Our service tech, Israel was excellent. Very professional and did a great job fixing our hot water heater. We had some issues with the front office not returning our calls and parts taking a while, so we were without hot water for over two weeks while we waited for the part to arrive, but the guy who actually did the work was great!

Israel was great!! My home warranty sent Taz Plumbing here for my water heater issue. As usual, my warranty does not cover a new water heater unless its leaking. I ended up paying out of pocket for a new heater and install, which it is what it is.I got same day service; Israel was here in under 2 hours of my service call. After assessing situation, I agreed to heater, he went to get it, came back, and installed it. He is a very professional, and courteous man! I am very happy with the service from start to finish!

Hi highly recommend TAZ Plumbing. My water heater started leaking on a Friday night. They came out promptly on the next business day. I was grateful with how professional and knowledgeable my plumber was as he was able to tell there was water damage. He called a dependable and knowledgeable restoration company who came out that same day. It turns out that I did have a lot of water damage and had to file a homeowners claim for that. I cant speak more highly of Taz Plumbing. In addition I had a home warranty plan to cover my hot water heater which TAZ worked with them to make sure I wouldnt have to pay any additional costs. Im a widow and live on a fixed income so I really appreciated the extra attention they showed me. Definitely call them when you need a plumber. I will.

Juan was great at making himself available for any concerns or questions we had, and was generous with his time when it came to dealing with our homeowners insurance company. William came to repair the water line, got the correct part, installed it correctly, and disposed of the old line that had leaked for the 3rd time, put in a new line, and attached it to the turn off under the sink. He even cleaned up the sawdust. All done with kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend William and am so thankful to see it was repaired and not patched like the last 2 plumbing companies had done. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Want to start out by giving a huge shout out to GABRIEL with TAZ plumbing…. He has serviced my home 2 times and always resolves the issue within hours. TAZ plumbing has always scheduled me within the 24 hr (as stated by AHS), both times that I needed service; not like BLUE TECH plumbing that I had to call THEM (after 48 hrs), then got scheduled the same day, but then they never showed up or call. I had to call AHS back and request TAZ plumbing for which, again, scheduled me within 24 hrs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAZ plumbing (Gabriel as the technician) for all plumbing needs……

Great group to get the job done!! Juan thoroughly investigated and mapped the entire house to present me with options to fix my 70 year old plumbing in light of my budget. Work crews communicated with me well during the job, did not make a mess in my house, and got everything running well. I have used Taz plumbing to replace my fresh water supply line and line my sewer pipes under the home, both big jobs handled well. I highly recommend their services due to their experience and their hard work. Most other companies just wanted to do a gaseous re-lining of my pipes and never took the care that Juan did by looking at the entire picture of my pipes condition throughout the house with cameras.

I can hardly put into words just how amazing this company is, but Ill try!!! We moved out of one house with broken pipes into ANOTHER house with broken pipes, and let me tell you, these guys have been the most pleasant plumbing company Ive dealt with in two years (which says a LOT)!! The owner, Juan, personally came out to my house to do the estimate, he informed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and how they were planning on doing it & they started working the next business day after getting the green-light from my landlord. They made sure to communicate what they were needing to do at different steps in the repairs so we were never in the dark about what was happening, and also were very conscious of trying to keep the noise to a minimum while working on my master bath as I work from home. When they would leave for the day, they made sure to let us know & also communicated with us what time they were expecting to be back in the morning. When the weekend rolled around & they werent done (which was expected), not one, but TWO of the workers made sure to communicate before they left that there would still be an open trench in our backyard to ensure we were aware of it & didnt accidentally injure ourselves. Its taken about a week to complete the job of replacing our ENTIRE piping, which is so much quicker than I thought it would be, and we werent displaced during any of it. Overall a very pleasant company to work with, very kind and respectful workers (which is important in a house of all girls). I absolutely CANNOT recommend this company enough!! Thank you TAZ Plumbing for your stellar work, and making our home livable again!!

Our garbage disposal was leaking from the sink and dishwasher. We have American Home Shield and they contacted TAZ Plumbing. TAZ Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. They sent out a contractor named “Isreal” to access and diagnose the problem and within a few minutes, Isreal replaced our garbage disposal. We were blessed that they sent Isreal out to our home!! He was really nice, clean and picked up after the job was completed. I know that contractors are supposed to do that - but the others have always left a mess behind. My husband and I definitely recommend TAZ Plumbing, be sure to ask for Isreal!!

Started as a home warranty call on a line Ive been fighting off and on every few years. They were happy to show me the underlying issues and only a low-pressure sales pitch on the recommended fix. They got us working so we could consider our options whether permanent or with an interim fix. One of the owners (Juan) came and talked to us to be sure we were happy with the work and options for a fix. A few weeks later, after consulting with other companies, we called them back for their price (not the best - but not bad for what was involved), warranty (which includes inspections in subsequent years to confirm line is still good), and based largely on the responsiveness and professionalism of Benjamin who responded to our first call. Roman and Luis did great work over the days they were onsite - friendly, professional, answered questions, and never condescending or upset when I went and peaked at their work in progress. The office staff was friendly and professional when we would call them, too. Swap over to the new line was painless and we have been happy to have a permanent fix of high quality installed that we have confidence will last for many years. Final price was at the estimate - something I always appreciate. Highly recommended if you want it done right and permanently.

I didnt know what they did could even be done!! Ivan was the gentleman in charge of the work that was getting done and he was phenomenal, to say the absolute least. Im not talking about a leak or a clogged pipe here either, people! Im talking Indiana Jones meets Mission Impossible in real-life. Ivan was impeccable. Hes like the Michael Jordan of his craft. Hes the Zero from Holes!!!I had nothing but positive encounters with everyone I spoke to and met at TAZ but honestly, I didnt even have to speak with anyone else from the company because Ivan knew EXACTLY what he was doing and scheduled the the time hed be arriving the next day directly with me the each day before leaving, so there was no need for me to speak to anyone else.If you have a leak or a clogged pipe, ummm... Im quite sure they (although I can personally only speak for Ivan) could do it with their eyes closed.

Taz Plumbing was selected by our Home Warranty Company when we were having problems with our water heater. They were able to get us an appointment the day after we called. The plumber that came out was Ben, and we couldnt have been more happy. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he requested our company expedite reviewing the request. We ended up getting a new water heater, and paid to upgrade to a better one, which Ben came out and installed later that night. Ben was friendly, took time to explain everything, and even explained stuff to our two kids (3 and 2 years old) and let them watch the entire time. If we ever need plumbing service again, whether or not through our warranty, this will be our first stop and we will be requesting Ben.

My water heater was leaking and my home warranty (2-10) dispatched TAZ Plumbing. They came out the next day and informed 2-10 that I needed a new water heater. 2-10 undertook procuring a new unit (albeit an incompatible one). The pipes had to be rerouted and I was quoted a price for that, which 2-10 wouldnt cover. TAZ came back out to install the unit and reroute the pipes. The work that was actually performed was not what I was quoted for and I was ultimately overcharged. Once I was able to speak with someone at TAZ, they understood the situation and worked with me to correct the situation. I am happy to say that my initial negative impression of this company has changed and that I would happily do business with them again.

We had our main sewer line burst under our historic, 1941 mid-town home—it was a mess, and we needed help quickly. Not only did Taz Plumbing come quickly and provide a quote within 30 minutes, but they found us a cleanup and restoration company—Bingham Restoration—who also came right out and agreed to get started the next day. Working together, this great team made us feel like we were in great and caring hands—and we were! Its very stressful to have this happen (not to mention environmentally hazardous and difficult to deal with for everyone, not the least the plumbers and restoration specialists). The Taz team knew we were having trouble with State Farm, who is refusing to cover our hotel expenses (as if we could stay in a home with no plumbing and that reeked of sewage), and Taz pulled out all the stops, having their workers come on Saturday and getting the system working by Sunday, saving us two days of hotel. I cant say enough good about both Taz Plumbing; Juan, one of the owners, personally made sure everything was going along well. All the guys were unfailingly polite, and always nattily dressed, even when working in the crawl space under our home!
