Once they visually identified the issue, they were able to diagnose it and explain it to me - it seems we had overused the system due to everyone being home during the pandemic. They returned, pumped out the tank, inspected it once more, hydro jetted and treated all the pipes, and installed a filter. After all this, they went the extra mile to check it AGAIN to ensure it met their high standards! Jonah did a fantastic job repairing a section of damaged pipe. He took the time to guide us through the necessary steps with the mitigation company so he could perform the repair. As always, Bradley was exceptional, working alongside Jonah to install a new gas line to the kitchen and set up a new gas range. They took the time to ensure the gas supply was adequate and navigated around existing utilities with ease. Bradley also did an impressive job removing the old water heater and installing a new 50-gallon one. He left the area spotless after completing the work. He also replaced our sump pump, PRV, and bathtub drain. Bradley was polite, professional, and efficient, answering all of our questions thoroughly. Although I had replaced this pump with a different firm just four years ago and had my system pumped only recently, the pump had failed. Jonah was diligent in showing me the problem and explaining the possible reasons behind it. He suggested a replacement but didnt pressure me into agreeing to other recommendations. I decided to go ahead with the pump replacement. Once the new pump was installed, Jonah noted that it wasnt pumping enough towards the drain-field. He attempted to clear the pipes, managing to get water flowing out of two out of three. After inspecting the third, he was successful in clearing it as well. After ensuring the field was clear, he rechecked the new pump, which was now pumping the correct amount! They tidied up and completed the job in just two hours. I appreciated their meticulousness and the fact they didnt rush the process, ensuring everything was tested thoroughly. This is my third time using their services and Ive always been satisfied. The price charged was extremely reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Let me summarize a lengthy tale. Bradley from a local plumbing service went the extra mile, and I could not be more grateful. For over half a year, we were dealing with a sporadic leak from our upstairs bathroom, causing dampness in our downstairs ceiling. It was quite exasperating as the leak was intermittent, appearing one day and then stopping for weeks. I had three plumbers visit to tackle this problem. The first one tried to locate the leak by running all water outlets in the bathroom, but couldnt reproduce the leak. So, he just applied some caulking inside the shower stall, which unfortunately didnt solve the issue as it leaked again. The second plumber couldnt figure out the problem either and didnt seem interested in the job. The third suggested a complete bathroom renovation, which was just two years old. Having purchased the house just over a year ago, we had to cease using the shower because of the leak, which was rather disappointing considering the significant amount we invested in the house. This was when Bradley came into the picture. Bradley was courteous and asked several questions over the phone to understand the situation better. He also suggested a few simple tests to try and diagnose the issue. At the end of the call, he advised us to cut a hole in the ceiling and then get back to him. A few weeks later, after acquiring a sheetrock knife, we cut a hole in the ceiling as per Bradleys advice and ran the tests he had suggested. I called Bradley back, and he offered some ideas based on his experience about what could be causing the problem. We conducted the tests in the bathroom, and Bradleys diagnosis was spot on. It was just a tiny stream of water seeping through the shower doors and onto the exterior of the shower. Throughout this process, Bradley never once asked for payment. He used his own time to assist me, never insisting he needed to visit just to earn a quick buck. I was on the verge of spending a fortune on a complete bathroom overhaul due to my frustration. Bradley not only saved us time and money but also reinstated our faith in humanity by showing us there are people out there willing to lend a helping hand and not just looking to make a quick dollar.

Henry did a excellent project again. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year and he diagnosed the trouble and provided solutions. He and his crew are professional and his expertise was apparent. I was able to learn how to troubleshoot my septic system and assess what was the causation behind my problem. In my case, roots from tree growth, which he was able to show me using a high definition camera. He cleared them using specialty equipment that you can’t pick up at a Home Depot. We asked him to upgrade our water main shut-off valves from old-fashioned knobs to more efficient levers, and conduct some necessary toilet repairs. Bradley and his team arrived and started work from the basement to reach the main level plumbing. They meticulously cut through the drywall for the repair. They took the effort to explain the issues to me and successfully resolved them. The drains are now functioning flawlessly. Jonah was amiable, professional, and punctual. Bradley was professional and showed dedication to the job at hand, minimizing the mess. Our drywall repair team mentioned that they seldom see such thoughtful access through the ceiling.
