Tucson Plumbing to the rescue. Ron is our main contact and we have all positive feedback. The entire experience was above and beyond all our expectations. Communication was on point. Price lower by 20% than competitor. Ron coordinated with our other contractor and it was effortless on our side. We live in phoenix and that requires crystal clear communication to articulate problem, option and recommendations. I give them a solid 5 stars and have to add on they are all very customer oriented and personable. One of the techs befriended our puppy and plans in the work to grab lunch with hubby next time in town. They all went above and beyond! Plumbing issues are scary and this team acts fast and with INTEGRITY as a core value. So grateful they are on our team.Job details : Dug up main sewer line from clean outs to gate. Installed new sewer line from clean outs to a few feet from curb hooked into existing clay pipe coming from street. Tucson Plumbing installed the AOW-S400 water softener for my house about 4 months ago. I was given an Owners Manual and some water testing strips but no real instructions on settings. The regeneration time was not set correctly. In trying to adjust that Ive been guessing at all the proper settings for my house and am very frustrated. I called Tucson Plumbing today and Jasper, without any prompting, is sending someone out to my house without charge to show me what I need to know. Thank you, Jasper!

Martin from Tucson Plumbing performed a repair on our Rinnai natural gas, tankless water heater and did a wonderful job. The problem was in the heat exchanger which meant that he had to almost totally dismantle the entire unit to get the heat exchanger out for replacement. There were parts and screws everywhere. It was a very complex operation. Yet he managed to get it back together and it works. All the while he was very nice and respectful while performing the work. He called us each time that he was coming out to our house to let us know he was on his way. Very punctual. I would highly recommend this person for any plumbing work you need to have done.

We needed service work done so I called Tucson Plumbing. We use them for new construction too. Brian called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived shortly after and got to work! He installed a new kitchen faucet and fixed some other issues (dirt in the water line and a constant running toilet). The new faucet looks great, and everything is in good working order. Also, the price was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. Brian was very nice and professional. Thank you!

I had just received a sky high water bill and the neighbor happened to notice water spraying out of my outdoor irrigation valve— of course this was in the middle of a three day weekend. I called Tucson Plumbing on Saturday and Lisa managed to get me on the schedule for Tuesday. Adam notified me of his arrival time and then spent about four hours repairing the irrigation piping outside my home. The problem turned out to be quite complex and he was in communication with a coworker. The final result was very satisfactory and we agreed to follow up in a few months regarding replacement of some additional parts of the same system. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable.I appreciated his hard work and successful solution.

We called on a Sunday night after trying to install a dishwasher and getting stuck on the last part of the installation - the compression sleeve that would not budge due to the previous pipe installation being done poorly (the house came that way). We called Tucson Plumbing and Brandon was literally at our house and working on the problem in 30 minutes. He did an excellent job, explained the problem and the solution and repaired it swiftly. Very trust-worthy. I called them to get a second opinion because another company said I had a collapsed pipe. Tucson Plumbing came out and unclogged the pipe which the other company did not do and removed some roots which was the actual problem. The other company sent a quote to jackhammer through the tile floor to the pipe and repair the collapsed section for over $3700 without tile and drywall repair which would have cost more. Call Tucson Plumbing.

Adam was sent out on an emergency call, so missed our scheduled time, but we were notified in plenty of time, by both the office, and later contacted by Adam.When Adam finished the emergency call he contacted us, and said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived, went right to work, and had our water heater up and running in less than one hour (we were having the anode rod replaced).Very happy with the service, and the service provider! My experience with Tucson Plumbing has been a very positive one. Jasper was very patient answering about a bazillion questions regarding the whole home filtration system I had installed and also was able to get the installation scheduled for a Saturday so I wouldnt have to miss work. The day before I did get a call that there was an emergency situation that would have to take priority Saturday morning and my 9am appointment would need to be moved to the afternoon which worked okay with my schedule. Dave was great - he communicated with me throughout the day - ended up having two more emergency plumbing situations crop up that he attended to before coming to me in the early evening but he came and installed the system and so far I love it!

Gabriel removed the valve, saw the broken cartridge and installed a new one. Hire this company for your plumbing needs! You wont go wrong with them!Last Friday, 11-19-21, we replaced a tank hot water heater with a tankless hot water heating system. Ben came to our house for the estimate the week before, talking with us about our needs and the work necessary to install and vent the tankless system. He was punctual, professional, and personable. The quote he provided was also reasonable and affordable for us, especially compared to the first quote we got from another local plumbing company which, for the same work, was almost three times as high as Tucson Plumbings quote.Ben performed the install for us. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable about what he was doing and also attentive to questions and concerns we had about disruption of water service to a separate plumbing line. He was careful and conscientious at each step, knowing what he needed to do and confidently and meticulously replacing the old tank heater with the new tankless system.We couldnt have asked for a better plumber for our conversion from a tank hot water heater to a tankless hot water heater. The install was time consuming and Ben worked it straight through without taking a break, concentrating on getting the old heater out and the new one installed with minimal impact on us. He was pleasant at every turn and did not slack off in his work even when we had questions or checked on him from time to time to view his work and see his progress. He was neat in laying out what he needed to do at the outset of the install, and he left the work area as orderly as it had been on his arrival.Ben is a great plumber, in our opinion, and a phenomenal representative for what can be expected from Tucson Plumbing. Brian and Ricky were sent out on 2 occassions to install new shower fixtures. On the first visit, after getting everything installed, the Delta cartridge broke. I had to order a new cartridge from Ferguson and reschedule Tucson Plumbing to complete the job. Brian and Ricky came back out to complete the install of my new Delta fixtures and Brian was able to get the second trip charge waived. Tucson Plumbing is a little priceier than other companies but they are patient, explain in detail what they will be doing, and as a DIYer I appreciate that they let me watch and learn. Ricky wiped up after they were finished and the shower is good to go thanks to Tucson Plumbing, Brian and Ricky

Ernesto arrived the day after I called, and within 5 minutes determined that a second line was not needed and the capability was already in place. The first estimate from a different firm quoted over $1800; Ernesto charged $69. Tucson Plumbing will get my business for life! Its great to find an honest and professional firm like Tucson Plumbing.

I want to thank Tucson Plumbing for coming out when I wasnt even home. I am on vacation when my adult son informs me he flushed a large comb down the toilet and is afraid it will clog. Ive used Tucson Plumbing in the past and gave them a call. They advised that we dont use that toilet and came out the same day. They retrieved the comb from the toilet (which my son promptly threw away) and got it working in no time! 5 Plus StarsI wanted to compliment my recent experience doing business with Tucson Plumbing. This past Saturday evening (Easter Eve) around 8:30 PM, with several house guests installed and plans to host 20+ friends and family for Easter dinner next day, I emerged from a slowly draining bathtub to find standing water on the floor in both of the bathrooms and the second shower in my house. My husband announced this meant the sewer was blocked, and asked me to find someone to fix it asap. Saturday, 8:30 at night and a holiday weekend to boot. I looked online and found 2 businesses who prominently promised 24/7 service. I left a message on the first number (still have not had a call back 5 days later) and talked to someone at an out-of-state call center on the second number. There I was given a 2 hour call back window, quoted a $60 service call fee, and was told I’d have to wait until the plumber arrived for him to give me an estimate to clear the lines. They couldn’t even give me a general price range.Then I decided to take a chance on calling Tucson Plumbing (we do business with them where I work), even though I didn’t know if they had 24/7 service. Turns out it was totally worth calling. The lady who answered my call was friendly and helpful, was obviously in Tucson, and after asking where I lived, she gave me a 30 -40 minute response time (based on the on call Plumbers location) and a set price for the service call. Tucson Plumbings Plumber Sal arrived promptly as promised. He was polite and professional and got everything working again within the hour—disaster averted! My husband liked that Sal let him watch and understand what he was doing as well as look at the camera in the pipes. We will call Tucson Plumbing first next time (and always) going forward.

I called on Tucson Plumbing because of how long they have been in business, and because they have the shills and equipment to tackle most any job. I requested to have a number of new remote rear yard hose bibs installed using PEX pipping in a newly rebuilt and enlarged yard. The Tech was well trained to serve the customers needs and wants. He called me when leaving the shop with an approx. arrival time and even arrived a bit early. He presented himself as friendly helpful and knowledgeable of his trade. He came well equipped with the correct tools and had all the materials necessary to complete the job as requested without having to run for materials in the middle of the job.I am sure the work I requested was not your normal service call. When finished, he presented me a final bill, which was as quoted before starting.If I need plumbing work in the future, I surely will call on this company again.

Last Friday at 2 pm we had an emergency plumbing issue at our home. I had an after-hour appointment with Tucson Plumbing booked. Prior to arrival, Mike (the plumber) called to ask a few questions. Within 5 minutes on the phone he diagnosed our problem and recommended we call a septic company. His professionalism saved us about $300.00 on this emergency call that would have NOT solved the problem. He was knowledgable and honest...what excellent qualities to have in ones employees!I must also give thanks to Connor who answered my initial call and understood the need for immediate action. I didnt need Tucson Plumbing for this issue, but they will be the FIRST company I call in the future should I need plumbing services.
