I wrote a review yesterday that was completely undeserved. My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11am. No one showed u and I called to complain. Apparently there was an issue with my phone an i wasn’t receiving the calls from this company. Brian Hall ( the plumber) came and was able to fix my shower and he was so pleasant and professional. He took a look at the problem and knew right away what the issue was. Because of Brian and his excellent work, I will never use any other plumbing company! Brian is a real asset to his employer!!

DeVo the plumber was on time, courteous and respectful. I liked him immediately. He looked at the job, the installation of my new kitchen faucette and under sink shut off angle stops. He gave me an estimate. During the installation he informed me of the procedures as they were done, and asked my permission if needed.He was efficient and professional.I will certainly use Elite Rooter in the future and request DeVo, the plumber.Sandra M, Tucson.

If I could, I would give them a 10 star rating. They were here right away diagnosed our problem. Stayed on the job day after day until everything was resolved. Left the site in perfect condition. Hector and Brian made sure everything was done perfectly. Hector did all the labor work and he was the most dedicated young man, he worked from morning till night until he was done. Wow! These guys were fantastic!! Jonny Newman is a special person. when I met him his kindness radiated in such a way that I just felt so comfortable with him doing plumbing work in my home.i kept his number and he is the ONLY plumber I will ever call in the future.We have 5 dogs that were running around, our dogs loved them, never felt intimidated by them, and they kept the dust away from the dogs, what a dream!!!Jonny not only handled everything, he brought some amazing workers that were hard working and clean! I got estimates from multiple suppliers and chose Elite because their advice did NOT include upselling and when I asked why, I got a great answer. Earned my trust, which would have been enough to give them the job. The replacement was scheduled for the next day, and completed on time, on budget, and with grace and care. Cant speak highly enough about how well this company took care of us.

Bryan took the time to do the job right. After he unclogged my pipe, he took a line with a camera and showed me that my pipes were clean. Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! It’s days like this, where it all goes wrong.. cleaning up a vacation rental as it’s being remodeled and behold, the laundry drains the water as it back flows into all the showers, tubs and you know it under a toilet running through the house! Freaked out, I post request and 3 companies were given the area and immediate need. Only Brian responded within seconds, asked the diagnostics of the issue and was out with in a few hours. What a mess he came to, he fixed the issues, cleaned out the lines and even cleaned up the mess! People like Brian take the nightmare out of “stuff happens”! He was smart, professional, accommodating, clean, and well prepared! The bill was so reasonable I could only praise! I’ve had other plumbers try to squeeze every penny and time to create more problems, Not Brian! No games! No brainer, keeping his contact close!

I requested the Elite Rooter service because of the professionalism and guaranteed work. I recommend it 100%. Keith is very human and really cares about the well-being of his clients. He explained to me every problem that my drainage had, because my bathtub was clogged and there was already I spoke to several companies and the problem only subsided for a few days, Elite Rooter arrived and they found the real problem. I was very grateful to Keith who helped me in every detail and Héctor Palafox who does a great job and very clean.
