Our house was having water heater issues initially, but after inspection we found out that the entire piping system was galvanized steel and incredibly damaged. Tucson Plumbing and Drain replaced our water heater, repiped our entire house, flushed and descaled our sewer line, and repaired and replaced the interior sinks and fittings. The work was done in just under a week, with constant communication throughout the whole process. They never talked down to us or offered things we didnt need. The plumbing work itself was great; neat cuts made to work inside our home for easy repair later, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Overall I was impressed with how transparent they were with the work as well as how quickly it was done. The owner did a great job and I will absolutely be calling them for future plumbing needs!

Totally frustrated with a water pressure problem, I reached out for a local plumbing business. As luck would have it, I called Tucson Plumbing & Drain. My husband and I are so happy we found this plumber. Kevin and Malik were the ones that helped to repipe our home. They helped our situation feel a little less crappy. Kevin’s company did an excellent job repairing our under-the-slab sewer line. It was a major job that required cutting concrete floors in 3 rooms and digging under walls! His two men, Malik and Joe, worked tirelessly for 5 days, always arriving on time and maintaining a great attitude on a very difficult project. We never want to have to go through another disruption like this has been, but if we do, we will call Kevin’s company again!

Just had my first consultation with Kevin at Tucson Plumbing and Drain. He was taking a vacation day today, but came to my house late in the afternoon anyway and Im so grateful he did. A faucet has been giving me trouble, vibrating very hard every time the hot water was turned on to fill the bathtub, and it really had me worried. Kevin explained what he was pretty sure it was just the faucet valve and offered a couple of solutions to avoid tearing out the tile around the faucet to fix it. He offered to do some research to try to find valve replacement parts, and gave me a ballpark estimate for the work it would take. He also gave me some advice about a few other plumbing jobs, including replacing the water treatment system I have and what my options were. He was very honest and up front about pricing, told me which things needed to be done and which ones could wait, and which ones probably didnt actually need replacing at all. I highly recommend this small business. He went way out of his way to come by my house today, spent at least 30-40 minutes here, and didnt charge me a dime for all the great advice. One downside: hes very busy and is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Good sign, though, eh?

Kevin was so efficient and overall great. We called last night due to our drain and sewer not working , we weren’t sure what was wrong with it, he was on the line with me for about 10 minutes trying to help out, and offered to come out and take a look at it for us the following day. He was able to make it out around 8 am. We were able to get his services scheduled and done within 12 hours. Wish we could leave more than 5 stars! I called late last night crying and freaking out because I had lost my wedding band and engagement ring down the sink while doing dishes. Kevin was helpful, patient, and personable and made me feel so much better while talking to him on the phone. He was away out of town, but still answered the phone and guided us with what to do to try and salvage my rings from the drain. Kevin even went as far as to contact a friend of his who is also in the plumbing business right away to come out the next day and called me the next morning to follow up with my ring situation. Tucson Plumbing and Drain has become my new go to plumber. I recently had them out to replace my garbage disposal. I had even bought a new one ready to be installed. When they fixed it with a quick adjustment, showed me how to do it myself, and charged me for the visit only, I was so pleased that I ended up scheduling them to return to replace my toilets and make a few other updates. I also returned the new disposal I had bought.The owner is professional, friendly, patient, and looks for all options for the job at hand, not just the most expensive one. When I update my master bath, I plan to have them handle all the plumbing changes. I highly recommend them!

Kevin is the best! Weve had a very annoying rank smell from our shower drain for months. He recommended (no charge) doing multiple days of baking soda & vinegar treatments - but while that reduced the smell it did not go away. Kevin came out and did a CCTV check (at a very reasonable charge) and found that the drain had been installed incorrectly when the house was built thirty years ago. Instead of suggesting a VERY expensive refit he recommended intensified baking soda & vinegar treatments, along with spinning a 2 brush in the drain with my drill AND using an enzyme treatment he provided. Two weeks of this and the SMELL IS GONE! Thank you Kevin.

Kevin from Tucson Plumbing and Drain immediatly put me on his schedule and the following week was out scoping my drainage system. During each step of the process from first arrival to final cleanup Kevin kept in constant communication via text, calls and pictures of my lines. At any point he found a potential issue or concern he promptly communicated the situation and explained thoroughly what he found and his recommendations. Kevin is exactly what you’re searching for if you’re looking for an honest and reputable plumber. He came out to fix a clean-out pipe that was filled with roots and causing sewage to back up. He was actually headed out of town when I called but he made time to come help us out before he left. That’s the kind of service you can’t get just anywhere. He gave us a very fair deal, I am willing to bet he beats the prices of most plumbers in town based on other quotes we received. Plus, if you’re going to have someone working on your home you want someone with knowledge and expertise - which Kevin definitely has! He explained everything he was doing to us and showed us the finished product on his camera. We will continue to use Tucson Plumbing and Drain for all our future plumbing needs!
