A++, 100% recommend this company for drain cleaning needsSaturday my main sewer line was leaking in the basement. Of the 3 companies I called, Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning was the only company to answer the phone. I described the issue and he informed me they would have someone out here first thing Monday morning (putting me at ease that I did not need emergency weekend services that would be a higher price).On Monday, Cam arrived ready to help me fix the issue. He snaked and camera inspected the line at a fraction of the price I had another company charge the year before. (Side note: previous company upsold me on an unnecessary 3x as expensive hydro cleaning because he “didn’t have a snake in his truck”)Cam went above and beyond, snaking and inspecting the line multiple times until he felt the job was complete. He diagnosed the issue as a root growth issue and gave recommendations on how to prevent growth in the future. He even fixed a leaking toilet free of charge. Stand up guy who, to my surprise, has only been on the job three months and this was his first full week on his own (if boss man is reading this, thumbs up)I hope I do not have another sewer issue soon, but if I do I will be calling Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning.

Our septic system company referred Paul Anderson to us. I called and left a message and within the matter of 15 minutes I received a phone call back the gentleman was very polite told me that I would have someone at the house within a couple of hours. Within 45 minutes Hector and Steven were at my house. They were very polite and extremely professional. They had our septic system pipe cleaned in the matter of 20 minutes to a half hour. The price was very reasonable.I would have no problem using them again and referring them.

We had standing water in sink in cellar I called our plumber and he said we possibly could have clogged main drain so he recommended your company.I called the office after lunch and a very nice lady said she would call me back with when someone could come over.I was thinking next day or later but was surprised when I got a call that they were on the way.Jacob and Derek showed up and quickly determined the culprit was a clogged trap and got to work to clear it.They were great and answered all my questions.We are very happy with the service at such a short notice,would highly recommend your company anytime.

Called yesterday for a kitchen sink clog that I could not get clear. After trying several different drain cleaners, and snakes, I caved in and called the professionals. They were here promptly at 9 am, as they said they would be. The service technician told me it would be $125 when he was done....reasonable. Well 4 hours later, and another technician coming to help, my sink is clog free. When asked what the bill would be, I was again told $125. I couldnt believe it, and to boot they were very professional and clean. Oh they also said any issues within 30 days is taken care of free of charge. Great company, highly recommended

We hope to not have future issues, but would definitely call Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning again if needed.

Many years ago, I used Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning for a clogged drain. I called them this week and found their service was just as good. The technician Kyle was very professional; he took the time to explain the problem and potential solutions as well as potential problematic issues. At first he didnt know if he could unclog the drain but he would able to find a solution. I was very appreciative that he gave it some extra thought and came back with a viable solution. My brand new septic system started backing up into the house. Jonathan showed me that there was a sag and disconnect in the pvc from the house so I could explain to the contractor that they need to fix so solids dont clog the pipe to the solids tank. I took video with my eye phone as he sent the camera and light down the pipe. They were very good at what they do and I only called them because I noticed they had such great reviews online. I am glad I did.

Hands down one of the best service providers around. I had a very tricky drain clog due to a old clean out plug that broke off and fell down the drain. The tech that was sent out, Aaron was amazing. Super friendly, experienced and clever he tried every trick in the book and was eventually able to retrieve the plug from the drain. Really amazing to watch and I’m convinced no one else would have been able to do what Aaron did to solve the problem.Service was great and I’ve used Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning in the past and will continue to snd recommend them to friends and family!

After spending over $100 on drain cleaner chemicals and a new snake (after breaking my old one) and 12 hours on clearing out every waste line, I texted my brother in-law for a drain cleaning reference. He said to contact his brother in-law, a plumbing contractor. He recommended Paul Anderson.I called Paul this morning around 8:30 am. Paul promised someone would get back to me by 1:00 pm. At 12:30 Tony called and promised to be at my home by 1:00 pm. Tony arrived around 1, asked where the drain had backed up, inquired where the drain clean out is located and explained he suspected the problem may be related to roots in or near the clean out. After locating the clean out, bringing out the “bad boy” auger with very sharp root knives, Tony was finished around 2:00 pm and we were now able to use water again!! Tony was courteous, technically astute and respectful to our property. Well worth $225.
