To give you some context, we had our kitchen sink faucet replaced by our current plumber last year. But just the other day, the faucet started failing and began leaking. So, I reached out to a different plumber, who offered us VIP pricing, and they quoted over a THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace it! Even with their VIP rate, it was nearly $350 more than what we paid last year! So, my partner dug up the receipt from our current plumber and explained the situation. This was far more superior than the service I received from another company I used just 8 months back, which didn’t properly resolve the problem. The notable distinction here was their utilization of a camera scope for both diagnosing the issue and ensuring its resolution after cleaning the line. Some other companies might only eliminate the obstruction but not fix the problem. Their pricing was reasonable and even a bit lower than what I had previously paid. The speed and efficiency with which he worked were truly impressive, especially considering the hourly rate for a plumber. Once the repair was completed, I had to wait for the glue to dry before restarting my system. In the meantime, Stanley had already moved on to his next emergency call. However, he called me back a few hours later to ensure everything was functioning properly and there were no leaks. I dialed them up in a frenzy around 1:00 pm. my basement was flooded with sewage, and the company trying to drain the water was unsuccessful after 5 attempts. they advised me to contact a plumber as there was an obstruction in the pipe preventing them from proceeding. by 2:00, maximus and stanley arrived and started investigating. unfortunately, they came back with the grim news that they couldnt resolve the issue as it was an electrical glitch with the pressurized septic pump. they promptly provided me with the contact details of an electrician to consult, which i did. however, he mentioned that for him to work, the area needed to be drained. i rang up the company that drained our septic tank on Monday morning, trying to explain my requirements, but with no luck. So, i asked maximus to intervene. he communicated the urgency of my situation and the tasks that needed to be accomplished today. before departing, they managed to fix my wobbly kitchen faucet, expressing their sympathy and regret for not being able to assist with the other issue. its now 4:55 pm and the electrician has just left. everything is back in order, except for the damage to my basement. without the proactive support from stanley and maximus in the short span they were here, i am certain my day tomorrow would have been a chaotic mess just like this morning. i cant express my gratitude enough, both of you were my sanity saviours today.

My century-old home in Tucson had old, failing concrete drain pipes, and we discovered they were illegally connected to the neighbors system. After gathering a few estimates, I was most impressed with one particular service. They visited twice to discuss my preferences for the task at hand. Their team was able to complete the work by only digging at the entry and exit points of the pipe, replacing everything with fresh PVC. It was impressive to see the level of organization among the team members, which included Kyle, Dustin, and Maximus. They accomplished the task in just a couple of days, working from 8am to 7pm with several trucks and a few backhoe tractors. Multiple jobs were handled simultaneously, but everything was completed and cleaned up by the end of the day. They also did a general cleanup, smoothing out the dirt. However, be prepared to do a bit of landscaping afterward. The quality of the work was worth every penny, and there were no unexpected charges.

Initially, we had Stanley from Pauls Plumbers to try and clear our blocked drain, but we were left with a clogged sink and a hefty quote of $4,700 for a solution. Later, kyle, another technician from the company, was sent to our place. He was extremely courteous and professional. He ran the snake through the drain again and lo and behold, he managed to unclog it. To make sure it was properly cleared, he tested it by filling the sink three times. Despite being fast, he was very thorough in his work. In the future, we will be using their services for plumbing issues outside our home warranty. Wed highly recommend them.

Both were professional and helpful. I had a scare with a detector but they were quick to respond (within the hour) and assured me was fine (needed to update my detector). Hudson left in the middle of another job, and even stuck around and waited for Ray to arrive to ensure nothing was missed. They lived up to the “outrageously professional” tag line in my experience.

Im absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I had a major leak in my front yard that wasnt caused by my sprinkler system. Initially, Randall from one plumbing company arrived and instantly told me they wouldnt work on it because of a quest connection near my sprinkler equipment. He claimed that this connection wasnt up to code and was likely to fail, so they wouldnt repair the leak due to liability reasons. Also, they couldnt guarantee their work. They gave me a hefty quote (just above $8K) to replace the equipment, fix the leak, and set up a homeowners cut off, among other things. Then Kyle from another plumbing company came out, pressurized the system to find the leak (which Randall didnt do). It turned out that the leak was from a water softener pipe attached to my main line that had come loose. Since I dont have the water softener anymore, they disconnected the pipe and reassembled the main line, bypassing the old water softener pipe. They managed to do all this within about 2 hours, and my bill was only $561. The plumbers, including Stanley, informed me that Ill likely need to replace the equipment with the quest connection in the future. However, they were honest and didnt try to overcharge me for unnecessary replacements or repairs. Now, I have a new go-to plumber. Oddly enough, the first company came back with a spot repair quote of $1500 after I rejected their $8K quote, despite initially saying they wouldnt do a spot repair because of the quest connection. Strange, right?

I had a hunch there was a leak in my bathroom because the floor was unusually hot and my water meter was going crazy even though no water was being used. i got in touch with a leak detection company and they confirmed my suspicion that there was a leak. They pinpointed it to be under the slab in my laundry room. we reached out to a number of plumbers but no one was free. However, when we got in touch with this one plumbing company, they were able to send someone out on the same day, around 4:30 in the afternoon. maximus was the first one to get there, and he discovered that the leak was actually under the kitchen sink slab, which was a different location than what the leak detection company had identified. his partner, randall, arrived not too long after. they both worked tirelessly to fix the leak by rerouting my hot water line through my attic and then down my living room wall to under the kitchen sink where the leak was found, and then they sealed off the old line under the slab. they just kept going until the job was done, only pausing briefly to get more pipes. they finally wrapped up the job around 10:00 at night. i was blown away by the dedication and work ethic of these young men who were committed to seeing the job through to the end, despite it being late in the day. im so grateful for their hard work! its rare to find people so dedicated to their job these days. the plumbing company should be proud to have them on their team. my bathroom floor is back to its normal temperature, and my meter has stopped spinning. thank you, maximus and randall!
