Impeccable service from their tech Jon and his assistant, a can do and won’t stop attitude was impressive to see. Very professional and never lost their heads or their cool. Worked long into the night in 18 degree temps. Pricing was very reasonable for the work they put in. Would Definitely recommend using their service if you every have a drain issue in your house or business.

Had an emergency service visit to diagnose a low pressure sewer line pump issue. Christian arrived very quickly and made short order of the diagnosis, called the right folks to fix it and it was resolved within a few hours.

Had a great experience. Unfortunately we had a clog in our upstairs bathroom beneath the sink and tub and another service provider never even tried to clear it but gave us an estimate for $600 to repair. Ryan from Dennis Diffley drain service tried multiple ways to clear it , he was very fast and efficient. He cleared the drain with no problems for only $200 . They had to dig out and replace a section of the cast iron drain out through the fieldstone foundation of my house. They came on time, were courteous, did a fine job, and cleaned up afterwards. They also charged me less than the estimate! I was very pleased... I couldn’t t ask for better.

These guys are the best in the city. They have helped our business out on dozens of properties, and they are available 24/7. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and can tell you if a line is clogged, broken or needs replacing.The pricing is also very reasonable. If you have sewage backing up into your basement, this is the company to call, day or night!
