A plumber was scheduled between 11-1. At 130 I had not heard from the plumber. I text the number sent to me and the plumber let me know he was running a little behind. No response by 3pm, so I called the main number. A new plumber was quickly assigned and was here W/I the hour. Mike, the new plumber was thorough, professional and friendly. Other than the delays, which were dealt with quickly, when brought to the attention of the main office, I was very satisfied with Dino. Pricing was reasonable.

Had a Watermain leak on a weekend. Dan from Dino plumbing responded and was there within an hour or two. He got us in a good position to get through the weekend. The owner and his crew came back bright and early Monday morning and did a fantastic job of getting us back up and running. Had some small side jobs that I asked them to do while they were there for me. They made the whole thing very easy and made me feel comfortable. I felt safe having them in my home. I would highly recommend them.

We are so thankful to have called Dino Plumbing. We had a water supply like leak with major damage to our master bathroom. It was a saturday evening. Dan showed up within 40 minutes! These guys are so nice and helpful. We had septic pump leak on a holiday weekend and David came out quickly and was able to fix it. He notices that the pipes in the house were the kind that have been beginning to crack and leak. Knowing that this was a vacation home, he suggested we repipe the house. I was very impressed with the service I received from Dino Plumbing. I thought I had a simple water leak in the outside faucet, so I called for repair. They arrived a very short time to realize that the outside leak was the tip of the iceberg. Apparently it had been leaking for a very long time and seeping into my entire living/kitchen area. Of course he repaired the leak and notified the Restoration Company that they prefer to work with and Envirotech also was very prompt to arrive.I am so very thankful for the help and quickness that Dino responded with and very much like the Envirotech that is working to get my home back in working order....at least working on it at this point. Dan and crew just finished repiping to 17 fixtures in my home, in two and a half days. The cost was thousands of dollars less than other local plumbers. Their attention to the details and finding out what you really need and want is impressive. They explain what they are doing as they work and how your systems work and how to manage them when winter comes and/or you leave your home for an extended time. Mike did a fabulous job with our gas line install for our new gas stove! The meter was at the east side of our house and our kitchen and stove were on the far west side!!! He went up through the attic, down through the west wall with minimal cutting to run the gas line down to where it needed to be!! And he even helped us get everything up and running with our stove! I had a sewer drain backup into my new condo. Didnt know why because no one had been living in the unit. David and crew were able come late on a Saturday. They spent a couple hours working to get the clog cleared.Turns our they found some pretty big ROCKS in the drain line. Dont know how they cleared them out but they did. They even sent me pictures of the rocks in the pipe.They were thorough, friendly and got the job done quickly, and answered all my questions. Id definitely recommend them and I will for sure call them if I need help in the future.Bruce
