Excellent customer service and worked around my appointment scheduling due to late part arrival. They really worked around my schedule. Job done with great attention to detail and cleanup. He had to use several different tools with my difficult sink faucet replacement but finished the job much quicker than my expectations. Very professional staff and pleasant to speak with each of them. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company enough. One of their plumbers, Jake, happened to be doing a job for our neighbors and was kind enough to come check out the issue we were having without an appointment or anything. He also put us in contact with the restoration company that continued to assist us. The owner, Chris, and his entire team are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were thorough with all of the work that needed to be done in our house and reasonably priced. Would absolutely use them again!

The plumber called before the expected time window was up letting me know he would arrive a little bit late because of his current location. I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend.

1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company.2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair.I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company.

The Plumbing Technician who arrived was Cullen who was pleasant, courteous and very helpful in explaining the problem and the solution he recommended. He replaced the leaky faucet and the valve under the sink in a reasonable amount of time. When we asked him about other plumbing problems his answers were concise and courteous and made sure we had no questions when he left. I would be glad to have him back to address any future problems.

I just started a new business. I used to use a bigger company for all my business needs. Right before we opened our doors to the public we had two plumbing emergencies. Well, the big guys were too busy for us. I got a recommendation for Plumber Kings from a friend. I called them, and within a couple hours they were here and fixed all of our issues right on time. To top it all off, the bill for the emergency service was HALF of what I woulda paid with the other place! I now recommend the KINGS to all my friends and family!

Plumber Kings was on site running all new pipes in the house I rent. Its a duplex that has had a lot of handyman repairs throughout the years and gave the team quite a few challenges. Everyone that came out during the almost 2 week job were so kind, professional and considerate.I worked from home most of the days to make sure they had access to my home. They were always making sure to let me know when they would need to make noise or shut off the water. They even went so far as to let my dogs out to go potty one of the evenings that they locked up the house prior to leaving. After the job was complete, Chris (the owner) came back out to button up a few last things that couldnt have been known until the job was done.Chris, Abe, Aaron and Harry were awesome. I highly recommend this company for everything from a leaky faucet to complete re-piping.

Came out surprisingly quick (same day actually). The owner Chris called to walk me through some options for different colors for the shower trim kit before riding parts which was thoughtful, the technician Robert was great, super polite and professional all the while working quickly to get the work done. It was more expensive than just “guy in a truck” type plumbers but they also really knew what they were doing. Great solder work on the copper lines, got the shower valve rough in done quick, and then did two angle stops under the lab sink area. No leaks - always a good sign!great communication via text email and phone, great service.

That’s what I’ve experienced with Chris and James at Plumber Kings. I hired Plumber Kings to install a new main waterline to my residence. The excavation company I used to dig the trench had worked with Chris on a prior job and commented on the good work they did. James was the main technician on the job and treated my property and conducted the work as if it was his own house. His attention to detail is outstanding and all of the work was extremely clean. James was well organized and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable, and my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely use Plumber Kings for any future plumbing work and would recommend them without hesitation to others.

Chris and his crew at Plumber Kings provided exceptional work. From the beginning of the project of installing a new sewer line and clean out, they guided me through the process and gave me piece of mind that the work would be done to my high expectations. With this job they had to dig up a trench and break into the concrete, but his crew not only performed professional quality work, they’re craftsman and do things the correct way. There are also not many plumbing companies that can do complete jobs like they did—putting the front yard back to normal after the dig and doing concrete work to my carport. After 4 days of searching and calling Plumbing companies, I became discouraged and gave up. The next day water started bubbling in the bathroom and immediately, I knew I had to search again. I was referred to Anji (a name I was not familiar with} and decided to give them a try. In minutes I received a call from Plumber Kings and spoke to Chris. He took the time to listen to the problem I was having and explained the benefits he offered to his customers. After I confirmed for him to do the work, Chris sent his Assistant Robert to access the problem. Robert was courteous and gave detailed information as to how the work was going to be done.
