I do not normally write reviews however today is a different story. I contacted Spartan plumbing at 2:30 in the morning Halloween night .I noticed that my kitchen floor felt hot when I walked on it and I could also hear a water trickling noise from the center section. I had some low water pressure prior to this night and assumed that it was something to do with the construction in my neighborhood. Come to find out a pipette busted in the middle of my kitchen and this company was immediately there within an hour to check it out as well as shut down all the water to my home its only been a few days but the knowledge and the promptness and professionalism of each worker that has came into my home is beyond words. I will update this review if needed but I had to let anyone out there know that this is an awesome company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Derek saved the day at our house! We had our regular repair guy doing a sink replacement job at our house and when he realized there were issues with the pipes and angle valves due to a bad job when the house was built, we needed an expert quickly! Derek sent a crew out and they worked to resolve it. However, they squeezed us in and needed to get onto another job (and our job was bigger than anyone realized at first), so Derek himself came out and worked late that day to get it finished. We are grateful for the quick and professional service!

Ive been meaning to make a review for quite some time but have not sadly gotten around to it but I could not help but do it this time. I own a local cleaning company and have always used Spartan plumbing and have worked with Derek for several years. I recently had a client just returned from being out of town for the summer and they had a water leak going on at the water heater as well as water damage from monsoon. He was able to show up within 45 minutes get in contact with her insurance company and a Restoration company and are currently getting this situation under control and record timing. This is not the only time that he has done this for one of my clients hes handled little things such as changing out faucets as well as exchanging water heaters and he also replied an entire house for one of my commercial clients that restores foreclosures and resales them. My current property manager has recently started using him as well and is pleased with what he has done. The fact that they show up so quickly as well as answer their phones every time you need to ask him a question is beyond and hard to find these days. I would give them 10 stars or more if I could.

Sadly.we had to say goodbye to our old water heater and hello to our new more efficient water heater. Also.our old water heater wasn’t installed correctly, he not only installed our new water heater properly., he brought it up to code. Thank you

Great work from Bill and his team on a new HVAC system. Got bids from several companies and Spartan was definitely the way to go. They recommended the right product for my home and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was done quickly and Bill followed up with me afterwards to make sure things were running smoothly. Great product warranty and ease-of-mind knowing that Spartan will take care of me if there are any issues down the line. Overall extremely pleased with their level of service and professionalism!

I had a plumbing emergency at 11:00 on a Tuesday night, May 8, 2018. I called Spartan Plumbing, the dispatcher was courteous and was up front about the pricing and availability of the plumber. Benjamin, the plumber dispatched to my home, arrived sooner than anticipated, and was extremely fast and extremely proficient. He had the problem fixed in half an hour. I would call this company again without any hesitation. Considering the late night time, and the quality of the work done, the price was very reasonable.

We had a shower installation contractor break the valve handle of the main water supply to our house and didnt know how to repair it. I called Spartan Plumbing and they were at our house in less than two hours! The plumber did an outstanding job repairing the valve. We couldnt have been more satisfied. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing and would definitely call them again.

My AC went out a couple of summers ago and had a hard time trying to find anyone to come out to see what was wrong because everyones AC was going out at that time and so everyone was booked but my brothers girlfriend Gina works at and told me about Spartan Plumbing and they were just starting out with air conditioning and the guys came out right away that day and let me know exactly what was going on and they were very pleasant and very professional. Unfortunately because I was renting my real estate place had to go through a different company that was through the warranty company but I really did want to use Spartan Plumbing AC & Heating. They had the part that I needed and would have gotten it fixed for me right away but because of me renting I had to wait 3 weeks with no AC in the very hot summer because of waiting on the warranty company to approve and the company they chose to use were overbooked. Thank you again Gina for getting me help immediately that day! I definitely recommend using Spartan Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Recently purchased a new free-standing gas range that could not be pushed flush to the wall due to the the height of the gas line. Contacted Spartan on a Saturday and had 2 technicians at my door the following Monday (early) afternoon. They quickly determined that the position of the gas line valve was the problem; re-positioned it; and were finished within an hour. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.

As always they were punctual, very professional, and excellent problem solvers. Todays problem with my bathtub was tricky, but they didnt stop until it was fixed. Their pricing is very reasonable.

So it finally quit working our over 20 yr a/c unit had enough, we called Spartan Plumbing to help out but after a few minutes watching them with their probe thing and disconnecting and reconnecting wires, the compressor would fail to come on, just a clunk and pop the breaker. They gave an estimate for replace the compressor (r-22) or complete new install, better efficiency etc, etc. After some time and phone calls we called Spartan back and by the next day we had a brand new unit, works great! Thank you Eric, Ryan and Bill. No pressure approach, explained and answered questions. Thank you!

DIY repair turned into a late night disaster, I called three other 24/7 plumbing companies and all declined. Derek, with Spartan Plumbing, despite answering a call in between jobs, informed me he would have it repaired that night. He arrived when he said he would and solved the issue in a timely and professional manner. Words cant even express how blown away I was from the service received. I cant recommend him and will be my goto for any future mishaps.

Oh my gosh do not call anyone else! I had someone else come out on a Friday night, it was 90 degrees in my house and they could not fix my air conditioner. They said I need a new control panel that would cost over 1000.00 or a new unit all together over 10,000.00. They even sent someone out Friday night to sell me one. My son had used Spartan before and said call them, so Saturday morning I called and they had Bill out within 1 hour. IT WAS JUST THE THERMOSTAT!! The other company put a new one in but bent the wire so it did not work. I was up and running in no time and it sure was a lot less. WOW! Hired Spartan to do perma liner and install a new furnace and AC unit in February. Overall they did a great job and cost wise came in a good bit lower on the perma liner than their competitors estimates. The guys were very professional, and during the processs the owner of the company stopped by during the install and asked how things were going. This told me a lot about their Commitment to their customers. I had a couple of minor issues since with the plumbing and Eric has been great about getting them taken care of quickly. Recently had a glitch with my AC, turned out to be a faulty WiFi thermostat. The ac temperature wouldn’t lower but the air temperature did. I called on a Tuesday evening spoke with Bill, Eric stopped by that evening and Bill came on Wednesday morning and checked everything out and got the issue resolved. As a customer service manager for years I am extremely happy with the great customer service, their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring that the services and products they provide are of the highest quality. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

Excellent Customer Service!!From the beginning to the end, I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.Oh and as a bonus, they were a lot less than another company that came to give me a quote.Started out with another company, they came and tested my A/C system, it was pulling too much power at start up, which was a problem that I knew about since last summer, so we planned for a repair before this summer. Also the system had a leak and was 20 years old. The other company wanted nearly $2000 to repair it, but really wanted to push us into a new system, after hearing the sales pitch and turning them down because they wanted between $15k and $20k. I got the, “we have an opening in two days, if you sign now we will knock off $500”. That’s when I knew I had to get them out of my house ASAP!Then I called Spartan, they came out right away. Tested my system and gave me a quote for a repair, half of the price of the other company. Then we talked about doing a replacement, we went over options, pros and cons. Never once did they try to push a new system on us. It was when my wife said just replace it now so we don’t have to worry about it for many more years to come, that’s when I knew what to do. We scheduled the replacement for the following week. Then Sunday morning comes along, I walk out to the garage, water flowing on the floor, leaking water heater... I call Spartan, they help me turn off the water and gas and drain the heater and then give me the option of emergency call on a Sunday or they would have someone out Monday morning. I go with Monday morning to save a few dollars, I can go one day without hot water. They show up on time, replace the water heater and cleanup and done in about an hour.On Wednesday we have the A/C scheduled, they show up on time and get started right away, everything went as planned.I could not be happier with Spartan. They did everything they said they would and treated us right.

Only reason Im giving a 4 instead of a 5 was because of the lack of communication to inform us they would be arriving outside the timeframe we were told. Other than that though once they arrived they fixed the hot water pressure issue we were having very fast and fixed the leak from the water line for the fridge. I know businesses have their busy days so even though I didnt give a 5 I would still highly recommend them for their services!

Weve always had great service from Spartan Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Earlier this week the blower motor of our 15 year old AC had gone out and we decided it was time for a new AC unit. I called Spartan Tuesday morning and asked for Bill who gave us great service last time and within an hour I received a call from Bill. I explained to him that my AC was out and wanted price quotes on a new one. Right away Bill looked into prices for a new AC, asked me a few questions about our home, and also came out to inspect my old AC. By 1:30, the same day Bill had set up for us to have our AC replaced the next day, crane and all! After installation Bill gave us a courtesy call asking how our new unit was running and I let him know that there was a vibration and humming noise coming from the AC and he said he would check it out the next day. The next morning he came out and placed a rubber pad under the AC which diminished the vibration and humming noise completely. Today is Friday and our new AC is cooling the house nicely and quietly. Im still very amazed at how quickly they were able to replace my old AC. Thank you Bill and team for always giving the best service!
