Replaced a main shutoff valve and PRV for us, zero leaks and is working great. Took the time to review the rest of our newly purchased homes plumbing at our request and offered honest feedback without being salesy. Was responsive throughout the process, had a pleasant and professional demeanor, checked all the soft skills boxes. Might be a little expensive, not really sure, but youre paying for the skills & experience needed to get the job done right, plus all the other things that come with running a business, so we were happy with the end result and will certainly be in touch when we need a master plumber in the future. I want to thank Mr. Bossong from Bossong Plumbing, LLC for his prompt attention to our plumbing needs. Mr. Bossong was right on time for our scheduled appointment. Our well pressure tank was flooded and well overdue to be replaced. With in a few hours we were back up and running and his installation work was clean and outstanding. Their prices are great and the workmanship is what one would expect from a licensed plumber. I will hire him in the future with any plumbing needs.

We needed to replace our hot water tank that was only 5 years old! (Joe did not install the tank originally.) After only a few minutes I knew that we had hired the best. He was knowledgeable and competent. The job he did was quite superior to the original installer. He was quick and extremely clean! We were unaware that not every plumber is a “master plumber.” However, when you compare the job that Joe did versus the original job- there’s no comparison. It’s reassuring to know that when the next situation arises- we now have a trusted company to call!And when you do call- you will be greeted by a kind & professional young lady, Tiffany. She was our first impression of this company and she represented it well!Thanks for giving us back hot water!!

I had two clogged sinks that I could not do anything with so I called Bossong Plumbing. Talked with his wife who was very nice and she told me Joe would call later that afternoon. Well he did and he ended up coming out that afternoon! Joe was very nice and professional and got my sinks unclogged quickly. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent that from happening again. I would highly recommend Joe Bossong plumbing to anyone. I will be contacting him again when needed.

I needed someone to run a camera through my storm sewer line to make sure there were no leaks before work started on a sump pump for my basement. I was having trouble finding someone to do that work when I came across Joe Bossong. Not only did Joe agree to come out but he told me about a coupon special they were having for camera work. Very friendly, professional and customer focused. I would definitely hire Joe for future plumbing projects.

Joe Bossong went further than the extra mile to repair a hot water heater failure due to a faulty component in the unit. He dealt with representatives of both the manufacturer and the supply distributor to circumvent the manufacturers woefully unresponsive customer service department. Joe made three visits to our home during this service necessitated by incorrect replacement parts being provided by the manufacturer and finally installed the correct part using his own initiative and creative approach to sourcing the necessary component. He constantly updated us on the status of all the necessary parts and possible alternatives throughout the process. If you are looking for someone dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, Jpe Bossong should be your only phone call.

Joe Bossing of Bossing Plumbing is a miracle worker. We had a problem with some bathroom sink faucets that several other handymen and plumbers could not solve. In fact they only made the problem worst.Joe came to our house and with in a short time found out what the problem was, and fixed it completely. I was amazed at his knowledge and expertise. I will never use another plumber as long as I live in the Pittsburgh area. Please dont waste your time with other guys with their big fancy TV ads and promises. Call Joe Bossing plumbing FIRST.

They came over the same day I spoke to them and completed work on the same day even though they had to get an extra heavy duty snake due to the clog in my sewer being so bad. Very polite and courteous. Explained everything to me that needed done before and after the work was completed. Also cleaned up my floors in basement with bleach cleaner where sewer debris had made a mess. I would definitely use Bossong Plumbing again.

We wanted to replace our 29 year old Hot Water Tank before it exploded and leaked all over our floors and did any damage due to its age. I was referred to Bossong Plumbing from a friend of mine that had a great experience with them. Joe (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We talked about the pluses and minuses of going tankless vs staying with a traditional tank. We decided to go with a Navien tankless. Joe was actually early for the appointment and he and his assistant were very neat with the removal of my old tank and the installation of the new. They were in and out before 2pm. Everything looks very nice and tidy. Joes price was very fair and I am very satisfied with my decision to go with this company. I even asked him to return to take care of a few more plumbing projects as I trusted them so much.
