This is the first review I have ever posted and it’s because my experience was so amazing I HAD to let others know! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional quality work - go to Bruno! The owner, Tony, worked with me through a huge plumbing job in my basement, he came out personally to assess the project and even came up with a solution that was much cheaper than what we thought had to be done! He and his team were here for 2 days in a row, Tony communicated with me the entire time, explaining what he was doing and how the project was progressing. My basement is cleaner than what it was before Bruno plumbing came and dug up my basement floor! You would have no idea how complex the job was based on how well they cleaned up and how well done everything was! You can trust this company to be fair and produce high quality work. I will use Bruno for any needs I may have in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE! And no, no one asked me to write this review, I truly just wanted to share my experience for a local business that deserves the praise! :)

Recently had a sewage line back up, on a Sunday just a few hours before the Steelers were about to take the field no less! I couldn’t find anyone available to come out until Monday. Luckily I found Bruno plumbing. J.R. was at the door in 30 mins, snaked through the sewer and was able to clear the roots out. Connie was also a pleasure to deal with for scheduling. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs. They’ll definitely be my go-to for any future issues.

Second great experience with this company this summer (2024). First was for a variety of elective plumbing repairs (outdoor hose bibs, leaking connection at washing machine, etc) and the second was a 5 year old heat pump not cooling for the second time this summer. First heat pump repair (with a different company) was expensive so wasn’t looking forward to another one. All techs (three different ones across both experiences) found and fixed issues quickly. Price was more than fair for both experiences…which is saying something in this economy. All pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend for whatever you need…plumbing or HVAC!

Couldnt more highly recommend. To make a very long story short, we needed all of the plumbing replaced in a home FAST so we could close on it. I read the reviews about Bruno that said they were great, but on the expensive side. We did get another quote from a local provider, and they were even a little more expensive. So, I dont know that the more expensive part is necessarily true at all. What I do know, is that they were OUTSTANDING. They got us quotes super fast, got us on the calendar super fast, and had amazing work completed within 2 days. They went above and beyond to be accommodating to our unique experience, explained everything they were doing, and more. Truly had a great experience and will be using them in the future.

Prior to finding Bruno’s Plumbing and Heating Services we looked for several months to find a professional that was capable of moving over our cabinetry and install a urinal for our son, who has special needs. Several plumbers came in to bid, but we found that Bruno was the most knowledgeable. They didn’t have the lowest bid, but we decided that they seemed to be the best fit for us and we weren’t wrong! They came in and moved the cabinetry and existing plumbing, they re-plumbed some lines in our basement and up to our bathroom. They did this to allow for the 3/4 connection to the urinal. They worked with us to make sure through the process we were satisfied. They kept their work area cleaned and were super efficient. They had the project done in 2.5 days and our son can now be independent in the bathroom. Life changing for all of us! We are so grateful.

One of the pipes going to our kitchen sink sprung a leak over the weekend and my father-in-law recommended calling Bruno Plumbing, and I am so thankful he did! My initial call was answered by an actual person and I received a call back from the service guy within 5 minutes. We discussed the situation over the phone and he said he was finishing a job and would be there ASAP. He called me back about 10 minutes later and was at my house within a half hour. The gentleman was extremely professional, calmed me down since I thought we were going to have to do a major renovation, and had the problem fixed in an hour or so! The entire process was seamless and the price was extremely competitive. Bruno Plumbing is a great company with even better people! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have used Brunos plumbing and heating a couple times in the past and they never disappoint. They are always very helpful, accommodating, and very nice to work with. Tony has been my technician several times and he is always very nice, explains things, ensures you understand and always on time. I have a well with a water filtration system and there are so many things that I done understand but by the time they are done you know exactly what to do and what to expect. I had another company that installed a new central air unit and furnace in June. After installing it the unit has been broke down constantly. One of the times almost caught fire because the owners son forgot to tighten screws. That company also requested cash only before they would start the job. After so many times of it not working that company wanted to charge me 210.00 to come out. I explained I didnt feel that was fair since it was not working right since they installed it. Which after that company started texting me being harassing so I messaged back and told him to stop I would be getting another company to fix the problem and I would be going to magistrate to file charges with being ripped off 6400.00 for a non working unit. I contacted multiple companies and everyone was short on help or did not have time to come out. I sat in tears! I contacted Bruno Plumbing and heating. I explained to the secretary what was going on and she handled my problem that day. She went above and beyond to help with a bad situation. She made a call to Bruno employee and called me back. She said he would be out that day. The employee came out and did multiple things and got the unit to work. He apologized for what another company did and said no charge that the company felt bad and they dont like seeing something like this happen to customers. I cant tell you how much appreciated that was. They took the stress off my mind. I explained all the multiple times the other company was there and the system was not working more than it worked. I am so sorry I didnt call Bruno to do the job in the first place. I will always call them from now on. Im so very thankful for Bruno plumbing and heating!

I have used Bruno Plumbing for a number of years for various jobs. While I dont recall the names of all the techs that have done work in my home, what I do remember is that, without fail, they are always on time. They are all very polite. They all respect your home and property.Pricing is always upfront, with a detailed quote before work is started, and in all the times they have done jobs for me, there has never been a situation where pricing changed after work started.Ive told more than one person, as well as my Townhomes Association when a sewer repair was needed, that Bruno is THE place to call.Id tell you the same thing: it you want it done right, with a professional company that has professional techs, you cannot make a better call!

When my boyfriend and Is water heater was leaking from the bottom this past Wednesday, I was able to make an appointment online and Lori was able to get back to me within minutes regarding an apt time as well as asked some questions as to relay accurate information to her technicians. I was able to get on the schedule the very next day (Thursday) between 1 and 3 pm. Our techs contacted us and were able to come an hour early. Once they arrived, they were extremely professional and very easy to talk to about the issue. Our water pressure was very high originally (110PSI) and we were informed this was bad and they had explained why. We also needed to have our pressure regulator replaced. This was not forced on us as we originally had said no we wanted to wait so he explained to us, why it would be a good idea to do it right then and there, so we decided to go with it as well (good thing we did because our warranty would have been voided). The whole job took around 2 1/2 hours from start to finish, they were very respectable about the things in our basement, and had no issues communicating everything with us and explained how to restart the ignitor if it went out. This is the second time we have used Bruno for service (our first being our garbage disposal a few months back). We will definitely be giving them our business in the future and will be telling our friends as well who live in the area and need some plumbing or heating services done. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable, considering how much water heaters and all of the accessories cost in store.

Ive been dealing with low water pressure for the 10 years Ive owned my house. Without speculating or hesitation the technician immediately identified the issue. The previous owner installed a water softener that was unplugged and unused, but the mains water was passing through the softener. As soon as the technician put the softener on bypass the issue was resolved.We also had other concerns, like sediment and adding an outdoor spicket. The sediment issue was also being caused by the unused softener. Instead of scheduling another service call to schedule the installation of the outdoor spicket, the technician installed this spicket during the same service call.I appreciate the knowledge and timeliness of the resolution which made myself, and more importantly my wife happy. Should I have any further plumbing issues I will be a returning customer. This may include heating side of the business.

In September 2020, our furnace quit working on an unusually cold day. It was the 1st time we used the furnace since the previous winter. I called Bruno Plumbing. & Lori dispatched Jake immediately. Jake came to our house promptly, diagnosed the problem, went & got the part we needed & installed it. This was when Covid was a major issue, but Jake made sure he followed Covid safety protocols. I felt completely comfortable with Jake in our home. Jake was very professional, very knowledgeable in his profession, communicated well and did a great job. He didnt take longer than necessary nor did he overcharge us. Our furnace is still working great. I would highly recommend Bruno Plumbing, especially Jake, which is why I am doing this review even though it is 1 year and 3 months later.

Due to an emergency sewage problem in our game room a couple weeks ago I had Tony from Bruno Plumbing & Heating come to the house. After using the camera we realized it would probably need more extensive work. Roots had grown around the pipes and they needed to be replaced. Yesterday he and another guy came with the backhoe and worked the whole day. For the work they did it was worth every penny. Everyone I dealt with at Bruno was very professional and I highly recommend them, especially Tony.

Tony was professional, polite, and on time. He quickly found the problem with the outdoor gas line and Webber grill. He showed us the piece of split pipe. Replacing the ice maker line took a little longer but he moved, as needed, and returned items when he was finished. Tony remained at the house long enough to make sure the ice maker was working. When the need arises, we will request him, by name. We appreciate that he used protective coverings at all times.

The person that installed my furnrace did not do a lot of things correctly. This iin effect created a snow ball amount of problems. There ended up being a lot of electronic problems due to bad water drainage. It is now fixed right. Im assuming the guy that originally installed it didnt know water and electricity dont mix well. Brunos did fix it all, I never went even 1 day without heat.
