So I had an experience happen to me on November 3, 2022 where the hot water pipe broke from under my house and I was without hot water for almost 2 months. That meant that I couldn’t use any water coming out of my tubs, washer, or any hot water anywhere in the house. If we wanted hot water we had to boil it on the stovetop. Which we did this to clean house and wash dishes. So we were going over to friends & families houses daily using all there facilities that included the hot water. Which was; bathing, laundry, soaking my legs in tub.This was such a blessing in disguise’s having Colf’s Plumbing come over and help. On December 14, 2022 Colf’s Plumbing showed up at my door to just look at things, they asked if I would like them to work on it that day. I was so shocked, I didn’t expect them to work on it the same day too. They scheduled another date to come and have it fixed, Friday December 16, 2022 they had it fixed in less than 2 hours. I was really really impressed with all that they did!! I just want everyone to know that Colf’s Plumbing is really the right plumber to call. They were extremely helpful. Thanks again Colf’s Plumbing for coming to save the day. This was exciting to be able to shower the next morning in MY own shower. Nothing as GREAT as using your own facilities again. Colfs Plumbing , Our water heater stopped producing hot water , We have a Home Warranty but they were not able to get a contractor out for an entire week !! I took charge and called Colfs Plumbing , The young lady that answered the phone was more than attentive and informed me her service man was just 15 minutes away finishing a job and he would be at our home in 30 minutes . There service man Tony was here in 20 minutes and was more than professional and was surprised when we told him a contractor could not respond for an entire week . Tony said not having hot water is considered an emergency !! Like we knew it was !! Tony is from the old school and simply gets the job done . He said most companies would have just said you need a new Hot Water Heater that would have been about $1600.00 !! when all it needed was a minor repair and Tony was absolutely honest and great to work with .Thank you Colfs Plumbing for taking care of us and getting Hot Water back on !! The very best service !!
