    Wow! RPG has been soooo helpful and knowledgeable during this challenging sewage leak!!! Junior and Parker were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous beyond words! RPG has all the equipment needed for any situation. We are definitely switching to their services moving forward! I have already Recommended them to several friends just to have them in their contacts should a situation arise - You never know that’s for sure!! It was a leap of faith, but in this case, it was a leap worth taking.They arrived quickly, as if they were waiting for my call. Aron Gill stepped into my home, ready to tackle the challenge. This was no simple clog, mind you. It was a major obstruction, a stubborn foe that wouldn’t go down without a fight.Aron fought valiantly, but the clog refused to budge. He assessed the situation and, recognizing the gravity of the clog, he called in reinforcements.     A little to late to post my review 😅RPG are definitely the go to guys! Had an unexpected leak last month that luckily was caught at the very initial stage. RPG showed up the same day, within a couple hours of my call, and did the repair.Unfortunately, the repair didnt fix the issue the 1st time around but they fixed it the 2nd time around and I have not seen any issues since then. They were extremely punctual and communicative and I cant thank them enough!Highly recommend them for any emergency repairs!

    I apparently had a water leak in my bathroom wall. I called RPG, they came out same day. Aron Gill helped me figure out where the leak was, and capped it off so I can get a restoration company to address some mold concerns. Aron was great and very helpful. RPG came out and helped us figure out where the leak was (saving us a ton of money on getting a leak detection service).     RPG is amazing! Patrick and Virginia are so personable and full of knowledge! You can tell they are passionate about what they do and enjoy helping people. I had to have my main water pipe removed and replaced in my front yard, RPG went above and beyond any expectation I had. Not only did they do the job quickly and efficiently but they also cleaned up my yard, hauled away debris and a few other things I was meaning to take to the dump.     We had a complicated situation during which the concrete contractor and the RPG had to coordinate work. My sewer ran through an easement on the neighbors property underneath concrete (10X60) parking pads which had to be removed. RPG then dug up the old clay pipe and installed new piping and cleanout creating a system that is worthy of sustaining traffic over a gravel driveway. Patrick and Virginia were great in coordinating the work and always timely in responding to questions. Patrick is a top-notch plumber. There were a few unexpected hiccups but these were handled with ease. I received a lot of work for a fair price and I would recommend this company to anyone. Junior, Brice, and Aron did all of the work. They worked very hard while keeping the worksite safe and orderly and accomplished the work in a timely fashion. The down time for the sewer was minimal over the two days because they plan they disassembly and reassembly so you are rarely without a working sewer. They are true professionals. Much care was taken by them to keep my house clean for such a dirty job. Hire this company and you wont be disappointed!!!

    My 2 toilets were clogged and I reached out to RPG Construction Inc Plumbing to come and fixed the clogging.Both bathrooms were backing up. One of the toilet was pulled and set aside to gain access to the drain.They ran cameras and locator and traced the pipe to 20 ft out and under the master bathroom vanity front left corner.They then dug thru the cement to get to the issue which is under and found a broken pipe.Patrick the owner and his team, Daryl, Junior, Daevon and Brice work tirelessly to make sure the problem is fixed so my toilet gets back to running smoothly.Everyone was pleasant to work with. They were very professional, and respectful towards every part of my house. I am grateful to have worked with RPG Construction Inc .I also had the pleasure to meet Ms Virginia, the owners wife who also was pleasant to talk to at times. They were like a family and easy to work with. I highly recommend them, they do good work, efficient , quality and prompt.     Do to the location of my hot water heater, two technicians were required to perform the repair work on my tankless unit. RPG dispatched Darryl and Aaron for the replacement of the heat exchanger in my tankless unit. Both of these guys did a standup job, overcame some adversity when a screw head broke off and also a gasket not sealing such that water was spraying everywhere. This was no fault of theirs and I know that these things can happen. They fix the screw, vacuumed up all the and dried everything that got wet. They got my unit back up and running and had great attitudes the entire time. They were down to earth, friendly and kept me informed of everything going on. They are a great crew and represented RPG in a professional manner.

    We had our ceiling fall out completely from some pipes that had gone bad and started leaking. I contacted RPG and they were able to get me on the schedule within 24 hours to come look at it and then had me scheduled really soon after that.     So, the city decided to send VA Gas out to inspect lines, and I got stuck with a mess of a repair. Old lines that were installed the old way and were covered in dirt, causing moisture build up, which led to some pretty hefty corrosion. I have heard of RPG, but have never needed their services, so I decided to give them a call. This was considered an emergency because a leak was detected and they came out right away. They explained the entire process start to finish and gave us instructions on what WE could do to ensure the safety of our home as the work was being done. They had a technician out first thing in the morning, Junior was his name (and his assistant, sorry I forgot his name!), and he was very professional and respectful while working in our home. Since we are not the only home in the area that is dealing with this after these inspections, Im sure someone will be looking for a company to call and I am telling you RPG IS THAT COMPANY! You absolutely need experts to handle problems like these and I can verify that they are all experts who genuinely care about the quality of service and the safety of their clients!

    RPG tore out and replaced my tub and surround in one day. Everything about the process was handled smoothly from the planning to the install. The job they did was outstanding.     We called RPG for a relatively small job that ended up turning into a huge job (not RPGs fault). So we ended up seeing a lot more of Patrick, Virginia, and Daryl than we would have wanted to. Fortunately, they are all very friendly, personable, and professional.They were able to provide a wide amount of services for us, including a mold remediation (that we price compared and was very competitive) and building a couple support pillars for a sagging subfloor. As more and more damage was uncovered and the job grew, they worked with us with payment, providing what we needed for an insurance claim, etc.The only downside was the length of the project, which was largely because the scope grew beyond the initial estimate and they had to fit us and in and around other scheduled projects, which they did the best they could. I would recommend RPG to anyone looking for quality work and personable customer service.

    Our house was built using Quest pipes (polybutylene known for deteriorating after 10-15 years), and a water heater in the attic.A few weeks ago, after a flooded closet and insurance mess, we decided to have the house re-piped with something safer, more modern. We worked with RPG Construction following a referral from our neighbor, and they’ve been really great, reasonably priced, and do very solid work.They specialize in plumbing, but also helped us with the other work we needed as a result of the re-pipe. It’s tough finding solid, trustworthy contractors right now so working with RPG was very refreshing.

    Absolutely incredible professionalism, extreme technical knowledge, polite, and answered all of my many questions.Master Plumber Patrick Goad and his assistant, Junior, came to troubleshoot my Navien tankless hotwater heater that was installed 13 months ago. The problem was that the shower water would get hot, but then turn to barely luke warm. Patrick explained each piece of troubleshooting to me and finally determined that the cause was a partially clogged shower head that had reduced the water flow just to the point where the water heater would turn itself off. So, while a simple repair, it took a lot technical ability to locate the root cause. I would 100% recommend Patrick Goad and Junior to anyone for any plumbing repair. I could not be happier.

    RPG did an excellent job with all the plumbing install for our new kitchen, and were prompt to respond to concerns and issues as they arose. They also installed a new hot water heater when our old one went bad, and were very prompt in responding to our request, so we werent without hot water for too long. We would recommend them!

    I needed a toilet replaced and one reset in an old house. RPG was familiar with the type of old house construction in the area and had dealt with similar issues a number of times. When work was completed, the plumber suited up in a hazmat suit and crawled under the house to inspect for any other issues that might need repair. It was a hot steamy day, but I was so glad to have the peace of mind that all was in order. They did a great job and I would highly recommended them to anyone else.

    I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by Aron Gill of RPG. Aron quickly identified a neighboring plumbing issue that was affecting a section of ceiling in my home. Understanding the stress this caused me, he made sure the issue was resolved professionally and efficiently. Yesterday, Aron and his colleague prepped the work area and thoroughly cleaned up afterward - their attention to detail was fantastic!Given the nature of the repair, there is a large hole in my ceiling that will be drywalled later this week. Aron took extra care in securing the area with a tarp to prevent heat from escaping to the floor above. RPG was referred to me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly they assessed, addressed, and repaired the issue. I highly recommend RPG and Aron.
