Mwiinga did a remarkable job to fix our Viking refrigerator and stove with a reasonable cost and time. He is not only professional but also very patient in dealing with the part order and handling the entire repair process. I was referred to Mwinga, NorthEast Builders and Maintenance by my niece. Mwinga is not only my contractor, but now a family member. Mwinga, is very professional and skilled- he has worked on many projects for me- plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, painting. He is very detailed and neat. Takes pride in what ever project he is given. I commend Mwinga for his dependability, honesty and job rates. Never leaves your project undone. A contractor of his word, who always have a solution for your home project problems. I’ve used NorthEast Builders and Maintenance for over three years. I cannot recommend this company and Mwiinga enough! He’s incredibly professional, reliable, affordable, and always does an excellent job. He’s done work at our apartment and we kept him when we moved into our house. He’s done everything from installing baby gates to range goods to tvs. I HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a someone to do quality work around your house.

Ive been using Northeast Builders for a few years now. Their knowledge, problem solving, attention to detail, and overall quality of work are impeccable! I first met the owner when he was doing work for a neighbor; I then asked him if hed be able to tackle small jobs around my condo. Once I saw how great of a job he did (especially how immaculate), I called him back to make minor fixes/renos when it came time to sell my condo. After having bought a house, Northeast has been my go-to firm for home improvement. Since then, Ive had custom lighting and custom closets installed in the house by them. Additionally, they have fixed water leaks in my house. They are an amazing, holistic home improvement/building firm! I highly recommend them!
