I cannot say enough great things about Frederick Charles. I could not find a reputable plumber who would replace our broken water heater for three days, and I could not go through a weekend without hot water, especially with a 90+-year-old parent in the home. We called Frederick on a Saturday morning, and he was willing to locate and install a new Navien tankless hot water system. Frederick arrived at 3:00 PM and worked nonstop until 5:30 AM Sunday. His dedication, commitment, and work quality are exemplary. We will be using Frederick for ongoing maintenance.

Excellent service. Frederick provided next day service and successfully troubleshot and repaired our Navien tankless water heater all in the one visit. The price was very reasonable, less than half of a competitor’s (Sila) quote. We will definitely be calling them again for any water heater or HVAC maintenance.

This company installed a three unit mini-split AC unit for my upstairs bedroom. Our central HVAC couldn’t cool the upstairs to make sleeping comfortable in the hot months. Service and quality was exceptional. Highly recommend this contractor.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

We had an issue with our Navien tankless water that our original contractor could not figure out for months. Navien recommended Charles and Sons. Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. Highly recommend!
