He fixed the cartridge which was the problem of why I wasn’t getting hot water. He literally was in and out in less than half an hour. I had a kitchen faucet, hot and cold water shut off valves, and supply lines replaced. The office staff, Angelica, was friendly and efficient. A free estimate was provided on a Tuesday. I called another company for a separate estimate and the price was essentially the same. I went with Ram Plumbing because they came out and physically did the estimate where the second company just reviewed their estimate and then undercut the price by a few dollars. John arrived on Thursday with a smile, a friendly demeaner, and completed his work in a timely manner. At his suggestion I added a separate shut off valve for the dishwasher. Nice work!

Ram Plumbing/Gilbert came to repair/replace our auto fill pool valve. I was given a quote for the repair and informed a certain part had to be specially ordered; took almost a week to come in. Gilbert came back to do the actual repair work. He did not turn on the water for the auto fill valve because glue needed to dry. He told me to wait about an hour and then turn on water, which I did. When I did turn it on, water trickled out of an opening that was to allow air out. The specially ordered part needed to be reordered. All in all, Ram supplied great communication and responses. Gilbert seemed very knowledgeable and polite. I was satisfied.

Our water heater broke on the weekend. Ram sent out plumber who concluded it needed to be replaced. They did so on Monday because wholesalers were closed on the weekend. Gilbert and his partner worked very hard to fit a 40 gal. heater into a small space. Gilbert reminded us about using a carbon monoxide detector and made sure I installed it properly. Gilbert went on the roof to inspect it and let us know if he saw any problems. He left assuring me that Ram would stand by its work should there be any problems. I feel our experience with Ram was excellent.

Called Ram Plumbing when we were having a sewer drain issue and they were able to fit us in right before the Christmas Holiday. Their Technician, David R. was able to immediately locate the issue, which unfortunately was caused by another plumbing company from a previous repair. David gave us his recommendation on how they would need to fix issue and the estimate given was fair. David and JJ returned soon after, repaired the sewer issue, and scoped the sewer line again afterward, just to make sure there were no other issues. We appreciated David and JJs Promptness, Honesty, Professionalism, and Attention to Detail. I had an underground gas leak and Southwest Gas had to cut off all gas to my house. YIKES, try finding plumbers that replace your gas line! Ram Plumbing was incredibly great. First, unlike the other companies, they were CREATIVE and realized they did NOT have to go over the roof and drop pipes into my new roof. Instead they rerouted the pipe underground around the front part of my property/house.Very very kind to my dogs, very very kind to me. Price was surely competitive. AAA+++. I am extremely grateful.

The repair also required new permits and a county inspection, they took care of that so my gas could get turned back on which was important since I have a gas water heater and it was November and cold showers are not good for little kids. Within my buying process, I met Jesse who gave me an estimate and took time to explain to me what roots can do to your pipes. After a couple of months in the moving process, we realized we needed that estimate. Carolyn was able to find the estimate and set it up with ease. (This story just keeps going...)Two weeks later, we had to call Jesse back to find that we had a huge root ball along with more roots that required a hydrojet. Jesse took care of it, ran the camera several times to ensure we had clean pipes and left a clean bathroom after the service. Very happy with the work but thought the cost was a little high for the part he had to replace, dont get me wrong I was very happy they were able to come out and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had a root clogged Sewer line, I called David he came out right away which was impressive to me, he scoped it and found the root that had grown into the line. David, Jeff and Eric came out and dug up the line and repaired it in just 2 days, these guys are very professional, they explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it that way. When they were done you couldnt tell that they had even been there. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT, I recommend them for all your plumbing needs, they dont try to sell you something you dont need. Thank you
