Jake was great. Responsive, polite, and worked with LG to get warranty parts. The replacement compressor didn’t work so he went to his shop to get another compressor he had in stock, then worked the rest of the day to get it working. A+ service

This is the second time we used Jake Rhoades’s services. He he came immediately when called, estimated the jobs and purchased the material. He replaced a ceiling fan, fixed electrical outlets, inside and outside, and replaced the gasket on our dishwasher. He is an extremely talented, young man, and very professional. We have used them several times at our condo - outlet replacement, ceiling fan installation and stove hood replacement.Jake is prompt, courteous and extremely efficient and reasonablypriced. He doesnt cut any corners. He explains every step hes going to take. He tells you about any unexpected issues, clearly explains the options and doesnt proceed without your approval.Wish we had known about him before using the Lowes installers last year. We wont be calling anyone else going forward.
