Fantastic service.I only gave four stars because when you make the appointment the reservationist will not give you a quote. Try as you might, you won’t get a quote until the technician shows up. I was surprised that replacing a garbage disposal cost $315.00!?However, Josiah, the technician was amazing. On time, efficient, well spoken, and kind. He is an excellent addition to Parker & Sons

Alec with Parker & Sons came out for an estimate on electrical install for a chandelier and ceiling light. I agreed for the install and he did a fabulous job. Very careful and meticulous as if he was working on his own house.. He was both kind and informative. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. I’ll be calling him again for other electrical needs.

Was led to believe I would receive a Reem AC unit and instead received a cheaply made unit from Mexico. The crew was punctual and polite, I had to leave back to work for several hours, I received a call telling me they were through after only 4.5 hours. I showed up to find them all relaxing in their vehicles which would be fine if the work is complete. There was a significant mess left that took me over 2 hours to clean. The granite from my yard was left strewn over the walks, there was stripped wire and other debris in the hallway under the thermostat, the garage was not cleaned up from their mess appropriately, the crew had used my restroom without permission while I was away at work, left it a mess with urine all over the toilet, shower curtain etc. As for the mechanical aspects of the work, the vent was pulled away from the garage ceiling a bit and I was told I could caulk it. The cover for the power plug outside had been used and the rain guard was left open as we all looked at it. I thought one off the 4 off them would shut the thing, no way, I had to. The metal work under the AC unit was amateurish and leaves razor sharp edges exposed. I’m not disappointed, I’m really pissed. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 35 years and would not have this happen on my watch. I will never recommend Parker and Sons and am considering further action. *********Update, 5 weeks into my new unit problems with cooling. 2 techs have been out 4 times and the unit still doesn’t cool. The last tech found a leak in the Freon line from poor installation. He couldn’t repair so I was told someone would be out in the morning. I waited, nothing happened so I called and they have no record of the issue. This is how I have spent my extended 4th of July holiday. Stuck in a hot house with my 2 poor dogs. I’ve added some pics of the installation work. Cracked wall, the plumbers tape I put over the leak hoping to keep what Freon is left and just miscellaneous pics of bad work to include sitting the heat unit in the garage off center. Tore the insulation on an existing vent and didn’t bother to fix, I gave drywall damage from the condensation line backing up, I’ve never experienced anything like this.Update, The Parker and Sons Branch Manager came to my home shortly after this post. He appreciated the gravity of the situation, was truthfully taken aback by the work and he quickly scheduled a crew to remove and replace the entire apparatus. The friendly service crew preformed an excellent job leaving the unit perfectly installed. They spent 12 solid hours on the job. The Branch Manager has called me no less than 4 times to ensure my happiness. I haven’t had a minutes trouble since. I’ve used Parker and Sons for other issues such as plumbing and air conditioning service, the Technicians have always been extremely polite and knowledgeable. Having been in the Customer Service industry myself for over 35 years I have experienced this sort of issue first hand. I know believe the initial installation errors were the exception not the rule.

I had a circuit breaker in my bedroom continually tripping. I called Parker and Sons and was able to get an appointment same day. The electrician they sent, Alec, was amazing. He was polite and courteous. He walked me through my options and was able to fix the issue the same day. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

This is the second time I’ve used Parker & Sons. They did not disappoint! The technician was; Carlos. He wired for a hot tub. Did an excellent job. He had to dig some of the yard up. When he was finished, you would have never known he was there. I like to take this opportunity to thank plumbing technicians Larry and Michael for fixing my plumbing leakage. They were professional in explaining what was needed to complete the job and guarantee me if there were any issues with their work performance or complaints to feel free to call the company back as soon as possible. Nowadays you have to be careful what company to call in order to get the proper attention or respect of having miscellaneous electrical or plumbing fix the right way the first time and not having to worry about calling the company again due to not completing the work properly. Once again, Parker and sons technicians employees my respect to both of you for an outstanding job performance and thankyou for a professional job well done.

We have used multiple plumbers in the past usually just call whoever is available. Connor from Parker and Sons came out when we had a backup this time and made us lifelong Parker and Sons customers. He was extremely knowledgeable explained everything he did in detail and had the best customer service. Also offered to come back out for free within 30 days if there is another clog !! Only company I know of that does that.

Parker & Sons recently installed an updated 200-amp load center at my old property to replace a 55-year-old split-bus panel. They were extremely responsive and quick in scheduling the work, and the technician -- Alec -- did a truly excellent job of putting in the new panel. He was very neat and methodical and very helpful in answering all my many questions about connecting the new load center into all the complicated circuits in my 1935 house. I could not recommend Alec more highly, along with everyone at parker & Sons!! Excellent work!!!

My AC decided to stop cooling on a Sunday. I knew finding a repair person on a Sunday evening was not going to happen. However, it was nice to find a repair person that could come out first thing Monday morning. Chris at Parker & Sons really stepped up and was able to get us repaired and preventative measures done in no time. He was honest, friendly and the dog liked him! He was respectful and didn’t mind explaining everything he was doing and showing us exactly why certain repairs were needed. No fluff. Just exactly what was needed. We opted to have some upgrades too. Bonus, it didn’t break the bank either! Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality.

Call the repair line, spoke to a most pleasant woman who was able to get a technician out the same day for no extra cost period within 15 to 20 minutes of hanging up the technician called and announced he was on his way and would be there in about 20 minutes. He evaluated the situation professionally. Give me multiple options, upfront pricing. And the option to pay half in advance or the complete bill. I highly recommend using them and will definitely be contacting them again. 4 electrical air conditioning/heating. Or any other plumbing job? I have thanks for the great service. So many wonderful things to say about Chris ( our technician) and the company he works for. My parents are elderly and disabled and when their AC went out I was devastated. Mine had gone out a couple months prior and 2 companies tried to take advantage and the 3rd was just good enough. I didn’t want my parents to go through that, and they didn’t! Chris was so knowledgeable, on time, efficient, and kind. Although he gently warned me that their unit was running out of time he did not pressure me to buy new, he simply fixed the problem. That fact- along with all the others has earned my trust and loyalty . I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons first for all future AC needs. Highly recommend!

After we contacted the company that installed our system just 5 years ago for an emergency fix when the compressor went out they were not available and could not guarantee when they would be. It was well over a hundred degrees that day.Parker & Sons told me they could be there within the hour. Unfortunately an electrical storm hit so they had to cancel but they rescheduled for the next morning and showed up as promised. Marc A. Did a thorough evaluation of our AC system and thankfully it did not require a new compressor . He did let us know that the coils really needed to be cleaned, so he did it for us and it made a significant difference in the performance of the system. He also advised us of other things that would be a good idea to have such as a surge protector which we fully intend to have installed next month when we have a little bit more time.Parker & Sons employees are skilled and knowledgeable, and most importantly they were there when we needed them. The plumber Patrick came out to troubleshoot our hot water heater. Because the water was it adequately heating the water. He recommended replacing rather than repairing the water heater. He was able to replace the water heater the same day. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

She came to do our annual service and wound up selling us some upgrades that will definitely extend the life of our HVAC unit. We normally obtain 3 estimates for having work done at our home. Timeliness resulted in our taking Parker & Sons under contract, the first to show up on site. Turned out to be a very good decision on our part! The work was to replace existing underground (and rusted away) conduit and circuit wiring within as well as correct main house panel circuit breaker inconsistencies. The work was very professional, our Electrician was extremely customer oriented especially in keeping us informed of progress and advising of what also needed to be looked at. He even removed electrically the pool timer, which was part of the circuit in question, but not required functionally anymore. Our highest recommendation is we will call Parker & Sons for any other electrical work we may need in the future!

I chose Parker & Sons off of Google and thankful that I did. We had a pool of water in the front/side yard and did not know who to call to come out to find the problem.First, Audrey, who answered the phone was the nicest lady. She said they could come out between 2-6 that afternoon and that they would call/text when they were 30 minutes away. Sure enough, I got a text and telephone call, just as Audrey said. When Parker & Sons arrived, they immediately started working and found that the water line from the street had come apart.9 Since it was dark by this time, they came back the next morning and finished the job. They even did extra things to the pipe to make sure it never happens again. Oh, and I received an email about the appointment time for the following morning and text and a phone call saying they were 30 minutes away. This company is A++++ and will definitely call them again.

We had a plumbing company come out for a backed up shower drain. Plumber looked at it a said you need a new sewer line. I asked him if he would try to snake the drain which he did. Said he couldnt get it and ran a camera in the sewer line. Sewer line looked bad, and was told it had to be replaced. We had no sewer so no showers, no toilets or sinks. This was on Labor Day weekend.Decided to get a second opinion. This is were Parker and Sons come in... Josiah Harjo showed up. Very friendly and professional. Showed him what was happening and about the other company. He investigated the issue and figured out the line from the kitchen sink was causing the backup. He unclogged the sewer line from the kitchen sink and the water went down! It saved us from spending thousands of dollars immediately. Their prices were great. Will definitely call them again! The technician Eric went above and beyond and also was able to get me an appointment for early the same week for an AC issue. When it rains it pours!!! Anthony came out to my home to help me with my hose bibs. Things were so bad that having to do anything outside would cause me a mental health crisis because nothing worked. They scheduled me pretty quick and when Anthony came out, I had enough warning to put my dogs away and make sure that I was ready. Anthony went over all of my concerns with me and helped me to understand what each thing meant and what it did. He then told me about his plan and about something that could go one way or the other way so that I was comfortable and would understand what would happen next. I was very surprised that Anthony was even able to do it that very day that he came out to give me the quote. Everything was done and taken care of in 3 hours of Anthony arriving and I was shocked that I had waited so long with something that had cost me so much mental health agony. Parker and sons did a great job for me today and I feel very happy.

Anthony and Joshua came out to drain my water heater, checked my ph level on my water softener and check my anode rod in my heater to ensure everything was working properly. Some problems can wait, but this wasn’t one of them. Our A/C heat pump unit was blowing weak, cool air, and the thermostat set point could not be attained as the house temperature went up…in Tucson in July. Johnny from Parker and Sons came out the following day after scheduling an online appointment at around 10PM, which was in itself pretty impressive. We experienced excellent communication and commensurate service, and they had us up and running in no time. All questions were answered, and a level of trust was established. I highly recommend Parker and Sons for your air conditioner or other appliance needs; I think we’ll stick with them for a while.

Had a mini split system recently put in an RV garage that will be utilized as a home gym. Victor and Gabriel came out the next day after the quote and did an amazing job with the installation. The outdoor vents/electrical are clean and tidy. I am detail oriented and they readjusted the positioning of the unit on multiple occasions without complaint until it was cosmetically perfect. They did do minor damage on the outside wall stucco while doing the install and took full ownership and repaired it before leaving. On top of all that they were punctual, provided thorough explanations before/during/after the install, and were very professional. Would 100% recommend.

We had a pipe break in our bathroom shower. It only leaked when the water was turned on. I called Parker and Sons because they were great with an electrical fix I needed a few months back.The tech came over (William) on a Saturday and said that he didnt have the ability to fix it on the weekends unless I wanted to pay extra for him to go to home depot. ($200 not including parts). Since it wasnt a rush, I decided to schedule it for Tuesday afternoon from 2-6pm. I canceled a doctors appointment (that I rescheduled for Wednesday) in order to be home and left work early.I waited til about 4pm and called asking if there was an update on the ETA. They said the tech was still working elsewhere and would give me a call when they were 30 minutes out. Great. Then they tried to ask if I wanted to schedule a service for my hvac. Nope. Just want to have my pipes fixed.It was then 6:14 pm with no call. So I called back and asked for an update on an ETA. Said they tech would call me when they were 30 mins out. Asked if id like other services. Nope again.At 6:29pm I got a call from the tech saying he was stuck at a job and wouldnt be done for a couple more hours. He asked if I was willing to reschedule. I understand that things happen. He asked what time would work best for me. I said that the 2pm-6pm slot works best because I dont have to take off too much work. I said I would be home and waiting at 2pm. He said that was perfect and would make sure they were here.I got home at 1:30 pm to make sure I could let the dogs out before they got here.By 5pm, I hadnt received a call so I decided to call and check for an ETA. They said the tech was on another call. I asked if there was a priority for people that had to be rescheduled. They said that there isnt. They said that I should schedule for 8am so the tech can fit me in their schedule. Why could I schedule if the schedule isnt followed? If you dont have the techs to do the job, you shouldnt accept new calls. And then the person on the phone asked if I wanted to schedule for other services.no. I just want my pipes fixed.The tech finally arrived around 630 and promptly started to work. At 7pm, he notified me that he didnt have the parts that he needed to fix the pipe. He had already taken apart everything. He asked if he could leave it as it was or if he wanted me to have him put it back together. Defeated, I said he could leave it as long as we could turn the water back on. We turned it on and it was not secured, with water flowing into the bathtub. So, he had to redo the work he just undid.He then said that he would come back the next day. I asked if we could do 8am so I could make sure it was done. He said hed just come over after finishing his other jobs.I was defeated.Thankfully, the boss had somehow seen that my work was not getting completed and that issues were continuing to happen. He went to the job sight of Anthony and told him to immediately come to my house to fix the problem.Anthony Garcia wad absolutely amazing. He got our shower fixed, up and running, and made sure the water pressure and everything was working as needed. He even stopped to take a look at our other bathroom to make sure that was one running well. He really went above and beyond, and if not for him, I would have gone elsewhere.So they fixed the problem before I let it ne known that there was one. Anthony even cleaned up after himself and cleaned the bathroom better than my kids. Hes the reason Im rating this a 5 star.Tl;dr : Anthony Garcia saved the day. William needs to find a different field. And dispatch/answering service needs to find a better way of addressing clients when the service is late. Or maybe find a way to get information on how long theyll be waiting.

Some of the best service Ive received since I moved here in 2009! Johnny Gurrero was dispatched to our home (31 Jul) to check out the problems with our broken air conditioning system. Not only did he isolate the issue, but he went above and beyond! He worked with us on choosing a new unit within our budget and scheduled an install date two days later. We were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism! If I have questions or concerns about my HVAC, Johnny Gurrero will be the first person I call! He deserves a raise!Michael Sepulveda was dispatched to our home on 1 Aug, to service our water heater. Mike gave me numerous tips on how to maintain our water heater and additional plumbing tips. I tried to utilize some of his tips the following day (2 Aug) when our backyard flooded but to no avail! I called Mike and told him the situation, and within an hour or so, he was at our home to evaluate and neutralize the problem. Within an hour, Mike stopped the flooding, cleaned up the area he worked on, and gave me some additional tips! If I ever have any plumping issues, Michael Sepulveda is who Ill be calling! He deserves a raise!On 2 Aug, Parker and Sons dispatched a team of guys to install our new air conditioning system. This group included Jose Gastelum, Joel Gonzalez, Sebastian Reynaldo, and John Temple. These guys were courteous, professional, and hard-working! They were at our home for nearly 11 hours, but they took care of business! When I say they took care of business, I mean they took care of business! They got the old equipment out, hauled it away, and installed the new system like a winning Superbowl Team! The Olympics should give these guys gold medals!Parker and Sons, youve got a winning team with all these guys! If I were rich, Id give them each $5,000 a piece, if not more! He said he could get us recharged to get it cooling until we can grt the company who installed our AC unit out for a full fix since our unit is under warranty. Last week my AC went out, and my house began to smell of smoke. I immediately looked online and saw Parker & Sons. I checked their website, and they had the option for me to book my own appointment online and luckily had a same day appointment available. Jose and Jay showed up and fixed my AC unit, cleaned it, and also had a thermostat installed. My unit is working like a champ now !Thank you !

Parker and Sons has become my go-to for AC and plumbing needs. The main water line to my house (in the service alley) broke late in the afternoon. Larry came right out, assessed the problem, was back out first thing in the morning, and we had running water again by noon. Great service. They are my first call. Highly recommended.

I was in dire need of a new hot water heater, and replacement of all valves and fixtures in my guest bath. Parker & Sons gave me a same day quote and replaced and fixed every thing the following day. The plumber William Brewer and his helper Matthew Fisher were extremely professional and gave quality work. It was my first time using the company and I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

I am using Parker & Sons to purchase another air conditioner/heating unit on my roof. I am not going to lie, prices have gone up considerably from last year. Crew who did installation were top rate and respectful of my time and privacy. Dan did the paperwork and got me a 12 month interest free loan which will save me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend Parker & Sons to anyone needing to upgrade/replace their heating/air conditioning unit(s). Very reliable and they know how to get it done right, the first time.

I had Parker & Sons replace a bedroom ceiling fan and two noisy bathroom fans. Not an easy job to replace the bathroom fans but the electricians were very professional and had the job completed in a reasonable time and their workmanship was more than satisfactory. They were able to complete our job within one day of my original call and for less than another top rated area company. Will definitely use them for any future electrical work. Highly recommend Parker & Sons Tucson.

My smart thermostat lost power over the Memorial Day weekend. I was relieved to find Parker & Sons would respond immediately. I hadnt liked the thermostat I had so purchased a Nest before the technician Brian S. got here. He was able to get here earlier than scheduled which was great because the house was getting very hot. He installed the new thermostat but then discovered that the actual AC unit had likely blown some fuses. Within not time, hed been up on the roof and gotten the whole system running perfectly. I thought the pricing was very reasonable, too.

My dad just bought a house in Huachuca City and scheduled an Electrician and HVAC person to come out. Darren was the Electrician who helped us. On time, very professional, great sense of humor, and very thorough in his work. The HVAC person for the swamp cooler needed to reschedule due to a storm. Would recommend them without hesitation. I hope the HVAC guy takes care of my dad equally as well.

Everything was fine. The technician showed up toward the end of the appointment window but worked pretty quickly. The work caused a problem which caused existing outlets to lose power, but the tech was back the very next morning and quickly took care of it. The work I also necessitated damage to drywall in a few places. It wasnt communicated until after I had agreed to the work, but drywall damage would not be repaired by the tech. Not a huge deal, but the cost was high enough that I wouldve appreciated knowing that I would also incur the cost of repair at the time of the quote. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process
