Excellent service all around with Coy and team! I was having problems with my hot water heater and had to shut it off. Coy was able to come over promptly, identify the issue, and clearly explain what work needed to be done and the expected cost. They were back over the same week to do the repairs! Living in a small town in Beaver County, I expected the process of getting hot water restored to be much more difficult, but the team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly.As a first-time homeowner dealing with my first major repair, I definitely lucked out getting in touch with this team. Amazing service! We were recommended by Jesse from Whipple Champion Service after he found intrusive tree roots in our main line pipes. Coy and Evan from Free Flow responded promptly to our plumbing issue and provided professional and informative assistance.Despite finding deteriorated orangeburg pipes, they managed to remove a majority of the tree roots, allowing us to use our plumbing until the main problem is resolved.Coy was transparent about the situation and outlined the necessary future steps.We highly recommend Free Flow and plan to use their services again.

Despite the ridiculously busy demands for your time and service as you selflessly gave back to the community by providing clean water to those in need and free video inspections for everyone with backed up storm drains following our weekend of monsoons, you still showed up at my house on the same day I called requesting service not to mention that your arrival time was already almost 2 hours after your advertised closing time and you stayed until my plumbing needs were resolved extending your work day an extra 3.5 hours to make sure my home had functioning toilets and the showers and laundry were usable again.On top of addressing the immediate needs I presented, as a professional who always makes sure the job is done thoroughly, you were able to identify that my sewer line had been compromised by tree roots before any major damage was done. You then completed a quote on the spot to replace the section of damaged sewer lines staying at my home even later past your closing time to do so. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Since moving to southern Utah, I have had a hard time finding services for different kinds of repairs that will even respond to my phone calls. When they do, they are usually backed up, and I have to wait a few days to get issues resolved. This is not the case with Free Flow Plumbing. They came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed.I had a sprinkler drip system that badly needed redoing. My phone call to Free Flow was answered immediately and an appointment was set up for the next morning. Devin, the specialist, texted me when he was on his way giving my an ETA. He arrived right on time and was very clean, neat and professional looking. I explained the problems, one of which was that some of my plants werent getting any water. We were going out of town the next week and was hopeful the problem could be fixed before then since I wouldnt be home to hand water them. We went over my problem areas and determined that the entire drip system in my planters needed to be redone. He was able to adjust his schedule and redo the system the very same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I was extremely impressed with this young man. He even went above and beyond and removed a couple of small young trees that were starting to sprout in areas where they werent wanted, and planted a flower pot of flowers that I hadnt been able to get done. He made sure that I was 100 % satisfied with the job and cleaned up every area that he had been working including sweeping away the dirt from the walkways. I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Free Flow Plumbing and will use them for any of my irrigation or plumbing issues. You cant go wrong using them, and will not be sorry. Look no further.

Free Flow Plumbing was fantastic and did amazing work.I was referred to Free Flow from Paul Davis Property Experts.Free Flow came out and check out my plumbing problems. They got right to work with the sewer video camera, and showed me the issues I had. Then they performed the Hydro Jetter clean out, while walking me thru everystep of their process of the work that needed to be done!A very professional business and if you have a problem, you need to call them! Would recommend them to everyone!

EDIT: the owner got ahold of me and apologized for his technicians driving and got our side of the story. I still haven’t used their service but would give them a shot with the owner being understanding and worried about his company’s public relation.Might be a good service, it I’ll never consider them due to how their truck was driving on the freeway today. I was going 80 in a 65 and the guy was riding me uncomfortably close while I was passing cars in the left lane. I got over as soon as I could and he immediately flew up to ride the next car in front of me. Like scary close.

I’ve struggled with plumbing issues for years. I’ve spent thousands to do it myself. I honestly thought my pipes were packed full of roots and other garbage or even broken. My dad convinced me to finally talk to a professional.Coy and his team came in over several days to try and figure out what was going on. It didn’t take them long to figure out we were on a septic system. Something that was not disclosed to us when we bought the house.Coy was fantastic and professional and gave us a great price compared to what other plumbers would’ve charged. And even more, he saved me from my multi year headache. 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys. If you need an honest and fair plumber, hire these guys, you won’t regret it.

These guys are great! No need to look any further. I had some family staying at my home in Washington and the water heater went out. Called at 7:30 AM and told them that I probably need a new water heater and that it was important that my guest had hot water. After talking with the crew at Free flow plumbing. They were able to determine that I did not need a complete water heater, I was only in need of a part and the part was actually under warranty. They were at my house by 9 AM with the part and completed the repair. So all I had to pay was a small charge for the labor. I believe these people are very honest they could have told me that I needed a new water heater and I would have gladly purchased one. Thanks again to the crew at Free flow plumbing. Would 100% call again!!! After having 8 “drive by” plumbers come, charge me, and not fix the issue, I was pretty skeptical. I was referred to Brandon Rush with Rush plumbing who referred Coy at Free Flow Plumbing and Drains based on the specific issues we were having.They showed up, walked me through what they found, showed video, coordinated everything and actually did what they said they would do, clear my lines so we’d have working toilets at our local Montessori school.
