We recently had some severe backups in our pipes. We had a plumber come out who could not fully unclog it . They scoped the line and recommended replacing the line. The cost was around 21k and they would NOT be putting back drywall, tile or carpet. Another plumber came out. He was able to fully unclog the line and recommended NuFlow. We gave them a call. Peter and his crew scoped the line and felt like they could successfully line it. Everyone from Peter to our Crew - Gabriel , Miguel, Nick and Chris were the best !! They always called right before they showed up. Which was important as we have a big dog. They explained what was going to happen for the day. They happily answered any questions we had . They always left the area tidy and made sure we knew they were done for the day and the approximate time they would be back the next day. Chris did a great job replacing the drywall and concrete that had to be removed. Great experience ( considering the situation) !! The cost in the end was about as much as line replacement , but Nuflow did not have to dig up the entire line , they replaced the drywall and were very careful about the carpet and we were able to fold it back into place . ( planning on replacing it soon :) ) .. Thanks for a job well done. Hopefully we do not have to utilize your 20 year warranty anytime soon !!

We called with repeated toilet clogging issues at our business, suspecting bad pipes. Alex came within the hour and put a camera down the lines. He found the pipes to be in good condition and even came back the next day to check a couple of things that could help us isolate the problem. Super impressed with his honesty and integrity because he didn’t charge us for a service we didn’t need. He recommended anothercompany who could deal with our specificproblem and even called them to tell them everything he found. Don’t often find this level of customer service these days.This is an honest company.

Had a great experience with Brad and crew! We had an old clay sewer line with lots of old steps and junctions. It was cracked and had holes I’m it. The team lined the pipe quickly and did zero damage to our yard. Customer service was exceptional throughout, from the bidding/ inspection process (cost nothing) through to post-work review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NuFlow to anyone who needed liner work done. 10 stars!

I started noticing my master shower was draining slowly and called another company to come do a video inspection through a roof vent as my house didn’t have ground clean outs. That company wanted $7,000 to just install ground clean outs before even looking at the rest of the plumbing. NuFlow was recommended to me by several people and am I glad I gave them a call. My main point of contact was Alex and from the start was very professional. Alex was extremely thorough in his initial videos. He shot both vents from the roof (other company only shot one) we found I had a complete blow out of about 3-4 inches of pipe on my laundry room vent. While Alex had to be the bearer of bad news and let me know that pretty much every sewer line was going to need replaced in my house, he kept it easy to understand and was very honest. Once the project began it initially only needed 2 dig sites in the house. My entire guest bathroom had to be pulled up and half the shower in my master had to be removed. About 3 days into the project I was notified that the blow out would need a direct repair and required a third dig in my laundry room. More and more roadblocks came up that extended the project by about 4 days. Every crew that we had come out was fantastic to work with and always professional and knowledgeable. Both the wife and I were extremely happy with the plumbing side of things. Now onto the repair side of the project. We did have a couple issues the first was the repair done to the exterior brick kitchen wall that had to be opened. The repair guy did his best but it wasn’t the best looking, but he self identified and asked for someone more experienced to come and help. The second issue we had with the repair side of things was the edge guard board (what goes under the tile for shower walls) there were several gaps that our tile guy could not work with and had to have them come back out and replace the edge guard. However i will chalk it all up to just being new to the job and still getting the hang of things which is completely ok. Even once everything was repaired they were more than happy to help me move everything (toilets, vanities & bathtub) back into place as I currently don’t have full use of one arm. I understand if this is a lengthy review but I can say with 100% confidence that the job will either be done right the first time or it will be worked till it is right. Overall I would definitely recommend NuFlow to anyone with plumbing needs.

NuFlow recently completed a sewer line repair in my home to remedy a root intrusion. Brad was my main POC, and the repair work was completed by Gabriel, Miguel, and Nick. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - Brad was attentive and caring throughout the whole process, and the work crew was professional, timely, polite, clean, and did a great job. Despite a couple of pivots and change proposals that had to be made during the process as the team got further into the job and discovered issues, I felt confident in their assessments and recommendations, and they ultimately completed the repair well. Due to deterioration of cast iron pipes we hired Nu Flow to reline the pipe under the house and then under the driveway out to the street in 2 stages.From start to finish the project took 7 weeks.November 25 Green Valley Plumbing recommended that we call Scott from NuFlow to come do an inspection of the pipe and the project was completed on January 13 with the cement work around the new dual clean out.The best part was the prompt completion as the work was scheduled for mid February and mid March!We worked with Scott, 2 crews and 2 office workers. Everyone was responsive, courteous, highly competent, and meticulous.We highly recommend this company!

Brad and the NuFlow team are simply amazing! My elderly mother kept having issues with her toilets backing up. Drove me mad with worry that someone was going to take advantage of her. Enter NuFlow. They used their super dope liner technology to patch the hole in my mom’s sewer line and they charged a very reasonable fee. When an entirely different line backed up several months later, they arrived quickly, patched it up and even added liner to make sure that problem was solved. At no charge!They treated my mom like she was their mom and I am so very grateful. I can’t say enough about their goodness. Not many companies like them around these days.I won’t call anybody else!

Very impressed with Maria in the front office and with Scott, the account manager who did the inspection. Both were super professional, polite, and accessible - I had an appointment within 2 days, Scott actually arrived early, and calmly worked around an imperfect situation accessing the lines. He was unbelievably efficient with the inspection, and explained clearly and thoroughly all his findings.I fortunately don’t need a repair - but if I did, I’d hire NuFlow in a heartbeat based on this experience! The entire team at NuFlow Tucson was highly professional, patient in addressing questions, thorough, and timely throughout a sewer pipe relining project. My only surprise (shock) was the high minimum price quoted for the relatively small size of the project -- 12-15 feet of a 2 inch kitchen sewer line. I was advised the high minimum price is required due to the amount of equipment required, irrespective of the size of the project. Otherwise, I recommend this company. Their epoxy bladder lining approach sounds superior to the alternative proffered by the competition.

Id like to recognize Joshua, my NuFlow representative. Earlier in the year, my husband splurged by removing our tub and installing a nice shower. A couple of days later, the shower clogged. We did all the usual removal methods, progressing aggressively until we reached the nerve racking, gut wrenching moment of Oh😳crap! What was that sound?!? My house was built in the early 60s and it seems the plumbing was somehow oddly there long before that 🤔. My pipes are made of cast iron and rusty crumbles. We had a plumber come and charge us $600 to insert a camera then argue with my husband. We had 2 other plumbers come out after and suggest excavation. My husband lost his mind. We went a month without a shower after that. Literally visited family daily to shower because my husband was so spooked by the thought of ripping out the new tiles. So, heres where I applaud Joshua. He showed up pleasant and prompt. He listened to our plight, without judgment. He then excitedly chattered about the NuFlow process while jogging all about to run the camera and the sonar wand type sorcery. He described the roots he encountered. Showed us the inner depths of the ancient metal tunnels winding around.It was all very fascinating. He really seems to enjoy his work. More important, we can tell he enjoys his company and stands by his service. He was through, detailed and patient. He likes his trade. At no point did he sound like a used car salesman.( no offense ) In fact, it seemed less like a sales pitch and more like a guy sharing his hobby. Very easy going guy, good head on his shoulders, honest. Hell make you very comfortable, offer useful information, no pushy attitude. 100% recommend. Were seriously considering calling NuFlow to line our plumbing after the holidays. 😊 Thanks, again, Joshua!

Cast iron sewer line was about 50 years old, had been backing up. They came out and did a camera view, lots of rust and oddly shaped lines. They videoed before and after cleaning, and then after epoxy lining it. I am not sure I really needed the lining, definetly a cleaning, no breaks yet, but now I know for sure they are good to go. These guys came on time, never left a trace behind, even taking the tools and ladders each day. I thought they were very expensive, but a crew of 4 or 5 were out most of the day for five days. Put in a new clean out near the septic. So a lot of work done. Very professional, nice crew. Hardly were in the house at all, most work done outside.

I highly recommend Nu Flow. I had a cracked, 95-year-old sewer pipe that needed trenchless repair. It was a tricky job as the pipe ran under our paved courtyard, a mature tree, and a stucco wall, and was close to collapsing. We had several companies out to inspect the pipe. The Nu Flow method was different to the other trenchless repair companies (most seem to use perma-liner), and much better. They didnt need to dig up anything, not even around the clean out. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. If you need to do a trenchless repair, I recommend you give Nu Flow a call.

Opted for their pipe re-lining system as our house was built in 1972 with trouble-prone cast iron drain piping In 2inch and 3 inch diameter.I’m glad I shopped around for quality work, NuFlo Tucson is a direct branch from Phoenix and their system originates from work done on US Navy ship piping rebuilds.That other Local plumbing company that advertises a lot repeat a lot on tv, gave me an estimate free with promise of video proof of their pipe reline method to be sent-in email to watch but nothing ever came except for a contract to sign for $24K, no other proof to show that I needed what they sell !!So in calling Phoenix they said we have NuFlo Tucson up and running here is the number... call made and out comes Brad who actually carries a video inspection camera and offered to take a look and record the whole system on the spot... for FREE . Proof on the spot Of how bad things looked in my opinion as these houses had been sold New with sink disposal and the sludge created eats cast iron. My suspicions were correct. That other company did a poor job to get my business so NuFlo Tucson got the job done.I am happy that this investment of money makes a great selling point if my heirs decide to sell my house. This system is warranty 20 years.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CALIBER OF THE CREW SENT TO MY JOB AND ALSO IMPRESSED BY THEIR TEAMWORK AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES. We have an older house with cast iron sewer lines. The line for kitchen disintegrated. We knew it was only a matter of time before more lines would fail. We had three separate companies provide estimates. From routing all the lines outside the foundation, to cutting thru the foundation within the house to replace all the lines. One company referred Nu Flow as they didnt do inner liners. I called Nu Flow and started the review with Alex. His sound information and details was the selling point. The Nu Flow team showed up on site and provided details of what was to take place. This team of three were awesome. They briefed us when they arrived each day and when they left. They cleaned up daily and were the most professional team we have worked with. We cannot say enough for their professionalism and work ethic. We live in a 1950s ranch house that has been having root intrusion issues in the main drain line for several years. After multiple times snaking the drain and hydrojetting it, the problem never resolved and continued to worsen. As we didnt want to trench to re-pipe the problem areas, we decided to look into CIPP. After talking with multiple companies in Tucson that do CIPP and pipe lining, we were most impressed with Nu Flow Tucsons product and crew.Peter Fabiano came out and did the most honest and thorough inspection that we received. Upon hiring Nu Flow Tucson for the job, Peter was there every step of the way, ensuring any concerns were met and that the job went as smoothly as possible.The team on this job was fantastic, lead by Edgar and his two capable assistants. They ensured that we were kept flowing as much as possible throughout the job and that any damage from instillation was minimal.It has been 2 weeks since the job was completed and we have had no issues and the new pipe lining looks great. The before and after is staggering, and hopefully this product will be strong and in place for decades to come, which it is rated to be.If you have the misfortune of having decades-old pipes with issues, Nu Flow Tucson is the most experienced and talented option.

I had to have a lot of frustrating work done on my home. So long story short I live in an old home and the pipes were falling apart, and at first I was told by a plumber that they would have to dig a trench through my house to repair and replace the pipes. And realistically that was not an option for me. So my realtor put me in contact with Nuflow so I could take advantage of their free video options to get a better look at the pipes and an estimate. Plus they do the trench-less repair . My point of contact was Brad, and he was amazing. Even in delivering bad news- because when I say we hit a zillion roadblocks before this job was done, there was a lot of bad news and changes of plans. But each Crew that came out was great! They were all nice and worked so fast. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. 😊 Brad treated me like a person and really made sure I understood everything before making decisions. I 10/10 recommend.

Brad W is the man. He’s very professional and awesome. He handled all my plumbing and pipe cleaning needs. He can handle all pipes no matter the size, length, or color. He’s your man. I called Nuflow to have my sewer piping inspected because of continuous drainage issues. I was having another company come and clean the line almost every year. I suspected a root had entered the line or a line break and wanted to know exactly what I was dealing with. Alex Kerr arrived on time on the scheduled day and set up an instrument that had a camera and could show real time image of the interior of the pipe. The results were that there were numerous obstructions in the line and one spot that looked like it could be a root or a break in the line. Alex suggested I contact a local plumbing company to do the cleanout and he would come back to use the camera again to see what the results of that cleaning would show. If a break or other serious issue was present we would discuss a solution including lining of the piping. After the cleaning I requested Alex to return and the camera showed that this time the cleaning had removed all the flow restrictions and the pipe was not damaged. We discussed and determined that while the earlier cleanings had failed to get all the restrictions, the new tool used by the company had done a more complete job. There was no need to line the pipe.I give this long review because Alex did not push the idea of having to line the pipe. He clearly explained what I should do before needing a more expensive fix. I appreciate his candor and also that he offered to return and re-camera the pipe. While I did not need Nuflow to line the pipe I would recommend their company and technicians to be honest, on-time, and provide you with the best information to resolve your piping problem.Thank you Alex! It was a pleasure to meet you and to have your experience to solve my problem.
