    Josh and Gavin re piped my entire home, due to a leak in my copper pipes, in three days. They had one bathroom hooked up and usable the second day (thank goodness!). They were courteous, polite, and professional. They answered my many questions with thorough responses and never seemed to tire of my endless curiosities. Additionally, they were very flexible in working around my need to work from home, and adjusted which areas they worked on around my schedule. They did their best to salvage as much drywall as possible, and left the house clean upon completion of the job. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again for any future plumbing needs, and highly recommend them to others. THANK YOU!

    I recently bought a house in Marana, and I was looking around for how to maintain it. Luckily, I happened upon Plumber of Tuscon, and they informed me that I had a warrantee still active with them; to say the least I was surprised. Anyway, they helped me get the paperwork for my unit, helped my understand how to maintain it, and were friendly and competent. What really stood out is their willingness to help me right away without just trying to set up a visit which was a nice touch. Im happy with their service.

    It was a Sunday like any other until my wife said: We have a plumbing problem. And so we did. Both bath rooms were flooded with murky water and the commodes backed up into the shower stall and the tub.We had a backup before, though by far not as bad, which we managed to remedy with Liquid Plumbers big brother and a 5 hp Rigid vac. But that did work this time and at the end of the afternoon, soaked and stinky, we called Plumbers of Tucson, a local company with excellent reviews.A technician came the very next day and found that the clean-out was installed in reverse, causing a clog between the house line and the street line and making both inaccessible to the snake.Two Plumbers of Tucson worked all day the next day to dig out and replace the pipes. In the course of it, they found some other potential problems which they explained to us in terms we could easily understand. But nothing really urgent, they said.It was well after sundown when they finished. My wife asked Rudy if they did not mind working such long hours, to which he said with a grin: It is not unusual, really.They were highly skilled, honest and to the point and they were there for us.     An absolutely fabulous experience hiring Plumber of Tucson. Scheduling a bid to execution of the job...seamless and timely. The technicians were not only competent but responsible, respectful and focused on quality workmanship. I needed a plumbing job done and got a work of art in addition to a solid conversion from a gas tank heater to an on demand electric heater.     Great group of very professional people. I needed, for me, what was a huge job. I inherited my brother’s home and had to replace ALL of the plumbing from the sewer to the shower. Good job 👍I also had a review osmosis system installed, and in spite of having the the on / off process explained I just couldn’t get it right.Upon returning to Tucson I needed instruction once again 🙄Dillion came over once again to help me out.He is so kind and easy to work with.     The staff of Plumber of Tucson is perfect blend of courteous and no nonsense hard working people. Joe, Steve, Dillon and Chris are really good guys who go out of their way to explain things and answers questions. The are so genuine in their desire to provide the highest quality of work. We live in a unique and somewhat historical southern Arizona territorial adobe block home. We have 10 inch solid block walks, 20 foot post/beam ceilings and brick floors throughout the house. No crawl spaces, no attic space and 50 plus year old cast iron pipes buried 4-5 feet below the concrete and brick floors.We spent a year renovating the house and are now facing a choice of destroying the house to retrench the pipes or using the pipe bursting method to replace the pipes. We are just done with all the preparations prior to pipe bursting. Steve and Dillon have take extreme care not to damage a newly renovated Casita. They place cardboard on all of the floors/walls/vanities around the project. Everything is draped in thick plastic to keep the dust down to a minimum. They clean up the work site every day.I will update this post when the project is complete. I have worked in facilities construction and renovation for over 10 years in the medical clinic and hospital environment. Plumber of Tucson is by far the best plumbing contractor I have ever experienced.

    I needed to have a water softener and RO system installed and collected 3 bids. Plumber of Tucson had what I considered the best system for the lowest price. They scheduled the installation quickly with not even a deposit required. Dillon and Steven arrived on time and did an excellent job getting the entire system installed and tested. They showed me how everything worked and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson for any plumbing needs, and will be using them again for my next projects!!

    Two of this companys finest went below and beyond in their service. By that I mean that they efficiently completed my requested (a) addition of a hot water heater expansion tank, (b) installation of kitchen faucet [which they suggested I personally buy at Home Depot to save $], and (c) replacement of 3 old valves in hard-to-reach places -- AND they graciously fixed the errors of a floor installer who had removed and tried to reposition a bathroom sink. This involved lying face up on the floor and twisting into circus-like contortions in a tiny powder room to reach the leaking sink drain -- all the time keeping a friendly disposition. Below and beyond! This company is my default place to go for all plumbing issues from now on. Excellent plumbing service and excellent communication about exactly what to expect in terms of time & price.

    We discovered a water leak in a wall in our kitchen and Plumber of Tucson responded quickly. Rudy and German found the leak and the damage that the leak had caused. They had to remove the damaged cabinets and drywall. They repaired the leaking pipe and did the procedure to dry the damaged area. Throughout the whole process German and Rudy were very professional and answered any questions that we had. They were a great team to work with.

    John and Steven installed the Green Fusion Water Softener/Filter at our residence on Feb. 11th 2022. We were called that morning with an ETA. They arrived on time. John and Steven were professional and worked very neatly. Both were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and explained how our new system functioned. We LOVE the Green Fusion Water Softener and how much better our water quality is now. No more spots on our appliances/sinks and the soft water in our shower is excellent.     The mark of a true professional is that even before all the evidence is gathered, they already have a sixth sense of where its going to point. They diagnosed and fixed a root blockage in just a couple of hours and we were back in business. I dont hire plumbers often enough to really know what a competitive price is or where theirs ranks by comparison, but I was ecstatic to pay them for what I felt was an outstandingly good job, fast service, and most of all, I could tell that both technicians were working carefully and conscientiously to get it done right the first time and not create new issues while fixing others. Quality is the most important thing to me, but it has to be quality I can afford, and as far as Im concerned, they delivered on both. Many, many thanks!

    Plumber of Tucson did a great job. I needed a gas line rerouted so I could have the yard line replaced under the Southwest Gas COYL program. They ran a line into my utility room and reconfigured the existing pipe. Cost was $649. Great customer service and work!

    This company was able to come in and very quickly fix the mistake of another company. It was so appreciated how quick they were able to get out to us and get the issue fixed so that our water could be restored, and at a very reasonable rate.     We had our kitchen sink backup two days ago. My husband and I are rather handy people and were able to get the clog gone. In turn we noticed a secret passage to the damaged due to water leaking out a pipe. We are not that handy to repair a leak in our brick and mortar and we don’t have x-ray vision to find the pipe.I called Plumber of Tucson and immediately had a quote appointment for the next morning (9/30/22). During the quote appointment they confirmed our suspicions and offered to fix it the same day. The cost was way below what we assumed (you know what they say about assuming). They (Dillon & Steven) showed up about 15 minutes into the slotted time frame of 12pm-4pm.They immediately went to work and explained what they were doing. I appreciate the education and knowledge passed along to know what I was seeing. They replaced the missing pipe, the eroded piece and confirmed no more leaks would occur. This took longer because they had to snake out the clog that previous owners made (must have been trying to make concrete in the sink).Dillon and Steve were a delight to have in my home of chaos. They were professional and friendly throughout their time here. They even offered information about clean outs to help maintain my our septic/sewer in the future.Id highly recommend these gentlemen and this company for anyone in the future. Other companies were 3 days out for a quote and 2 other companies never called me back.The pictures below (1 & 2) are prequote appointment, (3 & 4) are after removal of the eroded and cement pipe, and the final pics (5 & 6) are after the repair was completed and debris cleaned up.Very thankful for their hard work.

    I had a water softener replaced and replacement of my pool fill valve. The Techs, Dillon and Joe were professional, highly skilled and finished the job in a timely manner. I have used Plumber of Tucson in the past for an emergency mainline water leak at the water meter on a Sunday, and they had a tech out within an hour!! This is my go to Plumber and I would recommend this Company for all your plumbing needs! Well done!!

    I needed to have an existing water line attached to the water meter to inspect for leaks prior to completing a purchase of a parcel of land. I reached out to Plumber of Tucson for an estimate based on things Id read about them. I was quite surprised when Josh came to the site, provided a quick estimate, which I felt was reasonable, and said he could make the connection right away. 3 hours later, just as Josh had said, we had running water to the site.In my opinion, Plumber of Tucson and Josh went the extra mile to ensure my water line was leak-free and had the proper pressure at the end of the line. Everyone I dealt with was professional, timely, did exactly as they stated they would do and did it for a fair price. Josh was very courteous and provided A+ service/workmanship.     Second time I have called them due to a plumbing issue. First time several years ago they installed a new hot water heater and all new pipes and did a fabulous job. No problems since. Very competent, kind, friendly, and reassuring regarding their work. This time I had a clog in my shower head system and once again the plumber was friendly, very reasonably priced, reassuring, and had quality communication. As a nurse and someone who is concerned about the details and integrity of the work done, I am once again relieved by my experience today.     If you are looking for professional, high quality and great response time Plumber of Tucson is the full service team for you. I have used them for old and new problems with my plumbing and they have always come through. They have replaced my tankless water heater and installed my new alkalizer reverse osmosis water system which I am very happy with. When I had a water leak in the pipe behind the wall they repaired it timely, stopped more water damage and guided me through the process of repair.     I had Plumber of Tucson put in 2 new water heaters for me after an old one went caput.From start to finish, the process was good: their quote was affordable when compared with the others I had received, and they took the time to propose and spec out several different options for me. Every person I spoke with at the company was professional and polite, responding thoughtfully to every question I had — their communication was exceptional (and that’s worth a lot)!I ended up installing one standard and one tankless. The two technicians who were on-site for the work were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They managed to carefully work one of the old tanks out of a very tight space without doing any damage and got the job done in less than a full day.     I hired Plumber of Tucson based on a recommendation from a neighbor who recently had a lot of pipe repairs done. This is an old Foothills neighborhood and, unfortunately the pipes under our houses are ancient and beginning to fail. So I needed extensive work on some very old plumbing in my home. Josh and Jerry were polite, friendly and careful of the property. They also found solutions to save me some money more than once. They did the work well and on time. The job required follow up after I hired a different contractor to repair some tile they had to dig through, but while that was happening, Plumbers of Tucson office stayed in touch to plan the return date. Really easy to work with, too, as I had to reschedule a couple of times. Finally, when it was time to follow up (they had to reinstall a toilet after the tile work was complete), Steven and Brady came out, right on time, and finished up pretty quickly. They even took a look at two slow running faucets and cleared the lines of debris for me while they were here. No charge. Super nice. Recommended and I would use them again.

    Had a great experience having my new green fusion water softener/filter system installed (4ft level on right side for scale). Joe was very courteous and professional. He made sure to ask me about the placement of the system inside the garage, as well as the placement of the drain for the system outside, and answered all my questions about operating the system.(the holes in the sheetrock are from me unsuccessfully removing nails, not from the water softener install, lol).Ive had Plumber of Tucson install a new water service line before as well, and that work was done well and saved me from getting ripped-off by a couple other companies that provided me much more expensive quotes.     I called Plumber of Tucson because they were recommended on our neighborhood list. They scheduled my issue promptly. They came to unclog a drain that another plumber, using the same tool, did not. Josh and Herman were, professional, skilled, friendly, and helpful. The folks in the office were very fair when we thought the problem would require a very expensive solution. All in all, I was very pleased with the service in every way.

    I recently had Plumber of Tucson (PofT) install a saltless water conditioner. This required making a by-pass supply loop through the wall of the garage and installing 3 ball valves inside (to include or exclude the conditioner) that connected a pre-filter and the conditioner tank. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited during the quotation process (done over the phone and email with pictures) and with the quality and attention to detail of the work performed.Josh promptly followed up with questions I had, including providing two different install options (hard copper supplied by PofT or using the vendor’s install kit). I am new to Tucson and had not worked with any plumber here before. I was a bit apprehensive since the job required cutting the main water supply into the house to make a by-pass loop and the two other quotes I received were for $300 more. Josh’s information was clear and concise however and the other vendors did not seem that interested in a job of this size and were more difficult to communicate with. Given the positive reviews and my gut feel for what I job of this type should cost, I went with PofT.A two-man team came out to perform the work. They were on time and completed the work in about 3.5 hours including a trip to acquire more parts. The completed job looks very professional and it was clear that attention was paid to both form and function. The conditioner has worked perfectly with no leaks and I was given instructions on how best to relieve pressure on the system for future maintenance.I would heartfully recommend Plumber of Tucson based on this experience. Their pricing is fair, their quoting process is clear, concise, and communicative, and the quality of work is excellent.

    We decided to have a water softener system put in after some plumbing problems due to hard water. I spent hours over 2 weeks researching my options and went with Plumber of Tucson and their Green Fusion system and that was a terrific decision. Jerry and his partner came out and answered all my questions and especially addressed a space issue in the garage. We went with the 1.5 system. They did a great job of installing it and taking care of the location issue, which saved me from re doing the garage layout.     As a native Tucsonan and local small business owner, I place a very high standard on what quality customer service looks like.Most plumbers provide lip-service, but the actual quality is mediocre. Not Plumber of Tucson.My experience with Josh today was exceptional. He far exceeded my expectation by first taking the time to understand my needs. He then took video in three separate locations, crawled under the house (twice) to put eyes on the pipes, tried solving a problem with a simple solution and provided an honest assessment that saved time and money. He was patient and sincere. Additionally, he fixed a leak, educated me on the operation of a floating toilet and helped ID location of underground lines. He did all this for no additional charge! Unheard of in corporate business today.I appreciated that Josh explained the culture and ethos of Plumber of Tucson.     We have a big family and after 11 years of our hot water running out in between everyone’s showers in the morning, our 50 gallon gas water heater stopped working. This is when we decided to look into tankless water heater systems. After calling around to different plumbing companies and researching so many different tankless systems and ratings out there, we finally decided that the best system was the Navien tankless water heater. The only problem was that there are only 2 different plumbing companies that are certified to install. With one being a company out of state, Plumber of Tucson is the only Navien tankless specialist in this area. This made us worry because it left us with only one plumbing company to use. When they came out to give us a free estimate for the tankless, seeing how professional and thorough they were with making sure it would fit in our existing spot, we quickly learned that Plumber of Tucson was the perfect match for this kind of job. Don from Plumber of Tucson was not only very explanatory about the tankless systems and variations of them, he also gave us multiple options on how to install the tankless with upgradable features. After speaking to a family relative who had a tankless water heater installed a few years back, we discovered that Plumber of Tucson’s price for the tankless and installation was a third of what they paid, and they have a lower rated tankless system. Once going ahead with the tankless and recirculating line installation, we can not say enough how well the job was done. Everything was clean, level, and straight. The installation looked exactly like the pictures on the Navien website. With the tankless water heater installed, along with Don fixing a few other small plumbing problems around our home, we’re glad to only use Plumber of Tucson for all of our future problems. We love our new tankless water heater and will definitely be referring people to Plumber of Tucson. Thanks Don!

    They came to install my water softener & 5-stage RO filter system around april 2022. Quite expensive, as you expect from any plumber. Everything went fine, a small leak was reported the same day and it was fixed the next day.A year later (now), when the time came to change the first 3 filters of the RO system, I set my self to do it, and I realized they got them in the wrong order: the filter of stage 1 (sediment filter) was swapped with filter of stage 3 (carbon filter). Nothing serious seemed to have happened and I hope wont happen because of this mistake, but only thing I can say is, be on top of your traders while working at your home, no matter how much they hate us home owners doing that. This is a very amateur mistake. The first stage of ANY-stage RO system is ALWAYS the sediment filter, and, needles to say, it was extremely clear in the installation manual.UPDATE (2024/07/31): As you see in the comments, shortly after my 3-star original review, they offered me the next filter change for free as a compensantion for the mistake they did lining up the filters in their installation service. I thanked them and clearly stated to them it it was the full 5 filters to change in 2024. They said No problem. The time came, I sent an reminding email, we scheduled the service, they came. Communication between workers and managing was not too clear initially since workers didnt know it was a free service and initially challenged it. Everything was clarify shortly after them getting the confirmation it was. Not a biggy, not too uncommon with any type of service.They did the job swiftly and promptly.Thats a way to make it up for their clients!100% recommended now!

    I am very thankful for Plumber of Tucson and the two man crew (Dillon and Steven) who came to my home and installed a Green Fusion water softener. My skin has become severely sensitive to the Tucson hard water and after much research I knew I needed the Green Fusion water softener. Dillon and Steven did an absolute wonderful job of installation. Their plumbing experience and knowledge was observed in the quality of work completed.     Had my shower handle fall off.     Im very happy with the work and professionalism of Plumber of Tucson. I had ongoing clogging problems in my main line and in one of my bathrooms. Using a camera inspection, Plumber of Tucson identified that both problems were related to roots that had grown into the lines. I feared a major plumbing repair or replacement was inevitable. The video inspection I was shown looked pretty bleak but after using descaling and hydro jetting equipment, there are no more signs of roots. The plumbers showed me both before and after video footage of both areas and I was shocked at how clean they were after their work.They were kind, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough and the price I paid for the service was thousands of dollars less than a major repair or replacement would cost. They were very positive and never tried to make the matter seem worse than it was and I was especially grateful they never tried to up-sell me anything. Im especially grateful to John, the plumber who led the project. He was kind and professional every step of the way. After seeing the videos with the roots, I expected to be given a sales pitch on pipe re-lining but that never happened.Plumber of Tucson is now saved in my phone contacts and they will definitely be the first I call if I have any issues in the future.

    I decided to buy a water softener and wanted it installed. I checked with several other plumbers and none would install it without purchasing a unit from them. I decided to go with the one I had picked out. We scheduled an installation appointment for the next few days. After walking through all the options, we decided a whole house re-pipe would be the most economical thing to do to ensure no future problems for my 60 year old house.Every person we worked with along the way was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to minimize the damage to the house and cleaned up the site every day.Whole process took under a week and we couldnt be happier.     This review is something of an oddity. I did not use Plumber of Tucson, however I still gave them a 5-Star Rating!! Reason is that I got a call from a very professinal and polite person (Chris) and we set up an appt for one of his technicians to come to my house for a next-day inspection of the job, and for a quote. My mother-in-law who is 90 years old had a slippage of her health and I had to bring her to my house, thus I had to cancel the appointment. I got a very heart-felt email from Chris (late in the evening) wishing my family the best, and asked if I needed anything from him. Cmon.... who does that? Only caring folks!!     My husband and I cannot recommend Plumbers of Tucson more strongly! If you are looking for a company to come in and help save the day- look no further – Plumbers of Tucson has you covered! This summer, the plumbing in our 1940’s fixer upper completely disintegrated. We had multiple companies provide estimates and quotes – one company employee went as far as saying that he couldn’t believe our house passed inspection and that he had NEVER seen our issue covered by insurance (cue major meltdown). Then, Don from Plumbers of Tucson provided an estimate (talk about night and day). Don was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issue AND was an expert about how best to work with insurance companies. Don guided us through the ENTIRE process, giving advice, and always being available to answer guestions. Because of Don and his team much of the work on our house WAS covered by our insurance- saving us from years of debt or foreclosure. Talk about a godsend! The Plumbers of Tucson team was courteous, communicative, and did such speedy and efficient job with our plumbing. They were considerate when it came to preserving the items in our house (laying floor mats, putting up tarps to keep out dust, etc.) and just a great team to have around our space (polite, kind, and always ready to tell us where in the project they were).     We had two major water line leaks in our home in less than two years with major water damage. The old water pipes installed in 2003 were the old Pex plastic that was used then. Don and his estimator, explained in detail why we were experiencing the water leaks and how they could replace all of the water lines in our house. We hired Plumber of Tucson. Don sent out two plumbers who did an awesome job, were very efficient, very thorough, explained all that they did, and cleaned up once done.     Plumbers of Tucson are fantastic. After having a slab leak, I called multiple plumbers to provide quotes. Plumbers of Tucson were the most reasonable and professional out of the bunch quoting thousands of dollars lower than the other guys. They offered to fix our slab leak by rerouting the hot and cold water lines though our attic. I was greatly impressed with how clean they left my home and the limited amount of necessary drywall removal they caused for a reroute. When things were not quite right with the rerouted pipes making noise (water hammer) they continued to come out to my house multiple times (6) until the issue was resolved for free. The noise in this case was the result of an unrelated issue with my shower and not due to their work, yet they still made sure I was happy. When they say they go above and beyond the call of duty, these guys mean it. They continued to offer great service throughout the entire experience and am happy to recommend them. I will for sure be a return customer.

    First off, they answered my request for an estimate immediately, and what they quoted was both totally reasonable, but also didnt change by the end of the service.Joe, Scott, and Steve were all very well versed in the trade, answered every question I had with multiple options, estimates, reasons to do or not to do something, etc. They encountered a wealth of issues that were all problematic to replacing a water main, but handled them with the kind of expertise you know you want to see in people who are in charge of making sure your house has water, and that it is done right.My old plumber retired, and I have been through a couple of the others looking for the right crew to trust with solid work, and not gouging you through the teeth. After this, I dont need to keep looking for the right people. Im confident in the work, and the price was right. We had two incidents where Don had fit us into his busy schedule within a reasonable price.Incident 1: Leak in water line from meter to home. Site: Left the yard looking like there were no leak to start. Professionalism: Took pictures of completed work. Answered questions and concerns after completed work. Great warranty package not only parts but labor also.Incident 2: Water Heater. Don and his team got us a new water heater in 2days time and that was due to having to order the water heater. His schedule was busy and was estimated for a week before getting it but he made it happened soon. Price: Had provided details of parts and labor. No hidden prices. Reasonable compare to other companies. Time: Installed and removal of old water heater in 1 hour time for completed job. Professionalism: took pictures. Locked up our garage because we were not home.     I highly recommend Plumber or Tucson for honest, reliable, and reasonably priced service. I needed to replace the main water line to my house about a year ago and got a few different estimates of highly rated companies. These guys were the most affordable and did an excellent job with great communication throughout the job and left the yard looking spotless after. I recently noticed a leak (appx 1 year later) above where the main line was installed. I called them and they were very prompt in coming out. It turns out that it was actually an old irrigation line that had developed a crack and not the line that they installed. Either way, they quickly fixed the problem for us for no charge. These guys are amazing! I cant promise you a free irrigation line fix, but be assured they will provide outstanding and friendly service before, during, and after the job is complete.

    Recently, the men from Plumber of Tucson did a complete repiping of my 100+ year old adobe casita in Tubac due to a ruptured water line. The water lines were the original ones and buried under slab. Within a day of calling for a consult, they were here, talked me through my options and presented me with an itemized and fair quote. The work started 2 days later and took 5 days. It was a challenging project that involved my home, the detached studio and the irrigation system.     Referred to Plumber of Tucson by a family member in the construction trade. Joshua (Office Staff) was a pleasure to deal with and scheduled an inspection of our sewer lines for an obstruction/slow drain. John was one of the two plumbers sent and was excellent and knowledgeable. They performed a camera inspection of the pipes and were able to determine the location of the obstruction, below ground, in the front yard. We learned when the house was built in the 1970s, no sewer clean-out was installed. Received an estimate of $2,253. to install the 3 pipe clean-out, replace the old back water valve and hydrojet the main sewer line. Compared a competitors estimate and realized this was a good price. The work took just over a day and we were completely satisfied from start to finish. After the job was complete, the plumbers provided a video copy of the second line inspection, showing all was clear. The work also came with a 50 yr. warranty. We would use and recommend these fine people for any plumbing needs, very satisfied.

Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion and so called these folks out. They were on time, courteous, and very forthcoming. This job I am NOT happy with. There is 1 screw holding one end shower panel in place and forced to touch the wall stud. This puts the shower out of square and voids the warranty on the shower. He refuses to extend the studs out to meet the shower wall because I hired a plumber, not a carpenter. He could have told me what the problem was, but instead he told me the walls were out of square...they are not. Be very careful if hiring this company.

    Excellent and quick work! These guys are honestly amazing. I called around to other plumbers and they were way more expensive than they needed to be. Plumbers of Tucson charges exactly for what you need. Not extra stuff nor commission. They only took an hour to replace a couple pipes for me. I will be using them again to install my new toilet.

    Kitchen faucet replacement. Technicians arrived on time (same-day, in fact), performed the work quickly, and the price was good. However, without confirming with me, they took my old faucet and disposed of it when I intended on returning it to the vendor for a refund. Management reimbursed me for the faucet and apologized for the confusion.

    These guys are the best! They are quick, responsive, professional. They are very fair with their prices, and dont charge for things that dont need to be fixed! They have done good work at my house, and prices were very reasonable. Today I needed them to come replace a faulty gas valve which supplies my grill. It wasnt engaging and I thought it was broken inside. They tightened a screw, completely checked it, confirmed it was ok, and didnt charge me. They showed me how they checked it and confirmed it is fine, and did not condescend at all--he said to never mess with gas lines yourself, it was right to call. Anything I need for plumbing, I call them, and highly recommend them.

    Used Plumber of Tucson for a repipe on my house. They are very reasonably priced. Brady and Josh were the techs that did the work and they did a great job!
