    Phenomenal communication, pricing, work ethic.Had a few questions in person about pipes under the sink, got a quick and thorough answer. Needed help replacing the intake hose for the toilet and already had one on hand and they took care of it(I have a poor back and couldn’t handle it). Constant running toilet with a loose tank: fixed writhing 30 minutes. Had a question about the water’s smell and discoloring the sink: recommended it might be water heater. They came out the next day and popped in a new one. The old one was in need of replacing and when draining out the water, it poured out a bunch of sediment. Replacing the heater was also quick, clean, and very reasonably priced.Tony came out each time with his son and they were both very personable. I’ll be saving their card for the next time I need help. 👍End of the day, total cost was less than expected with replacements better than expected

    I needed to replace my water heater. I got several quotes from large plumbing companies to smaller plumbing companies. I felt that the large plumbing companies were significantly over padding their estimates, or they felt that I wouldnt get multiple estimates. Even from the smaller companies, they would suggest things I didnt need but made me believe I had to have it for code. The only one that was honest with their estimate was Tony and Sons. When they came and installed the new water heater, they were spot on their quote. I cannot recommend Tony and Sons more highly. PLEASE get an estimate from them and compare to the others. You cannot beat their honesty.

    Great work! Tony came out to take a look at our refrigerator water valve, and did a wonderful job! He was able to stop by the day after I called him, and showed up on time. Our valve was in our crawl space and he recommended we replace the valve with something more stable. He discovered the old valve was actually rusted over, and offered us a reasonable solution. Throughout the process, he explained what needed to be done and if it would cost more, so we could make an informed decision. Pricing was reasonable, and we are very happy with his work!     Tony is awesome. He arrived less than 2 hours from my call even after warning me it might be the next day. He diagnosed the leak within 15 minutes and since it was not a plumbing issue, only charged a nominal fee. (Dishwasher leaking from the motor housing.)     I have never met Tony but he was very quick to answer my telephone call and we spent a couple of days talking on the phone about the problem I was having with my gas stove. He called back after we spoke we thought it could be the regulator on the stove but then he called me back to tell me to take a hammer and go tap the gas pipe well I did it didnt work that night but the next morning when I turn my stove on the flame was finally blue again. He sends me a text message and says thats awesome. It was awesome because he never came here I didnt have to pay him a fee and this man helped me through my dilemma I would highly recommend Tony plus were both Yankees

    I called Tony about a leaking garbage disposal and a few other minor things I needed checked out. He arrived in a timely manner (next day), was very thorough in the replacement of my disposal, removed a small obstruction from the other side of the sink and fixed my rocking toilet. He was in and out in about 90 minutes, shared his knowledge about how city water affects the wear and tear of a disposal, and cleaned up after he was done. Price was reasonable for the peace of mind of having it done right the first time. I’d highly recommend Tony and will be calling him for future needs!

    I had a kitchen sink completely clogged. Tried all the YouTube save a buck fixes and no go. I called Tony & Son.     TONY IS AWESOME! It seems that every time my husband deploys, something around the house goes wrong, and Tony and his son have been there for our family!Our first incident was a slow, insidious leak. Tony expertly diagnosed the situation and replaced the piping within the hour. Our second problem was a lot more daunting to me personally. I was surprised by a rushing waterfall sound and a layer of water coating every inch of the kitchen and laundry room at 2:00 in the morning. (I cant even imagine how bad the damage would have been if I didnt miraculously go to the kitchen at that time) I shut off the water, dried everything, and called Tony early that morning.     I would like to thank Tony & Son Plumbing for a great job repairing my water pressure, tub faucets and shower head.I was having problems trying to find a honest plumber that would not over charge, cancel on me and came on the same day I called.     One word to describe Tony and Son Plumbing is “Integrity”. Very seldom do you meet a contractor who is punctual, honest, adept and willing to take the time and explain the situation and willing to share their knowledge. The knowledge he offered alone was worth the cost of service, and the price was more than reasonable.He gave me options to choose from on how to move forward with the repairs and I did not at any point feel like he was forcing any costly or unnecessary solutions.. I called them when they were on vacation and still he took the time to inform me on the possible issues i was having with my ground water pump and water pressure coming from the kitchen sink. He seems to enjoy helping people even at the risk of loosing some business.After he left my home, I replaced my faucet and everything works perfectly, no leaks and excellent water pressure!.. and the ground water pump is fully functional as well! If you are looking for a master plumber who you can trust, Tony and Son Plumbing is without a doubt the only choice.. Choose anyone else and you would have missed out big time!

    Highly recommend!! Very professional and friendly!! Answered all my questions and concerns patiently. Even gave out opinions on some other issues we are having with the house.     I highly recommend Tony. He looked at the shower diverter and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He took his time and found that the items did not need repair or replacement at this time.     I called Tony to install a new kitchen faucet so this was not an emergency repair. However, he called me back promptly and told me when he would be available which was fine with me. He came when he said he would and had the faucet installed in no time, even though it did not come with all the parts needed to make the sink area complete. Totally professional, he diagnosed the issue with my downstairs shower not producing hot water and gave me his best recommendation for the leak in the upstairs one.     Thankfully, my water heater only needed a simple reset, but Tony kindly told me that if the same problem does happen again he’ll make another trip and only charge me for parts and labor minus the service call fee.     Great company!.. This is the second time I’ve used their services and they were spot on both times.. At first I was apprehensive about the quote he gave me (several hundred $) but I trusted him and after about 30-45 mins he was done. He stayed true to the quote and gave me suggestions that would help avoid the issue again.. Like I said, I was still unsure about the price, but considered that I wasn’t aware of what all the job entailed.. and after asking around and speaking with another plumber at Home Depot, this other plumber said that I got a great price from Tony & Son, because other plumbers, himself included would have charged more..     This is my first time using Tony & Son Plumbing and I couldnt be happier. I called yesterday over a small leak and they came out first thing this morning. Both Tony and his son were extremely friendly and polite. They got right down to work and quickly assessed the situation. Within an hour the problem had been solved and again I couldnt be happier.     Tony is a total professional. As a Master Plumber he knows his trade better than most of his peers. I had Tony out to install a new water heater. When I called, I told him what I wanted for a heater and he was able to give me all the stats along with the pros and cons of my decision. He was in my drive way at the exact time he said he would be there. Tony was finished in a very timely manner. Unlike many others who I have watched install water heaters, he realizes you do not have to wait for the tank to be completely emptied before cutting supply and feed lines. By the time the tank was emptied he was ready to remove and set the new water heater in place. Tony performed his job as efficiently as possible to ensure saving time and money to his customer. This is an extremely rare quality found today in any profession. After setting the water heater in place he checked to make sure that the drain valve and relief valve were unobstructed, because they were in a different location from the old heater. I highly recommend Tony and Son plumbing due to their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail.

    I called Tony after dealing with another company who told me I needed cut out a structural support beam in my attic, just to facilitate installing a new water heater.     I asked Tony & Son Plumbing to help my parents with their bathroom issues. I could repair it, but since I live in Massachusetts, it was not feasible. I called Tony & Son Plumbing around 7:20 AM to see if they could find time to fix their issues. Tony answered and said he had a job that morning, but could come late morning to fix it. They kept their word and fixed it the same day. In addition, since my parents are not very wealthy, they didnt have the cash to pay Tony. Tony said he could accept a credit card payment for the work.     These days it is tough to find someone you can trust and someone who wont over-charge you in any way they can, but Im happy to say that Tony is an honest man and did a fantastic job fixing a leak I had. The leak was located in a tough spot and he still managed to not only fix the leak, but improve the entire set-up of that section of the pipes so that I wouldnt experience any issues with that part of the pipes again.     I would recommend Tony to anyone that has plumbing needs. He was quick to respond to my plumbing crisis. He not only replaced my garbage disposal but he did an amazing job of putting in a new sink that required new pipes. The sink he replaced was glued in to our tile counter top and he removed it with zero damage to my tile. He was very polite, organized and friendly.     We had a plumbing emergency this morning and I made a lot of calls to the big companies that I found online. All of them would charge a hefty fee just to come out and look at it, and no one was available to come out today. Tony took my call himself, and came out early this afternoon to give me a free estimate. His estimate was very reasonable, and he had all the parts he needed in his truck. He worked efficiently, and finished the job in about an hour. Everything looks great, no more leaks, and his final price was even a little lower than his estimate.     Recently renovated our home with a local contracting business recommended by a neighbor. After a long 6 months of renovating a 1600 square foot home our master bath did not have hot water and lacked water pressure. Our contractor couldnt figure it out and wanted to install a booster pump that would cost us and additional $850. I was given a price and although I thought it was a little more expensive for us at the time, I had the saying you get what you pay for in the back of my mind! He even showed the material to me and I researched while he was there and it wasnt the low end products that most people put in. I felt like the fix was going to last and gave him the go ahead! Not too long after that there was no more leak. Clean up was also great; I couldnt have been more happy with the outcome! If in the future I need any more work done in my home we will be giving Tony a call!

    I was not able to use their services due to their present schedule and I was trying to help a friend while he was out of town.     I was working on replacing a leaking washer supply valve that required me to shut off water to the house. In the process of closing the main water valve (the original flapper valve from when the house was built) to the house, I broke it. At this point, I was past my comfort level for DIY plumbing and gave Tony a call. He told me hed call me back in an hour. In well under an hour, Tony gave me a call back and was at my house ten minutes later. He walked in, sized up the problem, and had my water valve fixed (with a new ball valve) in under an hour. His work was excellent, approach professional and price fair for the scope of work. He responded quickly when we discovered an additional problem with a drain line that he quickly fixed.     I contacted Tony on a Monday due to water leaking out of my kitchen ceiling. He met me at the house at 6, accommodating my work schedule. He identified the problem, gave me a n estimate and fixed it in a very professional manner. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

    I had read all of the reviews and was really impressed. I called and he and his family was on vacation. I was surprised when he called right back and explained they were on vacation. I decided to go ahead and schedule my appt for when he returned. He called me 2 times before my scheduled date just to let me know that he was still on point. He and his son showed up on time and went straight to work. They found the issue and completed the repair straight away. Very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Will keep him on speed dail. 2 thumbs up!!!!! Oh my the way Im in the construction/ insurance Industry and have dealt with ALOT of plumbers and this will always be my choice.Rod QuickChesapeake

    Tony price is really good in comparison to over the rainbow quotes i got from others. He was quick in responding and he double check his work while explaining the procedure so i could understand what im looking at. 👍
