Bond plumbing was recommended to me for an issue that I had with a water hydrant/ leak in my barn. I called Bond and was AMAZED when Doug Bond, one of the owners, was the person to show up. Doug and Brandon worked tirelessly for DAYS to fix the issue that I had, they made sure to communicate every step with me and get me exactly what I needed and wanted. When they billed me, I found everything to be extremely reasonable and was super impressed. From that one job, I knew I would never hire another plumbing company. Since then, Bond has also repaired a hot water heater for me (SAME DAY!) Additionally, I called for a botched repair job to repair a leaking shower this week. Brandon showed up the same day of my call, again, diagnosed the problem, and got me scheduled to be fixed the next day. During that repair, Brandon and Doug ran into an issue that they communicated with me immediately to get my approval to repair. I will forever recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for a professional, reasonable, personable and precise plumber. Thank you, Doug & Brandon!

We are so thankful for the professionalism, kindness, and quality of work that Bond Plumbing provided for our family. We have a unique under the sink dishwasher, with a very small access cabinet to the garbage disposal (which needed replacement) and means small working room. Doug was very thorough in his work. After replacing the disposal, he worked to ensure the new disposal wasn’t touching the other pipes under the sink (which would cause vibrations and possible leaks over time). It is so nice to know we can trust Bond Plumbing to do quality work that will last over time. We highly recommend Bond Plumbing!

I would recommend Bond Plumbing to everyone. They were professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. They explained all of the aspects of the job to me in a way that I could understand which made me comfortable with the whole process. Doug and Dave are the best. I didnt get to meet the rest of the crew but they were obviously some of the best! If you have a plumbing issue or need a remodel, give them a call.

We’ve been regular customers of Bond plumbing and had a clogged kitchen drainpipe backing up water onto our kitchen floor. Tom went above and beyond to find and fix multiple problems. He stayed for several hours adding a clean out port, augering several massive drain pipe clogs, blowing the remaining clog material clear, and even fixing an unexpected leak he found in the kitchen sink. He stayed until the job was done right. Really appreciate Bond’s responsiveness and professionalism.

I called them to replace our old hot water heater on Friday and they had a guy out to do it on Tuesday! The Tech completely removed and replaced the old one very quickly and we are very happy with the quality of the new hot water heater and the service provided. Bond Plumbing also allowed us to use our home warranty and the tech graciously dealt with the long phone calls required to get the water heater covered with the warranty company. Also, to top everything off, they gave me a discount on the whole thing because I am a military Veteran. I would suggest Bond Plumbing to anyone in the Franklin County and surrounding areas!

Competent plumbers did a good job fixing a leaking spigot and adding double pressure reducers to replace a failed one. Not the cheapest but not the highest price either. Clean cut and knowledgeable. You dont feel like you may be being scammed. I felt they were professional and did an honest job.

I had a leaking water supply line. I called Bond Plumbing in Washington,Mo on Monday,Dig Right came out on Wednesday, Doug Bond was here Thursday by 1:30pm problem was solved with minimal disturbance to my yard and landscaping. Excellent service and a great price. Not only do I highly recommend Bond Plumbing but I have a remodeling project for them to do for me.

Great company with great plumbers. Had a sewer backup in the basement, and they fit it in to the schedule the same day I called. Issue ended up being somewhat a nightmare to resolve, and the drain snake even broke!They didn’t give up ever and just kept at it until the issue was fixed (lateral was way too long, but they found a buried clean out in the yard) and they were 100% certain the issue was fixed. They didn’t pack up and leave after it starting draining the first time...or second...or third. He made sure to run water after each time to make sure it was actually clear (it wasn’t!). Nice to meet someone who cares about the work being done fully and correctly.Superb communication along the way with honest and clear information given about the situation, possible causes and possible fixes. Zero nonsense and highly skilled work.Next time I need a plumber — these guys get my call and money again for sure. I could not be happier.

They do great work! They’re honest and do the job to correct the problem. They dont try to make you think there is more problems then what needs fixing. Again, theyre are honest in providing the work needed. Something very hard to find in the trades.

Cant say enough great things about the team at Bond Plumbing. They just completed a tub install and replaced the old lead drains and pipes in the upstairs bath of our 80-year-old home where nothing is plumb. The work was done quickly, very professionally and communication with the team during the work itself was excellent. At the conclusion of the job, you could barely tell anyone had been in the house. Great experience from beginning to end.
