We’ve had Dave and his team do several projects for us on our properties. Everything from repairs to total replacement and then today was emergency service for a gas leak. We’ve always been thrilled with the price and quality of services provided. We refer Buchanan Mechanical to our clients when the need arises. Highly recommend.

Despite the busy season they got us scheduled within 24 hours to come and look at our furnace that stopped working in the single digit weather. The mechanic was kind, polite and got things done quickly. We love Buchanans!

Had a whole house clog that we found at midnight - couldnt use toilets, no showers - backing up...etc. A mess. Stayed up calling around to find someone 24/7 - but that turned out to be REALLY expensive even before they look. I left a message with Buchanan and they called back at 7:00 am the next morning - they prioritized us based on urgent need which I REALLY appreciated. Devon and Dakota came to the house - they were professional and thorough. They explained things clearly, and worked hard while they were there. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism and honesty!!! Thank you!

These guys installed a new Trane central air conditioning system in my house and it has been working perfectly! The installers were very courteous, friendly with my dogs, and did a really nice job on the sheet metal work. Younger guys, but the craftsmanship was impressive. Laid back and easy to get along with through the whole process.

Had to use the 24 hour service for a hot water heater failure. The tech was there quickly, very professional and very friendly. He bypassed the hot water heater and made notes of what needed to be done the following day based on needs and what I asked for. The following day at 7:15 am a tech called me and said they were on there way. Two very professional men arrived quickly and were done installing two water heaters in line for a combined 120 gallons of hot water in around 3 hrs. I already had the water tanks and had electric ran. They worked with what I had started without any problems. When I opened the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was especially since part of the bill was for an emergency call. Highly recommend these guys. No amateurs working here.

Call them to come and fix our furnace they were quick and efficient told us that other things were going to be going wrong with it got us apart and did the labor remarkably cheap they help out with the senior citizens in the handicap very well the gentleman that helped us was named Rex he was very professional did his work very polite cant say enough about their employees they are awesome so you ever need any HVAC work done heating air whatever you need I highly recommend these people for getting a job well done and for a very reasonable price
