We recently hired Plumbologist for a major job that involved removing an old water heater, installing a tankless water heater, adding a water filtration system, and replacing our kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. The entire project took three days, and I am beyond impressed with their work.This wasn’t a small project; it required true craftsmanship, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to professionalism, all of which Plumbologist delivered on completely. They were exceptionally respectful of our schedule, which was important given the scope of work involved. I had new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities installed. I needed the sinks connected to the plumbing, faucets installed, and a garbage disposal installed. I knew there were issues in both bathrooms, but I wasnt sure exactly what. So I figured rather than try to do the work myself I would hire a professional. I got several quotes and I have to say Plumbologist was not the least expensive. But what set him apart from the others was the questions that he asked to help him understand the full scope of the work. He also asked to see pictures. Others were fairly quick to give me a quote sight unseen, no questions, no pictures. Geoff was very responsive, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and left the space tidy. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done correctly. And I was able to avoid the frustration of what was probably a steep learning curve to try to complete the work myself. I highly recommend Plumbologist.

Geoff did a number of odd jobs for me including installing a RO water filter in my kitchen. He was timely, clean, thorough, and very personable. It required a bit of adjusting in terms of pressure and he came back a few days later to adjust. He gave good instructions on how to clear the filter and also checked my water heater free of charge. We needed advice and someone who could install a new tankless water heater and a whole-house water treatment/filtration system. We got estimates from others, but no one went into the detail that he did or explained the products as well as he. His prices were competitive and there were no bad surprises. Needing a plumber can be extremely stressful, but Geoff made the whole process a lot easier. Everything was explained very well and I felt comfortable enough to ask questions or voice any concerns that I had. I needed to replace hot water heater Geoff came as scheduled. He told me of electrical issues that were needed to be done first and didn’t even charge me for the visit… which is unheard of. After electrical work was completed he came back at his first availability completed his work his work in a timely manner, for estimation and most importantly left things spotless! He replaced the previous owners piece-meal work of piping, installed a new water heater, and serviced our swamp cooler. His pricing is consistent with the value of his work. Geoff IS the plumbologist. He gave us a quote over the phone to immediately beat the others. He came out the next day (it wasnt an emergency), he traipsed through the desert to find our water utility box, and stayed late to finish properly. He is knowledge and customer service oriented. We are all up to code now with our main and water heater.Took a while to find someone that wasnt trying to sign us up for a recurring membership based plumbing, and we are glad we kept looking.We hope we wont need him again, and we have him on speed dial in case we do!

I called them, told them what is going on, sent them some pictures, and I was able to get an estimate over the phone. I called the competitor and told them what part I needed and they refused to give me an estimate for the parts and labor without their worker inspecting it. So I went with Plumbologist. The worker that came out did a good job, answered all of my questions, and while I hope it’s a while before have to call the plumber again, I will call them.

I recently had a pipe problem - water spraying into the air from the irrigation. I tried but couldnt get it fixed. I needed help. I reached out and was amazed when the plumber I tried first responded within an hour and agreed to come out first thing in the morning. Geoff was great! He explained my missteps while he quickly and easily got the problem fixed. Within an hour the pipe problem was fixed and my trees were on the road to recovery. In future, Ill save myself the agony of defeat and just call Geoff right away. Oh, and his pricing was reasonable too!

Geoffery was really professional and his workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. He installed a water softener and my water main was a little more complicated than I originally thought. I am glad I had it done professionally. I am very hard yo impress but his workmanship stands out. Definitely a good plumber and a person that takes pride in his work.
