Ben my installer was amazing work was done efficiently and looks amazing I would recommend this company to anyone. Owner called and explained issues with why old water heater couldn’t be repaired and called me personally to let me know someone would be out asap! Thanks again great company!

I called Mike at Dick Rich Plumbing at about 115p on Wed July 3. He called me back within 20 minutes.He had a guy at my home and the repair was made within the hour.Mike is AWESOME and Nick is AWESOME !You made my day and restored my faith in humanity !Thank you ! thank you ! thank you !

Two gentlemen arrived at determined time and immediately started discussed work. One fellow went to work installing water heater and the other started working on kitchen plumbing needing reworked. Before I knew it they were done, cleaned up and packed up and on their way to next job. Couldnt have asked for a better Experience. Nick and his partner are the best, will use them for any future plumbing work. Thanks again for a great job.
