    First time Ive used this company, but I had an outstanding experience with Keith and Rey from Silverado. They came out to clear a blockage in my main sewer line caused by roots and handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care.     My Technician Daniel Jordan, responded quickly. He called ahead to confirm his arrival. Once onsite he diagnosed the problem quickly. He didnt have the item needed to complete the repair, so he went and picked it up. He communicated with me throughout the service process and kept me informed.     Silverado PlumbingI have used Silverado Rooter and Plumbing as a competent cost competitive plumbing firm for many years but a recent plumbing clog that escalated to hydrojetting, descaling and epoxy relining of the sewer pipes under my home led to this extended and positive review. In summary of what I detail below, Silverado diagnosed serious problems in my homes sewer piping and was able to relieve them at reasonable but considerable cost over a period of weeks and without expensive home invasive measures such as jack-hammering through tiled floors to replace piping.It began with a shower that wouldnt drain properly - after a few minutes the tub began to fill and the adjacent toilet began to burp. Aaron came out and cleared the blockage by access with an auger from the septic cleanout and a roof vent. Within a few weeks, the blockage was back with shower not draining and toilet burping. Aaron pulled the toilet this time to clear the blockage and ran a camera into the sewer line for inspection. This revealed an old (1959) sewer system with considerable roughness and deposits of chunky rust scale that were acting as mooring points for toilet paper to build up. This called for a hydrojetting session lasting 6 hours. Although this cleared much of the chunky scale deposits, subsequent camera inspection revealed the old cast pipe roughness was still there.This led to a consult with Silverados descaling / relining specialist Gabriel Aguilar. He put together a proposal and plan to cleanup the rough sewer pipe by descaling and protecting and smoothing the piping by epoxy lining the entire system - and this was a large system serving four bathrooms with a Y split partway. Compared to leaving the system to deteriorate further or more invasive pipe replacement, Gabriels plan seemed prudent and conservative so it was accepted and within a few days Gabriel and his assistant GC were on the job.Gabriel and GC performed iterations of descaling, hydrojetting and frequent borescope inspections to monitor the smoothing of the pipes from the septic and bathroom ends of the system. This is where Gabriel’s years of experience with descaling comes into play using multiple medium intensity descaling, hydrojetting iterations because too agressive descaling can damage the pipes. Once the pipes were smooth and dry, epoxy was drizzled into the pipes from the septic and bathroom ends of the sewer system and brushed onto the walls of the piping while under the observation of a borescope camera to verify complete coverage. Three coats of epoxy were applied - the second coat is a different color than the first and third so it is insured by borescope observation that all areas get multiple coats. Gabriel and GC worked as a great team through the whole preparation and coating process - Gabriel handling the epoxy nozzle, rotating brush and borescope while GC insured a steady supply of epoxy (it takes a lot!) Final inspection with the borescope revealed a much smoother and greatly improved sewer piping system and no blockages have occurred since the work was completed.

    Excellent service! Plumber Anthony Wood worked fast as efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards. Super friendly and offered great advice. Silverado has great customer service. They came during the time stated and Anthony kept us informed of arrival time. Same day service, reasonable price. This occurred today 9/4/24.     The plumber from Silverado did a great job. He explained to me that all the townhomes in my building were backed up and was helpful at explaining to the HOA what was going on so I could get a reimbursement for what I had paid. The finance department was also very helpful at sending me the receipt of the service that I had paid for to send to my HOA. Overall I was satisfied with the work done and the price was reasonable.

    I have used Silverado now for several years and have been consistently impressed with both their responsiveness to my plumbing problems and the quality of service. Most recently I had a shower control break and it turned out to be a very tricky problem because the manufacturer was German And very hard to find parts for. Silverado sent two plumbers, Eddie and Keith, who knew exactly what to do and they even came with a part that I needed from the German manufacturer. Bravo and thanks!

    WOW! I will never use another plumbing company. From the first phone call, professional and friendly to both techs that were at my house who were technically proficient and seemed to care about getting the issue repaired. It wasnt easy and we ended up replacing a waterless tank that was only a year old. Tom was the initial troubleshooter and Danny took up where Tom left off. Danny stayed late on a rainy, Friday afternoon and felt terrible we were not repaired by the time he left. (Not his fault but bad information from the customer service company of the unit) Danny was there first thing Monday giving us priority to others Im sure to get our hot water back on.     Wanted to acknowledge an employee HANK PRIETO!!!! He came this last Saturday, same day service and worked on our sewer drain for 1/2 hr in 96 degree weather! My wife Kris a RN relentlessly made him drink a Body Armor, then gave an icy water before he left! She called his office after he left and wanted to speak to his manager. She said the gal she spoke to sounded a little worried but was relieved when Kris told her, no,no this is a good thing. She gave glowing accolades for his time and effort and was told to post his tireless efforts to fix our problem. She was told he would receive a GIFT CARD!! She said she would call on Monday and make sure he got it!!!! The efforts of your employees is so embedded in our hearts. She said she would raise holy hell if Hank Prieto wasnt acknowledged.     Nobody wants to have any reason to be googling “plumber” on a Saturday or Sunday, but if you’re here reading this, you’re probably in urgent need of plumbing services as I was. I’ve hired Silverado twice now, once in 2020 (plumber named Tony Hall), again a week ago (Nov 2024, plumber named Manny Medina), and both experiences were good. They were timely (showed up within 2 hours of my call), professional, respectful of my home, efficient, competent, communicated clearly, and the prices were reasonable.The first job, during the worst of the pandemic, I was repairing a guest bath toilet and needed to change the feeder line, but then discovered that the wall valve was obsolete and hadn’t been made in years. Unfortunately I didn’t have a compression ring puller for a ring that close to the wall… and now the water to the whole house is off. Called Silverado — Tony had the job done in short order and even reviewed / gave me tips about the new toilet fill valve I had just installed.Second job, a week ago I wake up at 6am to the hissing sound of running water. There’s a pinhole leak in a wall of the master bath. Again, shut off the water and call the same people I used last time — Silverado — after checking their Google ratings were still good. Again, about two hours later Manny shows up, rapidly finds and repairs the issue, all in about an hour’s time.Hopefully I’ll never need to be calling a plumber again, but in case I do, I won’t need Google — I’ll just call Silverado straightaway.(In the photo, Manny repaired the stub to the left — he replaced the cap which was leaking.)

    Update since I cant leave more reviews but we use their services all the time on multiple properties! Leroy Johnson runs a great company and has great employees - Toni helps so much, and recently I got to to talk with Jack about a very expensive repair on a rental property we have - he helped explain and weigh out options. I continue to be so graeful for them and all the ways they help us with plumbing and gas issues.Thank you so much!!________I have been UNfortunate enough to need a plumber for several investment properties, a commercial office complex, and my own home...all in the last several weeks! Thankfully I have been FORTUNATE to find Silverado Plumbing.Every time I have needed assistance, whether for a repair or a sewer scope for an investment property purchase, the technicians are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. On my own home, we recently found that a main shower drain was almost disintegrated and there was a 5 inch geyser every time the sink or shower was turned on...Nicole in dispatch was so helpful in coordinating my jobs and Jeremy came by for an estimate for my property--since I have a tiny crawl space he recommended Aaron to do the work of crawling under to complete the job instead of something that could have been much more invasive to our 89 year old floors. Aaron COULD have just repaired the pipe but he recognized that another job could soon be required due to the age of the pipes around the bathtub. He explained the options and showed me the issue without trying to upsell the job in any way. I so appreciate that he explained what MIGHT be in our future in terms of repair so I could make a choice of whether or not to address the issue all at once. The work was done and done right for the long term without a huge difference in cost.I trust Silverado every time on every job.     I am very impressed with Silverado Plumbing! First, I had broke a pipe in the outdoor wall, and called in tears for help. The kind lady who answered the phone, was very compassionate and patient in listening to my situation. She said, no worries; we will send someone out today (and it was a busy Saturday). The technician, Manny, was top notch. Manny called me to let me know he was on his way, which really eased my anxiety, and arrived within 30 minutes. Manny surveyed the situation, and calmly said he could fix it, no problem. Manny completed, what I perceived as an impossible job, within 30 minutes! The work looked impeccable, and functioned perfectly. No more leaks! He installed a ball valve, just like I wanted. I was concerned that the price would be high, due to it being the weekend, but it was so amazingly reasonable. Further, I asked Manny to take a look at a bathtub faucet that was leaking, and he was able to repair that also while he was out here, because his truck was stocked with many different parts. Manny has an excellent work ethic, is very efficient, competent and clean e.g, he cleaned up the work area before he departed.     I am updating my review to include Keith in this, because he also did such an excellent job today. My situation isnt easy for these guys. My property manager is tired of this plumbing stuff, too, and doesnt want to spend a lot of money (understandably), so it can get tricky for these technicians.Dealing with these multiple priorities and personalities can make it hard to accomplish anything and satisfy anyone.And problems came up. The new toilet wouldnt fit. This could have gone badly.It could have gone on for weeks more if Keith had been less open-minded and willing to step out of his job description a little bit.     We bought a new kitchen faucet the other day, thinking we would install it ourselves. Not complicated, right? However once we got under the sink to try to remove the old one, we found it had been installed in a very bizarre way and was impossible for us to remove it without potentially damaging something. We consider ourselves handy, but not stupid, so we called Silverado. Gilbert L came today, and using ALL the tools at his disposal, was finally able to wrestle the old faucet free and install the new one. He took extreme care not to leave a mark on the granite counters, and everything now looks great and works perfectly.     Gabriel A. with Silverado was the third technician we called to come out and give us a proposal on a new install of a new water heater. He was professional and represented the company very well. From the first call to the completion of the install, everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The proposal was great and I needed the job completed on a particular day and I had requested Gabriel to also complete the install, the office had mentioned he was off the day I requested and due to time restraints I told them I was okay with anyone they sent out. I was extremely happy and surprised when I opened the door that morning to see Gabriel standing there. I said, they told me you were off today and he replied, the office had mentioned I had requested him and so he came in on his day off to install my unit! Not many would do that.     Great experience with Silverado. I had used them for some small jobs in the past and never had a problem, so I chose them to install a new water heater. The installer (Tom) was on-time, professional and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturers defect in the until which didnt appear until a few days later. The emergency Tech (Aaron) came over early on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot the issue and confirmed a replacement would be necessary. I was thinking it wouldnt be until that Monday when they could come back out, but Tom arrived just a few hours later with a new unit and I was able to have hot water for the weekend. Great team and great service. I will be using Silverado for any future jobsI recently had to schedule a complete re-pipe of my homes plumbing due to old age. Silverado did a great job for me once again. Their technician, Jack Manning, was very thorough. He kept me updated on the progress and goals each day and was quick to contact me if any questions popped up during the project. The attention to detail was much appreciated.

    I hired Silverado Rooter & Plumbing for a well repair leak and I received excellent service from their technician by the name of Jack Hudson. He was respectful and professional. The work was completed within a reasonable time frame and was done correctly. I would high recommend these folks any day and time. In addition to Jack I would also like to mention one of his co-workers by the name of Rodney who was our first contact with the company. He was very helpful in getting the information I needed to help with our repair and was willing to help at anytime of the day or night to get the right parts needed.     Mike Horn from Silverado came to my home for an issue that I have had several plumbers look at in the past 2 years. The others ignored what I was telling them instead telling me it was something else but Mike listened and immediately went on what I had told him and was able to correct the issue in a timely manner.     Wed been having trouble identifying a potential leak on the property (long story) due to a recent high water bill. Gave Silverado a call on a Saturday am, and they were able to send someone over before noon. Manny was great – he was able to rule out any leaks between the street and the house, and while there was an issue with the shut-off valve on the house, once everything was shut off and turned back on, we were able to see that all was working as expected. He said because there was no work done, there was no charge for the visit. The peace of mind he was able to give us was invaluable. Great service and explanation of process.     Jonathan was EXCELLENT. We had MULTIPLE (like 5 and the city) come out to check out the problem - some found a big problem that would cost thousands to fix, some found no problem at all so we were very confused. Jonathan came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly even though it was apparently pretty tricky. So glad we decided to call Silverado out as a 6th opinion because Jonathan was the only one who simply just made sense. He explained it very well to us and we understood the issue even though we know nothing about plumbing. The best thing is we felt like he wasnt just trying to find a problem just because someone else said there was a problem. Would recommend!UPDATE: I wanted to update our review. We were having a water heater problem so we went through our home warranty who set us up with an awful company. They ended up fixing one problem and then breaking something else. I didnt want to take any more chances so we called Silverado right away (of course it was in the middle of Saturday night). Jack went out there right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was so cool about it and it was worth every double overtime penny. Turns out the previous plumber fixed the problem but forgot to put a rubber cap on his fix causing a leak that by the time started to show itself, was apparently already covering electrical. The previous plumber almost burned down our house! We are so grateful for the skill and professionalism from Jack.

    Overall, the experience was great. We had a running toilet as well as a leaky hose. We called at night and the plumber came over in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He managed to fix everything in under an hour.The price was reasonable (under $200). Theres a $25 fee per hour if you schedule outside of office hours, which is lower than other places. However, there was a trip charge on the bill even though their website claims they do not have a trip charge if you live in the Tucson area, which we do.The experience was productive and it was at a decent price.     I coordinated with Silverado Plumbing for a large project at a condo facility in northern Tucson. Silverados senior technician Tom worked with us and our customer (24 unit condo complex), multiple owners, tenants and HOA to run new gas lines underground after a large fire. They installed new tankless water heaters, coordinated directly with SW Gas and other vendors on site to work around them and constantly communicated with my team, the HOA and their owners. We uncovered gas pressure leaks as well (unrelated to the scope of work from Silverado) and Tom continued to access and make repairs as we uncovered issues. We are very pleased with Silverado and Tom specifically for his constant communication, professionalism and detailed explanation of the processes.

    Ive used Silverado Plumbing twice in the past 6 months.. both times I called them on a Sunday (of course) for a semi-urgent problem and they were quick to respond - their on-call service is fantastic. Its very hard for me to take time off from work, and it was a blessing to get top-notch service at a reasonable rate. Per their on-call service, they keep you in the loop as to their whereabouts, and give a best estimate as to their arrival time.Two technicians have come to my home - Cody and Matt - both were very personable and courteous, explained the work that was done, and left their information in the event that something repaired had a problem.I really cant say enough about this company. Genuinely good people and great work. I always recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem, or is looking to upgrade their home.Thanks!

    My sewer line under the house was so clogged that when my water softener drained, water would overflow at my kitchen sink.     Jack was awesome. He came in on the weekend assessed the situation, explained what what and how the issue occurred and fixed it a timely manner. Our problem was nothing to do with plumbing.     Huge fan of Silverado Plumbing. This is the third time using them, (first time at my new place) and the service was stellar. Gilbert L. is amazing. When we first moved in we had a troublesome toilet that wouldn’t quit leaking. Silverado responded within a day and was fixing it the next morning. Unfortunately, the job was delayed as the rain caused a blockage which flooded my neighbors units. Gilbert cleared the blockage and fixed our toilet when our ‘handyman’ failed to do so. Highly recommend for any problems slight to serious!

    We had the sewage alarm go off which was a surprise since we just had the pumps replaced a couple years ago. The people who replaced it were unable to come (go figure) but Silverado came to the rescue. Tom was very sweet and took the time to look at everything and explain it all.     We moved into our house on a Thursday, discovered a leaking sink drain, and after calling Silverado very late in the day, they had a plumber out to our home early the next morning. Aaron, new to the company, did an amazing job. He explained his process in great detail as he went along and took his time to ensure the job was done right. He found a cracked washer, which didnt contribute to the leak, but replaced it anyway because he didnt want it to cause us issues in the future. He was kind and meticulous.     Scheduling a technician to come onsite was a breeze! So much easier than other companies. Had Gilbert come out to investigate what I thought was a leaky pipe, but he managed to save both my pockets and my ceiling for another day by exploring the actual cause and replaced my shower faucet and valve. I won’t consider anybody else next time something goes wrong, and I’d recommend Silverado to absolutely anybody. Respectful, timely, and speedy.

    Plumbing problems are never fun to deal with....BUT when you get GREAT service it makes them more pleasant. I have used Silverado Plumbing several times for many different issues from a new water heater to busted pipes and every time I have been pleased with the great service.My last call happened to be at 5:30am with a busted pipe..they actually picked up the phone when I called and I had the tech call back within 5 minutes...he was at my house within 40 minutes and then apologized for taking so long!!! I am beyond impressed with how everything was handled!! If you need a plumber, even at an odd time, Silverado Plumbing is the place to call!!!

    Gilbert did a fantastic job on a tricky plumbing situation. We had a deep undermount sink and went from 2 drains to 1, plus a hefty garbage dispoal.     Jack and Fred came to my house and helped me with my leaking dishwasher and my leaking washer. They were very friendly and efficient. They worked fast and even helped me with a clogged toilet as a bonus. My dishwasher had caused a leak all over the floor and they solved the issue.     I need to start by saying that the four stars that I am giving for a review is strictly for the service that was provided by Jack Manning. Unfortunately, not that company as a whole; since the person that I spoke with in getting my services setup left little be desired, and was actually quite rude! She would get a big fat zero! Jack was pretty much able to save face for the company due to his high level of service and respect. Jack did a wonderful job. The company really needs to get some customer service training, organization skills, or some type of educational training for the scheduler who I dealt with. I had a hard time scheduling, and was pretty much called a liar at one point. They never came back out to complete services - following about a months wait after the initial visit and work order creation. However once we got past the scheduling, Jack did a great job at getting the job done!

    No one wants to come home to this. Water on the floor, your water heater obviously about to go into the great scrap heap in the sky, and it is freaking four oclock in the afternoon. Well, it wasnt a huge deal when you got Silverado on the job. Yes, the guys with the man sitting on the toilet on the trucks. You cant miss them. Either way, the quirky visuals doesnt fully illustrate how good their work is. When the plumber Tom Shaw showed up, he changed everything out with ease and fixed the problem. in a timely manner. This was the middle of the evening mind you, so I fortunately did not have to go a night without water. What I enjoyed most was the knowledge he bestowed upon me, doing so courteously and not being contentious with my queries. I like knowing a little bit about the components to my home, so I am thankful he indulged me. Anyway, I highly recommend this company. They fixed up my fathers house rightly and soon after I quickly realized my water heater definitely needed to be changed, for I had the warmest shower I have had in quite a long time. Thank you!

    We started using Silverado Plumbing last spring when our long time plumber retired. They were a good choice. Our home, and the two homes we are managing, were all built in the 40s and 50s so the aging infrastructure is starting to fail. Raymond has been excellent: he understands about working on old houses, he explains what he is doing, and he is very patient with the customer. Unlike some contractors, he is very courteous about letting us know when he will be here and if there is a delay, he does not leave the customer wondering what happened. We have been very pleased with the work Raymond has done for us and are glad to have someone as skilled and professional to call on when we need help.

    Over the last week I’ve had some plumbing issues that required a plumber to come out after hours. I’d like to give a huge shout out to Jack at Silverado Plumbing for going above and beyond by not only coming out here at 11pm one night but coming out again the next day after his scheduled work was done for the day and then coming out an additional time later in the week when he wasn’t even on call just because he knew the house and knew the problems.     My experience with Silverado Plumbing began with a courteous and professional appointment scheduling with Chandra. I cannot stress enough how vital to a company’s well-being is their phone management. It is the first, personal impression that is made on behalf of a company, and I have rejected using a company based on the sloppy, haphazard attention and service extended via the initial phone call. It is the first opportunity to excel in making the customer feel they have made the right choice. Chandra did just that and represented Silverado very well. Then Tim arrived within the scheduled work window with prior notification that he was on his way. He was friendly and did an excellent job replacing a kitchen faucet, installing a garbage disposal and swapping out old, stuck hot and cold, water turn-off valves at a reasonable price. Tim went above and beyond by noting and solving an aggravating problem involving the RO system that I didn’t know could be eliminated. I will definitely call Silverado again when the next plumbing need arises. Silverado Plumbing make both customer service and a quality product a priority.

    Absolutely amazing!! Troy came out to fix a broken seal under my kitchen sink and ended up multiple seals, using some extra parts he had for a very fair and cheap parts pricing. He is quick, efficient, and friendly. Called ahead of time to let me know when he was coming which was nice especially since it was difficult to have a four hour window completely open with no idea of what time someone would come. He took a look at a problem with my bathtub too since he finished the sink so quick and expertly solved that as well in little time. Troy took the time to do excellent work, educating me along the way so I know what to do in the future, and so I have a better understanding of how the piping and plumbing in my house works.     We had 2 toilets that were no longer flushing at all for quite some time. A while back someone came and told us that it was a broken pipe and would have to dig up our yard and replace it, looking at about $2,500+ for it. I called Silverado yesterday, they sent Dominic out today. Did some snaking and pulled out a scrunchy and a couple other things from the main line and its all fixed. He also replaced my toilets and were good to go. Were are very grateful for the quality of work and professionalism from this young man and Im sure he a reflection of his team and leadership!

    My rental company had Silverado Rooter and Plumbing come out to fix my faucet and disposal funky smell. First, the company was quick to respond. They called about 30 minutes after my request and was at my house 30 minutes after that. Jack Manning came to check on the issues. The faucet leak was an easy fix. I could tell he was a professional, because I showed him what was wrong and he knew exactly how to fix it and fast. Then I told him of the foul odor coming from the disposal when the dishwasher was running. He checked under the kitchen sink and immediately knew what was causing the problem. He said since the tubing was hanging down there was food and debris stuck which he then showed me where the problem was. He raised the tube by securing in up underneath the sink (nicely out of the way now). He recommended a few things I can do to help flush out the current build up and also told me what would be the next step if that didnt work and what time frame to consider. I am happy to say, since his visit, the smell has decreased so much! I dont even know if we will have to do anything further in the future. Jack also had time and courtesy to answer another question/concern of mine regarding the toilet. I am VERY happy with Jack and his company. I will recommend them to anyone I know and use them in the future. Thank you so much!

    This is the best plumbing company in Tucson! Starting with Tony the receptionist (I hope I got the name right) she answered all my questions and was extremely helpful everytime I called. I called to get my elderly moms clogged sewer hydrojetted. I was not too sure about this service since I had never had it done but Dominic and Paul were very nice and explained it to me and even let me see the camera to see what was going on. They were able to get it unplugged. I dont think they realize how much they are appreciated. I expected a long wait but within 15 minutes Jacob Lovato/Silverados weekend plumber pulled into our parking lot! Yahoo! He cleared the drain and saved the day! (actually night). Jacob was sooo smart and courteous I now call him Saint Jacob!Thank you Jacob and Silverado for hiring a great guy!

    Dominic came and fixed my kitchen sink, and did an excellent job. He worked for about an hour, thought he had done all he could do, and told me he would have to come back and try something different in a few days. He instead came back to my home immediately because he was bothered by not finishing the job. He tried something different on the second go, and ended up fixing my sink about five minutes later. He was very kind, professional, and determined to fix the problem. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and Silverado Plumbing to anyone. Thanks, Dom!

    I have always done business with Silverado and I’m always impressed. Ben installed a new water heater for me. He is very professional and very friendly. He explained everything to me that had to be done . He worked very hard and I thought maybe my water heater gave him a hard time and he said nope just another installation. He works very hard and I’m thankful and appreciative.

    We called Silverado for a slow drain that was causing water backups in our kitchen and laundry. Technician Matt Mattox was on time, was quick to diagnose the problem as a clog, and made sure he was satisfied that it was cleared before he left the job. It’s been over a month and all of our plumbing is still running perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Matt. If we have any future plumbing issues, we’ll call Silverado and ask that they send Matt again.

    The service my family received from EVERYONE at Silverado was stellar. My wife and I discovered a leak Friday evening and sprang into the usual actions -calling family and friends in the fixing business, consulting Youtube University, checking company reviews, etc. We chose to call Silverado because of their ratings. The person I scheduled the free estimate with was beyond helpful. Tony H. came out on Saturday, explained the leaks cause, and gave us insightful info on general plumbing and maintenance. We will use Silverado again and again, whenever necessary.

    Derrick was friendly, efficient, and effective. I live in an apartment complex and he took under an hour to fix a stubborn drain clog and clean up. THREE different plumbers were called in before him and none of them could fix the issue. I am extremely pleased with this service and would recommend Silverado to any of my friends or family.
