    We called code blue after a few other companies couldn’t find the source of our problem. My man Ethan came out on a very busy black Friday and had identified the problem and had it fixed within two hours. Super friendly and easy to work with too. Lifesaver! His expertise and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free.     Definitely recommend! Stephen of Code Blue Plumbing installed a fluoride whole house filter and I couldn’t be happier.     A Tucson water main broke. When repaired, the city main was flushed pushing all kinds of crap into my house. I called the city and they sent Code Blue to fix the problem. Tim came and spent lots of time fixing things. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He knows his stuff and instilled great confidence that the job was done right. I am so glad the city sent Code Blue and so glad Code Blue sent Tim.

    Great company!Excellent crew.Have needed some plumbing work over the last several years. House is 40 years old. Today’s visit Leo Munoz checked my issue and with great confidence took care of my issue and alleviated my concerns about possible future issues. He took great care in handling and finishing the project, as well as taking care of the wastes from the old and new products. In and out in less than an hour. Sure can’t argue about the final bill either.Just great service on every visit they’ve been here.

    I can’t believe that I am raving about a plumbing job- but I am so pleased with Code Blue, Steven and my whole experience today I cannot say enough positive things! Within less than 24 hours I made contact, explained my problem and had it fixed- at an amazing price! I had been told by another company nothing to do but replace the toilet, about $1000 they said. Not Code Blue! In and out in under half an hour , problem fixed, under $100!!!! I’m telling everyone about this company! Thank you Steven!

    Really happy with the service and customer support offered by Code Blue Plumbing in Tucson. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. We had just moved into a rental suffering from issues in its old gas lines, so we had to have Code Blue come out to our place to help fix multiple gas leaks. Mike was our main plumber and we are thankful because he really nailed the service each step of the way! I had a lot of questions and follow up needed since there were multiple leaks in different parts of the gas line but Kelly Ann, Bernadette, and Giovanni made the situation as easy as possible. All the people we have dealt with were absolutely wonderful to speak with, incredibly helpful and caring, and stayed on top of what was needed to make sure it got taken care of. I am truly impressed because it was such an overwhelming situation moving into a place with so many issues but I feel confident in the work done and the process to get there thanks to them.     We were selling an income property and had to have a valve changed out. Normally my husband would do this but he couldn’t get it.     Before and After photos of the plumbing situation that Code Blue Technicians fixed. They did a GREAT job, very pleased, they had to come back the next day to adjust a tiny drip, but it was nothing for them to fix that in a jiffy. I highly recommend these guys. They were reasonably priced also. I hope you consider them next time you have a flood in your house.

    I contacted Code Blue on Monday morning about a leak inside the slump block brick of my house. Alex arrived about 12:30! The job was completed at about 5:00. He was knowledgable and professional. Answer all my many questions. Completely cleaned up worksite when done. I could not be happier with the work that was done and at what seems like a fair price.I have other plumbing work to be done both inside and outside. Outside I have an estimate from them, which I will probably accept but do need to get one more, on replacement of the water line from the meter to the house. I will have them do some inside plumbing I have been wanting to get done. And, I will request Alex do the work.In 2023 I needed.some plumbing work on leaky faucets. Since Alex no longer worked there, Mike did the work. Knowledgeable and competent. Got the job done well and taught me a lot.

    My property management company recommended Code Blue for a water leak I discovered at my personal residence. Was I impressed! They spent about 45 minutes searching for the leak, eventually climbing up to the roof and finding the intrusion point. They took some pictures for me. It was a roofing problem, not plumbing problem.They were professional and very courteous and they didnt charge anything for the service call.They are an excellent company.     I had an undersink leak which another company could not fix. Because of that company and the time wasted, mold grew. David came out the same day I called, fixed the leak, discovered the mold and contacted a restoration company. They also came the same day and got everything in motion.     I love this company. Their employee arrived on time was honest with what I needed done with my clogged shower.I was most impressed when the employee went above and beyond fixing the water flow of my shower. I had not requested that. I used this company twice over 2 year period and was extremely satisfied both times. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost very reasonable. I liked the quick response and professional manner as well as the respectful way they dealt with me. I can tell Code Blue takes great pride in providing fantastic customer service.     Lucas posted on next door that he was going to be moving to this company and that also my review would help him out. He is a very good plumber yet so young! He has done a couple faucets and a toilet for me and he is very fair. knowledgeable and somehow surprisingly experienced for his age. also a great conversationalist. 5/5 for Lucas, Not sure about the company but definitely recommend Lucas to anyone!

    I have used Code Blue Plumbing since around 2016. They have A+ Customer Service. I usually can get an appointment within a day. The technician will call when he is on his way to your appointment and they are punctual.I called on Monday and got an appointment for today between 3-5. I received a text from Mike at 3:11 informing me he would be at my house in in 20 minutes and he rang my doorbell at 3:31. Punctuality gets an A+Mike fixed two leaks one in the shower faucet and the other in the sink, both in the master bedroom. He did a great job and left both areas spotless.     These guys are the best plumbers Ive dealt with..and Im a property manager and have had my share of plumber experiences. They are prompt, get things scheduled timely and are very polite and friendly from the person who makes appointments to the guys who make repairs. Earlier this year, had an issue, it was fixed and came with a warranty on the work. The other day, had a small issue with same faucet, called them, and Im well out of the warranty period, but they came, fixed the issue and didnt charge me for it. These are folks who value people, their work and customer service over draining your wallet! Next time you have a problem, call Code Blue you wont be disappointed!

    I cannot say enough good things about Code Blue. Called them with plumbing in master bath backing up. Another company failed to show up on a Friday when scheduled. Called Code Blue on that Friday. They came out that afternoon. The technician was professional, respectful and worked hard to resolve the problem. After 3 hours of snaking and trying to see/locate the problem with a camera and locator; he had to reschedule us for Monday. A big part of this home just purchased was that there were two separate lines running out to the sewer and both clean outs were buried under ground. The searched and eventually found them nearly a foot underground and one of the covers was left off and soil and rocks eventually blocked it. They spent several more hours here on Monday and resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction and at a cost that equally impressed us. We’ve worked with many professional service companies in our life and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of their technicians, supervisors and office staff. We will only work with Code Blue for all of our plumbing needs and do yourself a big favor and do the same!Al M

    Mike came over to provide an estimate for what we thought was a plumbing issue under the plenum in the garage where the water heater (which we had replaced a few months ago) and furnace are. He asked if he could cut a peekaboo hole in the drywall to get a better look. He inpspected it and let us know it was an A/C issue, and not a plumbing issue within just a few minutes! Great service, friendly, and honest! Highly recommend!

    I must say calling in to a plumbing company is nerve wrecking, but they understand you there especially the lady I talked to Kellyanne she was absolutely understanding and she could relate to problems I was having.     I called Code Blue Plumbing after getting a recommendation from a friend. I was so distressed about a competitors quote (after about 30 seconds of looking at my problem) requiring me to re-plumb my bathtub because we couldnt get the cartridges out. I called and spoke to a lovely person who listened to me and sent Mike out to rescue me. Mike and Dillon arrived the same day, on time, and fully assessed the problem. Mike was compassionate to my plight and went on a mission to make things right for me. Mike proceeded to work tirelessly to fix the tub amid a few frustrating challenges! He finished the work and the final cost was 25% of the competitors estimate. I am SO impressed. Everyone was wonderful to me and the quality of the work is without comparison. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

    Knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable prices. Cant really ask for more than that. We own a few rentals near campus, but dont live in Tucson so were really at the mercy of trusting the plumber. Its been really hard to find a good one that has trained technicians with experience. The customer service was great - beginning with the lady that answered the phone who was extremely helpful and also knowledgable. The technician that came to the house did a great job, wrote up a report with pictures (were out of town so couldnt be there to meet with him). The charges were very reasonable given the time spent at the house. Well be using them again - thank you!

    I had a kitchen sink clog and used American home shield to get a plumber out. The plumber they chose was unable to fix the problem and recommended installing another cleanout. I reached out to Code Blue and had someone out the same day and they brought the right tools for the job and had the issue resolve in 25-30 minutes.

    Mike came to my house to change my bathroom faucet. While he was here he noticed my toilet was leaking at the base. He recommended changing the wax ring. He explained to me that he would have to remove the toilet in order to do so. My toilets were old, so since he was removing them to fix the wax ring, I just had him install new toilets. The whole process took about 2 hours. I could not be happier with the service provided. I ended up with new faucets and toilets in both of my bathrooms. I would recommend Mike to anyone with a plumbing need.

    Code Blue is a wonderful company !!!I purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet from one of the big box stores and I was quoted a price for the install from one of their contracted plumbers. I then called Code Blue under the recommendation of my manager who has used them in the past for the business. From the moment I spoke with Marilyn and the time she sent over a very nice and qualified gentleman by the name of Johell Gonzalez we knew we had made the right decision by contacting Code Blue.     Our new dishwasher was set to be installed, but the installer couldnt get the valve to open on the water supply. He told us we needed a plumber to work on it, as he wasnt comfortable trying to force it. I needed this done ASAP, so the dishwasher could be installed the next day. I sent a photo to the office, and after a brief conversation with the scheduler, I had service scheduled in jus 3.5 hours!Alex was our plumber, and he was able to open the valve, but the age of hte valve meant wed run into this problem again. He gave us the option of leaving it as is (and with the price of the service call), or to replace the valves. I appreciated that he gave us the options, when it easily could have been an upsell situation. We went with replacing the valves and the work was done quickly and professionally. Alex was very helpful answering other questions about other future plumbing projects. I would call Code Blue again for plumbing needs, either planned upgrades or on an emergency situation.

    I called after my tub and toilet stopped draining. Code Blue sent Manny the next day. Manny was professional and responsive to all my questions. He was able to identify a problem and worked diligently at removing debris. When the problem came back a few days later, Code Blue again came the next day after calling. Manny again sent a camera into the pipes, identified another problem that was not able to be seen before. He had to dig to complete this repair and was professional and respectful through the whole process. Code Blue didnt charge me for this repair and just included it with the previous repair. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness.

    We had a new shower system installed recently and all we could get was cold water. As we had the shower installed for our 91 year young mother it was a huge problem. Alex from Code Blue came to the rescue! He figured out what the issue was, took apart the shower, got everything right and we are in hot water!!! He was awesome it was not a quick fix it took a little fiddling around but he got it and even gave Mom a lesson on how to use the new shower system.     I have known Tim for over 15 years. I know I can always call him with any problems or questions I may have regarding plumbing. He has been the only plumber I deal with no matter what company he is with. Always explains what needs to be done.     Im the owner of Eversil Roof Coatings and im working on a roof trying to get my customers safe before these storms roll in.     Where do i start! groupon..a groupon for a hot-water heater flush...arrived on time...did the job and we had an intelligent discussion regarding replacement..pros and cons!..it was replaced....they followed up to flush it a year later as they promised....!!...i then get a call from the local water company. i have used 100,000 gallons (normal is 3000) ....called code blue...they came out..assessed the issue, broken pipe between street and home...fixed it on time and on budget.......now this last trip..i just called them to re pipe the entire house. BTW, called 2 other companies and they didnt show up!...these folks showed up at 6 am..worked til 7 pm...3 days in a row....holes, sheet rock, plastic covering everything, and what mess....whew..done...now what do i do with this mess at my home?? they recommended Anthony atMaximilian construction to fix all the holes etc..He came in from 2 pm til 2 am, two days over the weekend!!...done!!..this is not an easy thing to accomplish yet john, Steve, Kim , Jose, Victor and Anthony absolutely rocked...!!..spectacular....on time and on budget....there were no surprises....!!i then called familiar cleaning...Lourdes and her mom, came ,...cleaned all the dust thru the entire house in one afternoon....this team ( all 3 businesses) are amazing...should you have any questions or doubt..Dont !...JUST DO IT...........i no longer have any stress about leaks happening when i am not there..also i have complete confidence if i needed them at 2 am, they will be there....!!....still have questions...call Kimberly, ask her for my cell number and i will be glad to discuss my experience!!.....great job and get everyone a raise!!!! thank you all!!
