    Very helpful they had just what I needed to repair the plumbing repair I needed to do in my kitchen in my RV the fellow that help find what I needed was very knowledgeable and took it out of the bag to make sure I had the right size faucet I will recommend them to anybody I will shop there every time I need something

    My Church bought me a 30 gallon gas water heater. Cleon Brubaker was just excellent. He went beyond the call to make sure everything was just right. I like Cleon so much. I could call him anytime if I had questions.Unfortunately, October 24th of 2022 my house caught on fire from a neighbors exploded metal building and burnt my house down and I lost the water heater unfortunately ....that was one of many things I lost. The house is a total loss.I want to thank you for the excellent business and service that you provided me and I hope to be able to use your business and services in the future. Happy New Year of 2023.

    Laura at the Washington, Indiana store is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond the expectations of any sales staff, she is always well informed about the products and which ones would be best suited for any project .     Got a quote a for new HVAC few weeks back, Leon was quick and professional. Signed quote and ordered equipment, after coming in was waiting for break in schedule, as old furnace was doing ok, however it stopped working. Called Leon next morning, they sent out Jaime within an hour. He did an outstanding job, was polite, courteous, and professional. Had new furnace installed and operating within 5 hours. Will get outside unit installed when the weather gets better.

    Our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Due to my husbands health issues, this was a bit of an emergency situation. Everywhere else I called could not complete the repair today. They had everything we needed since they are a Carrier dealer. They were prompt, polite and professional, and most of all, quickly got our unit running again.
