    As first-time home buyers, we were incredibly impressed with Rite Ways service. They took the time to explain every detail regarding the installation and helped us pick out the perfect unit for our home. The project manager Brandon Goza even came out and stayed late to ensure we understood the process of the installation. Their expertise and clear communication made the entire experience very comforting. Damien and Jesus were not only efficient but also exceptionally clean and thorough with the installation process. They worked on our installation at 8:30am and left close to 9pm to make sure our unit was properly installed. Highly recommend Rite Way for their outstanding service!

    Alex from Rite Way came to our house on Dec 30, 2024 to provide electrical troubleshooting for a 3 Way smart switch. He called ahead, arrived promptly and provided excellent service. He had a calm, cheerful, professional demeanor and was able to answer all of our questions, as well as give us detailed estimates on some future work we are considering. His work was flawless and the smart switch is working great. I would highly recommend Alex and am impressed with Rite Way thus far.

    Before Zachary Graves rang the doorbell he knew what the main problem was at our house, having already noted the issue in the front yard. After that he quoted us fair prices and provided us with the emergency services we needed. He also provided his assessment of our non-emergency issues and a good understanding of what well need to request. Hes knowledgeable, hardworking, and a good technician. This Sunday emergency turned out better than wed thought it could. Thanks Rite Way for having a good person available for us.

    I had a pinhole leak on the incoming old water line to the house near the spigot by the front door, forcing me to shut the water off to the house. Nathaniel showed up, assessed the situation and gave me some options,after discussing those options Nathaniel went to work quickly removing the old insulation,pipe and spigot. After fitting a new connection and spigot, Nathaniel, put some new insulation on the new pipe part(s). Thanks, Nathaniel and Rite Way for getting me up and running quickly!

    Major repair of 50 year-old cast iron sewer lines was stressful but well worth it for a 50-year transferable guarantee. Photos show where access holes had to be cut in kitchen and hall bath, the corroded segments removed and the new kitchen floor. Great company, hard-working crews!

    Rick Bogart, my technician was fantastic. He was timely, kind, and good at his job. He was able to get my system running so that I didnt have to weather the cold with no heater! He also called out a sales person to get me details on a new system (which will be needed soon). He answered my questions, was knowledgable, and all around really great. Ask for Rick when you call for service! I fully recommend him (this was my first time with Rite Way, so I cant speak to the company - but I can tell you that if Rick is an example of their employees - its great).

    This was my first experience with Rite Way. Quick service for an emergency situation. Excellent service from the 2 techs, Zachary Graves and Brandon Brown. Both were courteous, friendly, informative, and transparent. The cost to repair was reasonable and fair. I was given a high/low estimate before they began working.     Rite Way fixed the water leak on the main waterline to my house under 24 hours after I contacted them. The service person, Marco, explained to me all the possibilities of what was needed to fix the leak. Once it was determined what was needed, he proceeded in a careful, thorough, professional manner to do the fix.     Robert’s team and their excellent installation was great! They worked in this 106 degree heat and never stopped and never complained.     Why did we choose Rite Way to replace our furnace, AC unit and H20 heater? Our initial investigation of possible companies had Rite Way at the top. But the deal was sealed thanks to the excellent presentation by Rite Way Consultant Brandon Goza. His extensive knowledge of products, services and prices offered by Rite Way gave us complete confidence that we made the right decision to go with Rite Way. Removal of all the old equipment and installation of our new Lennox gas furnace, Lennox AC unit and AO Smith H20 heater, along with all necessary ductwork, piping and safety equipment was done in a day, thanks to the expert and highly experienced Rite Way team of professionals. You dont get a couple of dudes to set up your stuff. With Rite Way, you get a whole brigade.     Rite Way Rocks! LOVE their VIP service, informative staff and well-trained technicians. This morning, Harrison performed our annual winter furnace maintenance checkup. Before technicians arrival we received a text confirming our appointment, which also included his photo, along with GPS tracking of his location to follow. Tech called 30 minutes before arrival. Once here, he introduced himself, then slipped on boot covers to protect our flooring. Harrison listened and addressed all questions and concerns, then went to work professionally, finishing with a thorough report that was emailed to us. What a pleasant turnaround from the other big name a/c service companies we used in the past that left us frustrated with their technicians lack of knowledge and experience, which in turn, cost more of our hard-earned monies. We have learned......Rite Way IS the right! Kudos to Harrison!

    Asked RiteWay to provide an estimate on a kitchen faucet & valve replacement. Jerald arrived the next day & was courteous & professional. I am a DIY homeowner, but realized that this particular replacement was a bit much for me. Not only was the estimate completed, but I was surprised when he said he would complete the actual job immediately. He completed the faucet & both valves in just over an hour. Something that would have taken me at least 3 hours. Well worth the price. Thanks very much, will recommend to friends & family. 👍🏻😁

    Marcus came out for a HVAC check -- which is included in the maintenance pkg. As I appreciate about everyone Ive met from Rite-Way he was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to save me a trip to headquarters to pick up new air filters and let me know my maintenance agreement includes a water heater flush.I continue to suggest Rite-Way to all my friends. Quality company with quality people!Updated after the water heater work. The water heater flush showed it was time for a new water heater (not a surprise as the bad one was 22 yrs old). Today, John and Patricia put the new water heater in. They were both what Ive come to expect from Rite Way -- knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The install was done quickly and, as usual, came with extras. John walked me through how to do a water heater flush and verified I thoroughly understood the controls. Patricia was nice enough to answer my question about what went where and why during the install. Once again, John and Patricia showed why I call Rite Way for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

    We recently moved to Tucson into an older townhouse and had upgrading to do. I installed a new faucet in the kitchen and as soon as I turned the valves to turn the water supply off I could tell there was likely going to be a leak and confirmed this once I turned everything on.I follow the sage advice of an old western philosopher by the name of Clint and hear his words guiding me daily, “A man’s got to know his limitations,” and recognizing wrenching on a valve with no idea how it was attached in the first place was likely going to throw a wet blanket onto my Sunday afternoon I filled out an online form for Rite Way to have a plumber come out at the earliest availability the next day and Daniel delivered! Daniel not only resolved the issue of the leaking valve but was happy to replace three other suspect valves to avoid a similar situation arising when new toilets go in soon and he also followed up from a prior call to price a new water line for the new refrigerator that comes next week and got that box installed too.Rite Way has effective, efficient staff that get things scheduled quickly, follow-up with you to let you know the status of your request, and things are done to standard! I highly recommend this company!!!

    Called about a leak in my faucet late on Friday, I told them that I only had Saturday morning to deal with the issue before leaving town for a couple of weeks, and Hector was there first thing Saturday morning, which is incredibly rare these days. If you are looking for the lowest price possible, do not call Rite Way. However if you are looking for fantastic service and the job done correctly, at a fair price, I would suggest Rite Way. As an added bonus, their customer service department answers the phone 24/7 and always seem to care about the customers needs and concerns.

    Nathanial H. Did a great job helping me with a leaking outdoor faucet/valve . We troubleshot different things we could do to minimize the amount of work and came up with best solution. He is very helpful and am very pleased with the results. And Ramon Castillo did a great job assessing the bad compressor that’s under warranty. That’s been incredibly noisy since the first weeks you guys installed the unit. One service call they let some charge loose but that didn’t help. Ramon took his time with the units and assessed the issue properly.

    I called because my AC system wasn’t working quite right. It was not cooling all the way. They had a tech in the area finishing a job and then came right to me. Ramon was our tech and he was fantastic! He was very kind and courteous. He was clean the whole time and made sure that he left everything the way it was when he got there. He performed a full diagnostic on the system to make sure he could figure out the issue correctly. Determined it was a faulty thermostat, he didn’t try to suggest unnecessary repairs or costs. I would highly recommend RiteWay for speed, knowledge, and great customer service. Definitely calling them everytime.

    Minor plumbing problem that needed urgent fixing. Called at 8:00am and had tech Brandon M out at the house by noon. Super polite and super competent. Fixed the problem, check to see it was fixed, and then did a bit extra to see there was no other problem. Extremely reasonable rate for the 1 hour job. Great experience and I especially appreciated Brandon M’s explanations as to what was happening. We also use this company for annual heat/cooling inspection. Extremely pleased. Thanks RiteWay!

    Tim from Rite Way came to do duct cleaning in our newly purchased home. He explained the process, then proceeded to remove some of the vent covers . He took a couple photos into the vent and realized from the photos that the vents had been cleaned sometime recently- no dirt! He immediately informed me of this and said that cleaning wasnt necessary. He then cleaned and changed the electronic furnace filter ( this type of filter was new to me) and told me there was no charge for the appt. Tim was AWESOME - I appreciated his honesty about the vents and his helpfulness with the fiter. I would not hesitate to use this company for duct cleaning work ( or for other services they offer) based on my experience with this company.

    This was my first experience with septic service. The response time to our needing service was unexpectedly quick for a Monday. Our technician, Thomas Costello, was awesome. I came home for my labor entinsive job to find him working hard to uncover our septic tank. I had no knowledge of how this system works and Thomas very patiently explained everything I needed to know. Not sure what he makes an hour but Im afraid its not enough for what he does.     We were fortunate to have Thomas Costello as the technician servicing our septic system. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, explained with detail what the work consisted of and how he would do it. He inspected the septic system after completing the work and pointed out a couple of items that need fixing to avoid problems in the future, also gave me an estimate for the repairs and explained their VIP program and possible upgrades.     Zachary G. Is the only technician I trust! After a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter who wanted to charge me close to $1000 dollars Zachary did more for considerably less! He took the time to explain everything he was doing and what his finding were. I felt safe knowing he wasn’t trying to price gouge me and he was sincere and cared about staying within my budget. He doesn’t give up easily either, and I watched him really try to clear out my significant clog (60 year old house). He did a great job and let me know that my house needs a camera inspection and most likely a scaling and to coat it which would prevent this issue again in the future. I can tell he cares and I trust his expertise. Zachary is definitely a genuine, trustworthy technician who I would recommend to family.

    Last year we had problems with roots in our sewer system and Keon came out and got the problem fixed, easy and simple. This year, same problem and Brandon came out, got it fixed, and made a good recommendation to future problems. Two days later, same problem. Brandon came back out and fixed it at no charge. Both years, they responded within a couple hours and the people taking the calls were able to ensure they got a correct dispatch the first time.     My Rite-Way AC experience so far... I took advantage of their Spring special and replaced my AC/gas heat package with their 3 ton Trane, 2 stage unit with their down draft setup. They gave me a few thousand dollars off, but I didnt qualify for anything else they were offering. I was on the fence about spending almost $15k on this old house, when I planned on moving out. I was assured that there was value in a Rite-Way installation, so I went for it. The install took about 9 hours and everything was working went they left. It is real quiet. I went to register the unit with Trane and did not have the serial number, so I climbed up on the roof to get it. My 1st thought was that they beat up the base pretty bad. (see pics) the rain will pool up there in the dents too. They called to see how it was going and I shared my feelings about the install. They scheduled a visit and no one showed or called. I get the feeling that I made a big mistake.4/4 updateThe guys came out and did most of the installation over again with a new top. It looks much better now. Thanks Richard.

    I don’t leave a review and this time this last job needs the recognition due to the people who have always fixed septic, plumbing, electrical cooling and heating. During the cooler weather and nights my heat pump decided to cease working. I have had service people here, but Rite way holds the 5 star rating on this property and my heat pump. The people who fixed my problem was Sodac, Scott M., Bo, Monte. There has been others who have fixed stuff in the past and absolutely done to perfection.     When I first bought my house three years ago, I was told the air-conditioning was already 16 years old. I knew from the get-go that it wasn’t doing great of blowing air into my house. But I just must have gotten used to the flow because I never did anything about it. Fast forward three years and now I come home from a summer vacation. I left my air conditioning set at 80 and when I got back moved it to 72, it took 16 hours to go down 3°. Had Rite Way out as they have the highest reviews as well as I work for Arizona Athletics and always see their ads around the stadium. Sure enough, it was time for me to replace both my inside unit which was original from 1986, and my outside unit which was now 19 years old. I had a flawless time from meeting with William to set up payment and which unit I was going to get, to the installers who installed both new units very quickly! I feel like I got a great deal! I would recommend Rite Way to anybody who is looking for an honest, dependable, and forthright company. I love that they give you a heads up every time they arrive, polite, friendly, and respectful of everything in the house. I am in love with my unit! You will not be disappointed with using Rite Way!

    Ian was my project manager who arrived I about an hour of when I requested the service tech schedule an appointment. He checked out the current HVAC system. Measured the house. Sized the appropriate sized unit. (In my case a 3 ton unit). Sat wit me and discussed the optional equipment that Riteway had available. The pluses and minuses of each unit specific to my needs. He reviewed what was included with my choice as far as availability, pricing and financing. Ian was very informative and thorough. He also explained the advantages of purchasing the unit at this time of the year and the price breaks that Riteway offered. He waited patiently while I discussed his proposal with my spouse and then finalize the proposal. I purchased the unit that day and it was installed the following day. Ian was easy to communicate with. He is kind and patient. Was interested in me as a person and I thoroughly enjoyed or discussion and the sales process.     Rite Way installed a mini split system for us. They spent a long time helping us decide which to get, and did not try to upsell us. Everything was great except for a scheduling screw up that Rite Way took full responsibility for, resulting in a 3-day delay from when we had cleared our schedules to when it actually happened. Everyone we worked with seemed competent, considerate, and like they enjoyed and respected their company, their work, and their products. We recommend them to anyone.

Our problem was that it had leaking oil and wobbly fan and the cost would keep adding up so because we want to be safe we said lets do it and be safe and comfortable in the desert. Our installation was set for 2 days later and Ramon brought his crew to do the work. The most profession AC installation headed up by Ramon who was a genuine nice guy. They did a fantastic job and the end result was a wonderful system that was efficient, quiet and will now reduce our carbon footprint. The day we spent with the crew at our house was a learning experience for me as I watched them . Several days later Matthew came out to do the TEP tests for the rebates and he was outstanding as well. I had a few questions about the warranty and the maintenance that he went over with me. Gary who was our salesman set us up well by suggesting and explaining the system but did not detail the warranty info but covered everything else to a t. Our experience was simply outstanding with everyone involved with the process including the office folks who I spoke with several times on the phone. This company is OUTSTANDING. 6/29/2021------------------------------My review from 2019:Living in the desert you need AC and I found out that when it goes out it is not so pleasant. I called Riteway and set up an appointment to get it fixed. The AC went out on a Saturday evening and there was a monsoon storm so when I called I discussed things with the woman at Riteway and decided that it would be best to wait until Monday . I almost did not makeit until Monday as sleeping while sweating is not so cool! In any case promptly on Monday we got service from Mike Davis and he got us all fixed up again. NO more sweaty sleep! He did what it took to get us fixed, explained everything and answered my always too many Questions without hesitation. Once again another Tucson company has not failed me. I paid less than I thought I was going to have to because I thought I would certainly have to get a whole new AC unit. It all worked out better than I hoped. Looks like Riteway got a new customer today, thanks. Oh and by the way, the company that says it will be the best phone call you make... they never called me back.Felix Encinas and company were just out today after Nathan checked our water heater on Friday and now on Monday we have a brand new water heater with no expectation of the old one bursting!     Overall Review:I purchased a new AC unit and had it installed.I would like to thank Eric F for his patience as I had several questions and unfortunately I was working crazy summer hours especially with the School year starting up shortly . He was very knowledgeable and he sized the unit I would need correctly, he didn’t just go off of what was currently installed. I had several other quotes Rite Away and another company were the only two that took into consideration, my high ceilings etc. and told me the correct size thus I didn’t trust the other companies knowledge. Rite Away had a better setup for the stand (other company wanted to use current stand and it had been there since 1985 and also didn’t reduce vibration noise).Had a few hiccups along the way however Rite Away was able to resolve within a few days after install so overall I’m happy with the installation and how everything turned out.The guys worked diligently to install the unit, even with a bad storm coming in. I really appreciated it as I had been without ac for over a week. I also know it’s hard work on top of a roof especially during the summer months.No one seemed to know if I purchased vent cleaning even though it was on the contract.Having previously worked retail I came to the conclusion that it was after my check cleared that they were ready to schedule . As a customer my future suggestion would be for them to say in x days after ac install we will call to set scheduling for the vent cleaning it’s just more professional . I didn’t expect to have it done immediately, just wanted to know it would be scheduled eventually and that they were aware it was part of the contract price . Once scheduled Omar cleaned the vents and also informed me that It should be good for a few years.Condensation line, I don’t know if it was miscommunication between install team and inspection report they did for dedicated line, time crunch etc (they could of asked me as I knew it was a dedicated line and not part of the sewer ) as I knew where it drained having lived here for a few years, plus my dad was a plumber/ hvac/ electrician for the State of AZ for a good 20 plus years and he likes telling me all kinds of info about my house and how things should be done with code and proper installation. Especially since he still has friends working for the State and County and they usually keep him posted on what’s current .The way they originally did it was to code just One way looks better and is more efficient due to drainage and was in the contract. Once the details were ironed out by Giovanni they were quick to schedule and have the line resolved . Devin and another worker showed up and they worked efficiently to attach a new line to the dedicated line.

    Excellent service from Andrew S. with Rite Way. Andrew was very professional and respectful of my time and home. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot) in regards to my A/C system and maintenance, as well as questions I had about trade school for my teenage son. He was most helpful. Andrew provided photos of my A/C unit and honest quotes of what needed to be addressed. I did not feel pressured at all to move forward and pay for the quoted services needed. However, I chose to have Andrew/Rite Way fix the components that needed addressed because the quote was reasonably priced and mostly because Andrew didn’t make me feel pressured to do so. They paid attention to both the large and small details which are so important for a quality installation. Kenny, who came out when the previous unit failed, was so transparent about the problems we were having that he called me up in the roof so he could share his diagnosis and all of the reasons for it. Then, Derek came out to look at and measure my house and the existing duct work so that he could recommend next steps. Again, very transparent and walked us through what we needed and why. And finally, top notch service from Emanuel and the team who installed it in the Arizona heat. Dylan was very reassuring and suggested two things: calling in Rite Way once a year to check the flow and that, since our toilets are quite old, we would help preventing a recurrence by purchasing new toilets. Dylan was so knowledgeable, he inspired confidence. Rite Way, Dylans a keeper!

    5 Star review for Rite-WayAngela Paquette did a great with our plumbing needs. Communication was great from before arriving and throughout the work. She even assisted with locating our septic filter. She was professional, courteous, pleasant and might I add a beast for man handling the snake machine.James Corcoran was very pleasant and came out to assist with Angelas findings. He explained the issues with our septic, provided recommemdations and helped me finish scheduling our septic service. He inspected our sewage lines with a camera and explained what I was looking at at the conclusion of Angela snaking the lines.Thanks for the great experience , Angela and James.     Alexis Corrales is extremely knowledgeable with air conditioning systems. Alex found the reason for our $400 electric bills. I highly recommend him. Excellent customer service.I am amending this review due to my continued experience with Rite-Way -I honestly cannot say a bad thing about Rite Way. My mother passed away and literally 3 days later, Rite Way technician Alexis came to service the AC on her house. My brother and I had been complaining for months that the house was stuffy, but thought it was just the temperature my mom kept in the house. Also, her electric bills had begun to increase from ~$150 a month to $400 in March.Alexis came out and found that the unit was completely shot. I do not live in the same city that my mom did, but I have been so overly impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and kindness of the employees I have had contact with that I am going to contact the Rite Way in the Phoenix area for my home. The quality of work is more than outstanding. Brandon the project manager, spent at least an hour designing the correct system for the house. He explained everything to me so that I felt confident that I was making the right decision. I am compelled to give my deepest appreciation to Alexis, the tech that came and found the problem, Brandon the project manager, the installers Robert Morgan, Arthur Mejias, Marcos Tomas, and Raymond Serta that did a phenomenal job with the installation. They were so clean that I couldnt tell they had been there even though they installed a new 4 x 1 air return duct that required drilling and cutting into the drywall. Then there was Roldens Crane Service who dealt with an impatient, rude, angry and aggressive neighbor with an amazing amount of patience and professionalism. Last but not least was Ben Rollins who came and installed the drywall with a smile on his face that made me smile. Let me just say, the hole that Ben was filling was in the closet where the AC unit is. It is not visible to anyone other than someone who would open that door to replace the filter. Most companies would not offer or even point out that the drywall should be installed for a nicer appearance. I did not request it nor did i expect it. Brandon told me that this hole would be filled in without me even saying a word.I work for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company that emphasizes the importance of customer service and the customer experience. We dont hold a candle to the Rite-Way employees. You will not be making a mistake by using Rite-Way. If you want it done the right way, go to Rite Way.The split unit for the guest house was installed today by Dario Carrillo Sanchez. Again another fantastic installation done with care as if he was working on his own house. All the electric is neatly put in conduit arms the inside was left nice and clean. Probably cleaner than he found it. Thank you!
