Im extremely impressed with RK Plumbing! They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help us with a problem with our water heater that another company wasnt able to fix despite coming out multiple times over the course of a year. Super responsive! We will absolutely use them again should other plumbing issues arise or we want to upgrade something.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

I called yesterday afternoon because my hose bib was leaking. I was scheduled for the next morning. Javier arrived at the promised time. He was very polite and explained everything to me. He was able to complete the job very quickly. I started using Rooter King Plumbing through a home warranty when I bought my house. They have always done a great job and I continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

I left review w american home warranty and want to make sure google knows what a life saver this company was today. I put in request last night, pretty bad leak under kitchen sink, they called first thing this am to schedule same day apt. that alone was amazing, took a noon slot. with in minutes pipe busted and water everywhere, Rooter triaged that situation and had tech at my house in minutes. I was panicked and seriously felt helpless. hate to admit this but i didnt even know where valve was to shut off water. my tech was professional and had calming presence while i was chaotic trying to leave for work. dogs running around and he was even kind to my dog not bothered. I never leave reviews , this needs acknowledgment. thank you, kim sylvester

Rooter King Plumbing is THE BEST! My main line backed up, which means no toilets, showers, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. I had a home warranty with American Home Shield and I called them for service, which after 4 hours of waiting, AHS informed me none of their contractors were responding so they were not able to assign my urgent need. Thus I was forced to take matters in to my own hands and had used Rooter King once before. I called Rooter King at 2 p.m. and by 4 p.m. my main line was cleared and my house was back in working order. And the price charged was exceptional, especially for an emergency. I spoke with Jesus who was amazing and super personable and Jerry came and did the work. And Jerry was super efficient and great to work with! I will not use any other plumbers but Rooter King from now on!

Had a kitchen sink water leak and contacted our home warranty company and we were assigned Rooter King for service. When I went online to look at the company, I was a little frightened after reading a few of the reviews that were associated with home warranty companies.We were given a pretty large arrival window of sometime between 2 and 6.... But we received a call just before 4 and advised that our plumber was on his way but that he was coming from across town with a 40 minute ETA.Jacob, arrived and was very friendly and professional. We literally have a family emergency occurring right now and I explained to Jacob that I spent all night at the hospital and that I had a lot on my mind right now and if it would be ok hovering over him asking questions and just talking to him to take things off my mind. He laughed and said that it would be fine.Jacob was able to identify the problem right away and fix the issue all while having me right there in his ear the whole time as well as getting me to chuckle a few times, which was greatly appreciated!! If we have any future plumbing issues, I would definitely call them back and request Jacob for my service!!Whatever you are paying Jacob, its not enough and he should definitely get a raise!Thank you Jacob, for taking my mind off of things for a little bit.

I cant say enough positive things about our experience with this company. We had 3 faucet problems that I expected to be an expensive undertaking. Weve used Rooter King twice now, one small job covered by the home warranty, and a big job replacing our main water line not covered by warranty. They have been prompt, professional, and effective with both. The larger job had guys at our house for days and I didnt mind having them there at all- they worked hard and were polite. I would use them again for any plumbing related repairs!

We discovered a major water leak via an outrageous Metro Water bill ($400+) and a small puddle with a fountain of water bubbling up in our front yard. Rooter King was referred to us by our home warranty company and they came out in a timely fashion on a Sat. Joel was very nice, knowledgable and assured us we could get a repair/replacement done on Mon. In the meantime, at no charge, he installed a temporary above ground water line so we could have water over the weekend. On Monday, Joel and Santos came out first thing, were able to dig a trench and replace the water main (the old one was not reparable because the material was obsolete), back-fill the trench and then on Tues. came to clean up the yard. They did an excellent job, and the cost came in well under what was estimated. I would re-hire these guys any day of the week to attend to our plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Very professional. We have used RK Plumbing numerous times and have never been disappointed. All the employees are professional and friendly. They usually are able to come out the same or next day for service. Most recently we had them hydroflush our main water line. They did a very thorough job and it was very affordable. We definitely will use them again when the need arises!

Router King came to my home and save me from having additional expenses. I had a clogged drain and I called different companies to see if they could come right away and fix my clogged drain. No one was available. I called Rooter King and they came right away . They spoke with me and informed me about everything they needed to do to fix my my Drain. They fixed it right away and they left my house neat and clean. They also called back to make sure everything was fine and it was. I would definitely use them again.

We recently returned from a trip and discovered our 5 year old hot water heater burst and caused a pipe to burst because of pressure. We called Rooter King because they originally installed the hot water heater. They were there within the hour, called a remediation team that was also there within the hour and took action. Without them Im not sure what we would have done. They were very responsive, professional and worked quickly to solve our issue. We highly recommend them.

Years ago another local plumbing contractor did work on my wifes parents house. My father-in-law is a Retired Veteran and a lower body amputee. The contractor ran pvc pipe on the roof, exposed and not insulated. This past month Rooter kings came to my in-laws home for what should have been an in and out fix. Ill never forget the look on my wifes face when she was told that the work was done illegally and that her eldery parents had been taken advantage of because her now late father could not climb up onto the roof and verify the work. We were quoted a price to do the repairs correctly and 2 days later the guys from Rooter Kings showed up and said to my wife and her mom Hold our Beer! With pipes, solder and lumber they attacked the repairs and completed the work in one day. Each time a worker entered the house, they said to my wife and her mom, I cant believe that someone did to your family. Integrity and trustworthiness are words that many businesses toss around. Rooter kings let their work speak for itself.
