstairs was wet. With our ceiling still open (being fixed by Envirotech, a home damage repair company) I could see water dripping from the faucet & handles. The plumber failed to water seal the faucet & handle holes before placing the trim. Either using rubber gaskets, plumbers’ putty, or silicone sealant. So anytime you reach up to turn on or off the faucet once your hand is wet, the water drips down the faucet & handle holes and either on your subfloor or in my case onto my downstairs ceiling.Luckily, I noticed before the ceiling was patched up. Had I not noticed, the drywall would have gotten patched and the ceiling collapsed from water damage and have a major mold issue in the future. Any installation manual of these deck-mounted Roman-style faucets & handles that I have spent the last three hours reading and doing research on, mention sealing these holes before adding the trim. I think this is such a simple yet crucial step in installing these faucets. He came out and fixed the issue. Thus, my four-star review on Google.

We highly recommend Walker Plumbing for their excellent service. Luke was our service technician and he was the absolute best. He installed two water heaters for us, a tanked and a tankless. We could not have asked for a better experience throughout the process. Initially he came out and listened as we told him what we wanted. He answered our questions and made excellent suggestions based on his wealth of knowledge and experience. We accepted the bid, which was reasonable. He scheduled the work to meet our timeframe. He always sent a notice about when he would arrive and he arrived when he said he would. Luke is very highly skilled. His many years of experience give him the background to diagnose difficult problems and then solve them efficiently and effectively. He always communicated what he was doing and why. The icing on the cake is that Luke is wonderful to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found someone who is both highly skilled and such a pleasant, cooperative person. What’s with the plumbers in Southern Utah these days? I’ve built out two projects and had two plumbing issues inside my house the past 2 years and after contacting over 22 plumbers was unable to get a single plumber out here to do any of them. This time, I called Walker and they came and serviced my house the very next day. Even though they weren’t able to fix the issue, they provided great customer service and follow up. I do have them looking at another project so I will do a follow up and let y’all know how that goes.

CJ, our technician, from Walker Plumbing was super knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything to us in laymans terms. He tested our water for chlorine levels and found they were high (we had never had our water tested before). He explained that those levels would cut our water softeners life in half and made a recommendation to install a carbon filter system for our house water. He explained that besides chlorine the filter system would take out iron, magnesium, and many other minerals. This would also help our dishwasher and washing machine last longer.The next day he came to do the installation and was here on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. It was a real pleasure to have CJ in our home and will be asking for him by name from now on.We have been using Walker Plumbing and HVAC for four years and they are a great company. We would not use any other company.

After only 3 years of use, our water heater started leaking (minor flooding in garage and below bench where tank sat). Lowell came out that very afternoon and helped persuade me to spend a bit more money and get a tankless water heater so this never happens again. He did a great job and even cut-in an air vent in the bench where the old water heater sat so any moisture that was trapped in there from the flooding would eventually dry out. My wife and I moved to Southern Utah late 2020. We knew it might take some hit-and-miss attempts to establish a long-term relationship with a trusted A/C, heating, and plumbing business. Fortunately, our search was very short. Walker Plumbing, Heating, and Air are now on our speed dial for any needs in these areas.Adam, one of their plumbers, was dispatched quickly when our water heater began leaking out the bottom. After discussing the pros/cons between replacing the 40 gallon water heater with another one or going tankless, we decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater and also install a whole-house water filtration system. This was all done in one day, and I have to admit that the tankless heater looks pretty high-tech hanging there on my wall where the bulky 40 gallon water heater used to be.All was well until a day after Adam left. Then, whenever we accessed water anywhere in the house, it sounded like a fog horn was going off. We called Walkers and Adam came out and adjusted a valve and voila! No more fog horn! He also installed a kitchen faucet for us on that same day.But thats not all. I hesitantly asked Adam if he could check the plumbing in all three of our bathrooms to make sure there werent any worries since he was already here. He cheerfully agreed and didnt charge me a thing for that extra service even though he fixed a slow-draining sink and adjusted a leaky shower head. He also alerted me of a potential problem in one of our showers.I hope all of Walkers employees are like Adam. If I have a problem with A/C, heating, or plumbing, I now know who to call.UPDATE: We recently had a water main leak which required the replacement of the water main from the street to the house. Apparently, the pipe originally used 21 years ago was defective and later banned. Luke from Walker headed up this project and his crew put in lots of hours during a very hot time in southern Utah (August 2024).It was a very frustrating time for us as the water to our house had to be turned off for several days. A trench had to be dug all across our front yard to the water meter, but I must say that the backhoe guys did a fantastic job putting it all back together. Thanks to Luke and his crew from Walker Plumbing for keeping such a positive attitude and professionally taking care of this major project!

Christmas Day 2023 would have been ruined if it was not for Walker Plumbing. I literally had a tub shower cartridge fail in open position filling the tub faster than it could be drained. Walker Plumbing Heating and Air truly deserves 5 stars, and particularly their technician, Robert Boatright. Betty was pleasant and very helpful when I called about my leaking waterheater. Robert Boatright was extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing. After replacing one leaking water heater, we found flooding in a living room. Robert worked tirelessly to check all possible causes for the flooding until it was determined to be a well-hidden leak in a second water heater. Without Roberts perseverance, the confusing source of the flooding would have continued to damage our home! He was able to help put me in touch with a reputable disaster cleanup company the same day as well. I recommend Robert Boatright and Walker Plumbing with confidence in their abilities and their integrity.

I have had the good luck to work with multiple people from Walker plumbing, heating and air and every single person is amazing. They are all kind, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They fixed my HVAC, which had some unusual issues, and stayed here until it was perfect. I also had a new water softener and Heater installed and they went above and beyond all of my expectations. I can’t recommend this company enough.
