Spent three days dedicated working hard and taking care of my drain that was destroyed by roots. This is not an easy job. Its dirty and back breaking. Let me just start by saying I used to use a popular company, I won’t say who but their name is “hard to spell”. Months ago I had an emergency backup at home, at around 10pm. Old company wouldn’t come out. Rooter Ranger did. They sent Ivan out to save the day…er, night. I’ve since used Rooter for major work done at my house. Some names I remember over the times are Ivan, Skyler, Orlando, Oscar and the supervisor Luciano. There’s one more guy I’m missing and I’m sorry! But let me tell you, everyone I have used has been nice, knowledgeable, hard workers. Their response time for a plumbing service was beyond impressive when I needed them. I never felt pressured to do any work, just explained to my options. As much as I value their work, I hope to not see them anytime soon in this capacity because that would mean I have another plumbing issue. However, if I need someone I know who I am calling. These folks.

I manage a huge storage facility here in Tucson on Tanque Verde. Our plumbing began to backup severely, preventing myself or any of my customers from using the bathrooms or sinks. The company approved places were all telling me they couldnt be here til next week- unacceptable as we needed it fixed ASAP. My District Manager told me to hire someone local and I ended up picking Rooter Ranger. Not only do they have a huge amount of positive reviews, they came out in less than an hour! Matt was the first to arrive and he walked me through the steps and pricing before he got started. When the job turned out to be even more severe, he brought on 2 more gentlemen and got it done within a couple of hours of me calling. And the price was very fair. I will definitely be using them again if needed, and definitely in my home if I ever need help there!

I can’t say enough good things about every single person at this company. They were serious Lifesavers for our entire family. We just bought our home and moved in and within about 12 hours. All of our toilets were backed up due to an issue. The previous owners left us with. These guys were there within an hours and got us at least the toilets working Right away. By the end of the next day, I had everything fully working again and they were quick to diagnose the problem and provide me the necessary paperwork. I would recommend them time and time again – every person I doubt with was just amazing. Thank you guys so much!!

Eric and Luis came out and found the problem in the sewer line..sent me the video of what object had been flushed down the commode. It was getting late, but they brought a power washer to clear the line so water could drain past the object. Tenants were able to use water again in the house. They came to diagnose the stoppage and helped get the flow moving again. Very professional and quick to respond! Thank you!

After a night of my sink turning into a DIY horror show (who knew pipes could be so dramatic?), I surrendered to the plumbing gods and called Rooter Ranger. Within 20 minutes, Fank—the plumbing superhero—arrived faster than I could say “where’s my toolbox?”For just $33 (yes, you read that right), Fank swooped in, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in under 20 minutes! I half expected him to pull a rabbit out of my sink, he was that good. Not only was he knowledgeable and polite, but he also maintained a level of calm that I could only dream of while grappling with a leaky mess.Thanks to Fank, my Monday morning went from “flooding despair” to “plumbing success!” If every week could start like this, I might actually look forward to Mondays! But he was able to work with his team to do it for the most cost efficient way. Best experience with a plumber Ive ever had. I live in downtown Phoenix and did not know who to call (just who not to call). I randomly chose this company and was very happy that I did. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was helpful and informative. Their communication was excellent. A technician was here within 40 minutes. Barney Is the plumber that came to my house and he was helpful, polite, informative, efficient and got the job done. And their prices were super reasonable. Thinking about it now, I probably should have tipped more than 20%!

The Team came to my house and asked me what was going on, I explained the situation to Travis and he told me that he would take a look at everything. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He then said that he was going to call his supervisor (Seth) so that they could run a camera in my pipes. They showed me the video and again explained everything, we talked about my problems and solutions. The next day (Ian) showed up with his equipment and got right to work. Our kitchen sink was draining slower than normal. The first Rooter Ranger technician used the drain snake and made the sink drain normally as before. But in that process, something got pushed towards the main line and clogged the entire home later that evening. I called Rooter Ranger and they promptly sent another technician, Daniel. He was simply amazing. He analyzed the full history and the current problem in detail. He was like a doctor quietly checking the noise in the pipes to identify the root cause (no pun intended :D ). He took his time and isolated the issue to the sewer line cleanout outside the house. It was hidden under the gravel, under the bushes. He scouted the neighbors front yard which doesnt have bushes or heavy gravel, and deduced the location in our home using that as a reference. Once he found it, he used the drain snake to clear it. The whole house is unclogged now to our satisfaction.The same day evening, Sean, the Director of Rooter Ranger Call Center Ops, called me and made sure that my problem was fully taken care of. He also apologized for the two visits versus one and the inconvenience caused to my family for the two days between the two visits. It was such a nice and kind gesture that demonstrates the commitment of this company towards customer service and customer satisfaction. He gave his direct number to call in case there were any other issues.Their service is same day. Their phone reps on the 1-800 linee are smart, immediately reachable and can easily correlate between multiple calls by using the phone number. That way I dont have to explain my whole story over and over again like you do with other companies. Technicians/Plumbers are well-trained, professional and patient. They are priced right with no surprise charges. Overall, great experience with this awesome company. Would definitely recommend!

We appreciate their care.Sewer and water line issues are tough to function through, then you add Asbestos and it becomes a nightmare. We had to abruptly move out of our home, pets, kids and all. The crews worked fast replacing sewer and water pipes. Outside landscaping was saved. Inside… well, everything was ripped out due to added asbestos issues. Fast-forward 5 months… we are moved back in. Not everything has been what we expected, but RR is honoring their warranty.

To be honest, my problem was not taken care of, they are still having to come out, and I still have a blockage unfortunately, but the two young men that came to my house were fantastic! They were courteous they were friendly they were hard-working, and they were here for 3 1/2 hours trying to solve my problem! He assured me that my problem would be taken care of and must’ve come in at least four times to say I’m so sorry that we couldn’t help you, please be reassured that we are doing our best to solve your problem.

Barney was personable, courteous and became our Hero when one of our toilets decided to start leaking about 9pm. I shutter normally when anything needs attention after 5 pm and I expect to get double-billed and the costs will shock us all.Not with Rooter Rangers…they told me where to shut off the main and I decided to invite them in the morning. Barney, my new plumbing man, came when expected, fixed my leaky mess and put a smile on my face.BTW…no extra charge for after hours and free inspections.
