    Great experience! Sean is a gentleman and skilled professional. One of our toilets started leaking at 8pm on a Saturday night. Water ran into the hallway and into one of the bedrooms. Sean arrived in about an hour and fixed the problem quickly. Pricing was fair and much cheaper than we thought it would be. He even made a trip back to his home to get us a powerful fan and dehumidifier to dry out the carpet! Thanks for superb service.

    Sean and Jason did a pristine job. We had a new shower and bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old jacuzzi bathtub lines and motor and moved the pipes to the new location. Installed the new shower rough in valve and fixtures. They also installed the new smart toilet. The job went smoothly and is probably the sharpest plumbing work I have seen in my history of hiring plumbers. Thank you guys!!!

    Sean was wonderful in helping us promptly with repairs on our new home. He was able to help us with many things, from replacing our gas pipes to fixing our outdoor shower and water line to the fridge. He made sure I understood what he was doing and knew how to keep things running as they should. His prices were very fair and he got to us quickly for the multiple repairs we needed!     Sean Fixes Johns Plumbing was an incredible company to work with - they came out the same day that I called and were able to alleviate all my concerns about my hot water heater leaking carbon monoxide.     We had a great experience when Sean came out to the house. I contacted him after 9pm to just leave a message. I was quite surprised when he contacted me the next morning and came out that same afternoon. He communicated about when he would be there and he was right on time. He fixed our outside shower in about an hour. I loved that he talked to me in laymanā€™s terms and explained what the problem was and how he planned to fix it which I really appreciated.     Sean was the only plumber who answered his phone despite it being on a holiday. All other plumbers that I called never returned my call so maybe that was a sign not to use them.     Appointment was the same day as me calling in about need of garbage disposal replacement. Very polite and courteous as well as punctual. Labor was completed in one hour.     Let me start by saying I have used multiple plumbing companies(A1, Atomic Plumbing, Bertolino, etc over the past 20 years and all were either super expensive or did bad work. This morning after going under the house to fix some insulation I noticed a leak in from a hot water pipe. After panicking bc of cold weather moving in and thanksgiving coming up I checked the next door app to find recommendations. After reading reviews I called Sean fixes Johnā€™s plumbing. Not only did he answer the phone right away, he showed quickly and was very helpful and friendly answering my questions. Not only did he fix my pipe but also fixed my toilet valve while he was here and gave me an awesome price. Will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

    I had the unfortunate situation of having both of my toilets out of commission in my condo. I called Sean based on excellent reviews, and I really like the name of his company!     I was having a problem with my wash machine drain so I called Sean. I have used him several times at two houses. He is always fast to respond to a call and to show up to check the problem. He went on the roof to snake the vent pipe which has never been done and snake the drain for the washer and then the drain for the kitchen sink.     I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sean Fixes Johns! I hired Sean to come fix a clogged toilet for me a few weeks ago and have more recently spoken to him regarding another plumbing issue. When he fixed the toilet, he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, on time, and honest! When this other issue came up, I immediately thought to contact him again remembering the awesome experience I had prior, grabbed his card, and called. I explained the problem and he was honest that it would be an issue my landlord should cover. It is so hard these days to find someone who is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, and someone you can just trust to do a high quality job without trying to take advantage of you and Sean has all those qualities.     Sean was GREAT! We noticed water coming through the ceiling downstairs, so we knew we had a problem. We were referred to Sean by a friend of ours, so we knew he would be on point. We called this AM and he was here within an hour or two and began to dive in.     Sean is the man!!! I had a pin hole leak and a small cut in two water pipes in my house, both of which were located very close to the foundation and difficult to get to. The first plumber I called said without hesitation that I would need to jack hammer the concrete to get down far enough to be able to make the repair. Needless to say, I was dreading having this done. So I decided to get a second opinion. We were recommended Seanā€™s company through word of mouth and I gave him a call based off all the great things I read online about his work. He was very easy to talk to, and was very honest right from the start. He too initially thought we may need to jack hammer the floor. But upon arrival, he decided he was able to make a quality repair without busting into the concrete. Got the job done in less than an hour.     Water supply to house had a leak, next to driveway. City said we had to fix it. Sean had someone at our house that day to identify the problem. They left us a tool so we could turn the water off and on as needed since the leak was running up our meter. They fixed everything the next day. They had to break up part of driveway and dig deep to get to the pipe. Then they replaced the bad section of pipe, sealed everything, and fixed the driveway. Only charged us the lowest price they estimated. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They easily could have charged more. Sean also took the time to explain what was done. Sean fixes Johns plumbing is a great company, with professional, courteous people, and is hands down the only number Im calling for help in the future.Almost a year later, and the repair is still perfect. We had a different water problem today, and Sean was able to come out today, identify the problem and fix it right away. Still the best, thanks Sean!About a month later. Hows this for a Christmas nightmare: 500 miles from home, wake up Christmas morning 2018 to find a voicemail from my neighbor that our driveways are flooded and it looks like its coming from my yard. I call Sean fixes Johns assuming Ill be leaving a message. Its early Christmas morning after all. Instead, I reach Sean himself. I explain the problem and he comes to my families rescue. Christmas is saved. He personally drives to my house and shuts off the water. Knowing that my family will be back in town in a day and well need water, he gets everything repaired before our return. To top it off, he charged me NOTHING because the new leak was near the old leak from a month ago, so he ruled it a warranty claim. He knew I was out of town. If he was unscrupulous, he could have told me anything and charged me a lot of money, but he is an honest man who cares about his customers. Sean is my Go-To-Guy forever.

    These guys were great! Seans response was amazing!     Sean did such a professional and thorough job Installing and connecting my new water purification ionizer in the kitchen. The adapter that came with my system he put on was cheap plastic and leaked under sink, but Sean ran out on the hunt to several hardware stores later that day and came back with a fantastic replacement that worked perfectly. After the work was done he ended up charging us the lower end of his quoted price range. All in all I paid half of some of the quotes I was given. Great service, professional, efficient, no B.S. at all. He did exactly what he said he would and got the job done quickly.

    So glad to have found Sean!! A leak in my ceiling was coming from my shower, and after reading/watching a bunch of DIY guides online, I realized I needed a professional plumber for the job rather than having my handyman friends fiddle around with it. Plus, timing was urgent - I rent out my home as a vacation property and my first guests were arriving the next day!I texted Sean at 1 am, he replied at 3 am that he could come first thing in the morning, and was at my place by 7am! Such a relief!!!I didnt want him to cut into my ceiling because of the guests next-day arrival, but he performed a lot of tests to investigate the source of the issue. He fixed the leaking shower valve and replaced the tub spout - which appeared to do the trick until he felt a drop of water on his head as he was leaving. Although we suspected it might be residual water (ceiling was quite damp, drips were much slower), he still spent the next 40 minutes investigating. He replaced the tub drain to be safe, and didnt charge me anything extra -- even though I asked!Since he did everything possible short of cutting into the ceiling, we agreed that I would keep an eye on it and let him know how it looks later today. If its still dripping, hell return to cut into the ceiling and my guests will just have to be ok with a temporary panel -- which is way better than dripping water and black mold!!I 100% recommend Sean - he truly goes above and beyond to ensure highest quality and satisfaction!! Im excited to work with him on my future bathroom/plumbing projects (hopefully no more leaks, just fun upgrades! ;)) Thank you Sean for easing my worries and helping me out so quickly and thoroughly!!!

    Sean just saved me over $1000! Before I heard about Sean, I had two different plumbers (from bigger companies) try to fix my broken Sayco diverter shower valve, which was stuck and would not come out. Neither of the other two plumbers could get it out, even after muscling it for 20 minutes, and they both recommended that I tear out the tile and re-plumb the entire shower with a new fixture, and then re-tile the shower. Id already lined up a contractor to do the job, knowing it was going to cost me a bundle. As a last ditch effort, I reached out to Sean and within 45 minutes he was able to remove the old diverter valve, and install a new one, so my shower functions like new! I cant say enough how thankful I am to find a good, reliable plumber who is willing to find a solution to a difficult problem. Well be calling Sean for all future plumbing needs!

    This company was the savior when our condominium complex of 42 units suffered an unexpected gas leak in our Associations hot water heater. With no hot water due to an emergency gas shut off, the first plumber called to the job could not make the repair due to the size of the pipe. Sean was called at 4:30 pm from another property managers recommendation. He showed up within 30 minutes to look at the problem. Recognizing the importance of this repair for so many families, he went outside of normal operating procedures you see with 9 - 5 contractors, and acquired the necessary equipment for the size of the pipes, and spent the evening hours making the repair. THEN....in the morning, he went down to the permit office first thing to personally make sure a permit was not only pulled, but an inspection could be lined up for that day. He then came back to the site to wait for the inspector, to make sure he would not be missed, and the repair was approved so the gas could be turned on. In less than 24 hours the repair was done, a permit was pulled, an inspection was completed, and the gas was turned back on so 42 residents could resume hot water use and showers! This effort and expertise is hard to find in a contractor and is such a value. He has earned our loyalty and support through his honest and straight forward efforts that were clearly intended to help the folks affected from this emergency ordeal. We thank you very much!
