Thank you Mike & Eric! It was amazing that Mike returned my call on the same day! That says a lot about this plumber. He was able to schedule me in two days time. Sadly, my plumber passed away on Monday (he was scheduled to do a job for me on Wednesday) All in preparation for another job to be done on Thursday) Eric came Thursday morning, early to remove the faucet off the island, and then came back the following Monday to re mount the faucet! On top of that Eric was able to fix two loose faucets in the master suite on the same day for a decent price. Priority Plumbing will be my guy for any other jobs I need in my properties management biz for sure!

After a horrible experience trying to choose, speak with and have a plumber show up, I called Priority Plumbing. What a blessing! I spoke with Mike who promptly took the information and sent Eric to fix the issues with my plumbing. Eric texted when he was on his way. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He had a nice truck full of all the tools, equipment and supplies needed. He explained pricing clearly. Eric worked professionally. When he was finished I was confident that everything was fixed and fixed properly. It was such a relief to know that all was well under my sink. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to everyone!

We just did a kitchen and bathroom renovation and needed some plumbing work done--new toilet, plumbing for 2 sinks, and a garbage disposal installed. Work was done promptly and professionally. We also discussed some issues weve been having with our hot water, and he proposed a solution for us (flushing the tankless water heater). Seems to have solved the problem. Mike is our go-to plumber, highly recommend his work.

Contacted Priority Plumbing after receiving an unrealistic quote from another company Mike gave me a quote over the phone after I described what Work needed to be performed. He also provided worse case scenarios and what the additional cost would be. His quote was very reasonable and more in line with what I expected. Mike and Kaden came the same day and Installed the new heater. They were very professional and didn’t leave until they explained everything to me including how to shut off the water tank. Eric followed up because I wanted my water temp to be a little hotter. He was also very professional. I highly recommend Mike and his team of professionals. Lori W.

Been using this company for a few years to do maintenance on my tankless (navien) water heaters (~$250-275 per unit). Theyre always prompt, communicative, and efficient. I liked that they were honest with me after my first maintenance appointment about frequency of visits needed. They easily could have lied and told me I needed yearly maintenance but the guy said the system was clean enough that I could probably extend to every 2 years if all was working well.At my second appointment earlier this year, Mike came out and not only did the routine maintenance, but went in depth to investigate a shower heating problem I was having ever since we had a different plumbing group reinstall a shower. He didnt charge anything for essentially a consultation, and even gave me a discount on the maintenance since I had two water heaters. Based on my two appointments, feel like these guys are genuine, competent, professional, and reasonably priced which is seemingly rarer to find post-COVID.

Beyond impressed! Very happy I called Priority Plumbing. We have had a tricky situation locating an intermittent septic smell in our home for the past year. Quite a few companies didn’t want to even attempt the job because it was going to be too hard to locate. Called Priority Monday afternoon. Had an appointment time confirmed within an hour for a visit on Tuesday. Mike came out Tuesday morning and had the issue found and resolved within an hour. They were able to remove the inside of a kitchen cabinet to expose a loose drain/vent pipe that came disconnected during construction. We had been dealing with this issue for over a year with no luck and these guys came right in and set honest expectations for the job. They ended up going above and beyond, left the place spotless, and pricing was extremely fair. I’ll be calling Priority for any future issues and I recommend you do the same. Thanks guys!

We had a new high efficiency boiler installed. I met with Mike after finding Priority Plumbing on Angies List. He met us the day after I called him and we ended up hiring them as we felt he seemed a bit more knowledgeable and was very personable. Priority was the middle quote out of the 3 we received and basically right where we expected to pay for this project. They finished the job promptly in one day. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely use them again. I recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating to anybody looking to have work done in their field.

Excellent choice!! A big thank you to Owner, Mike Cambio for his quick action to send two of the most competent and personable plumbers to our home to replace a water heater that had leaked all over our basement. We called at 8:00AM and the crew was here by 9:00AM. The entire replacement was done within 3 hours and at a reasonable cost. Weve hired Mike from Priority Plumbing many times over the years. Since we bought our home in 2012, he has installed a sink garbage disposal; installed a whole house water filter; repaired a water heater (that wasnt installed properly by the previous installer); replaced that water heater when it finally went (which required lots of extra plumbing work--the pipes originally used werent large enough for our home, they had insulation stuffed down them, it was a mess); replaced one of our air conditioning units when that went; and most recently he upgraded our whole house water filter when its usable life was up.Mike has always been professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend hiring him.

Priority Plumbing installed a new Williamson oil furnace for us in Narragansett. The owner, Mike Cambio, provided us an estimate in a timely fashion and answered a number of questions as we compared vendors. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon install date, removed the 50-year-old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. They cleaned up thoroughly and Mike then met me to test the unit and make sure all was in order. We highly recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing.

I wanted to upgrade my gas boiler for over a year and was referred to Priority by a friend as my regular HVAC guy had retired. Mike, the owner, responded to my request for a quote the same day and made an appointment to come check out my boiler at a time that was convenient to me. Upon inspection, Mike very clearly outlined 3 proposed solutions with benefits and estimated costs for each. After discussing my household demands and answering my questions, we decided on a path forward. Mike provided a written proposal within 48 hrs as promised.Mike and team showed up at the scheduled time - which I had to push out a week - and installed a new gas boiler with 3 separate zone circulators, an expansion tank, and lots of shiny new copper. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating. Mike was very responsive and respectful of my time. He explained the options well and delivered what was proposed on time. The team was very professional, the price was fair, the boiler looks and performs great.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Priority Plumbing, Mike the owner and the guys that helped him.They returned my calls right away, they were very knowledgeable and professional. It only took them 1/2 a day to install my new furnace along with all new pipes, circulators, etc. ... basically a whole new system.They did a great job.......I really couldnt be happier about the work they did.
