I talked to 5 different plumbers, local and big box companies. Benjamins price was less than half of the competitors, and he didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need. He gave me a realistic opinion on the issue, was very professional, and most importantly, delivered the service as promised. I will be calling him again in the future!The terrible tile cut job was from myself when I put a band-aid on the problem.

So incredibly happy with the work Ben and his crew have done for us. They are very rare. Great communication from Sharman and Ben. They showed up when they said they would and gave an immediate estimate. They were so fair in their pricing. The quality of their work truly is top notch. Weve used them for two projects including two bathrooms-including complex valves, gas line upgrade, and moving washing machine plumbing. We will absolutely continue to use them for anything and everything else that we can! Thank you for the great work!

3/13/18 Ben just installed my new kitchen sink, hooked up the garbage disposal and dishwasher also. Very clean and professional work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Honest and dependable.1/2018 - I wouldnt call any other plumbing company. On The Side Plumbing is honest, reliable, and does an excellent job. I have used them for years from bathroom sink install, to showers and toilet re-caulking. This last time Ben came out and winterized my pipes. I would recommend them highly.

On the Side Plumbing was recommended to me. Ben was not able to get to me at the scheduled time due to another job, but still came by in the evening to look at my plumbing issue. The next day he and his son completely reconstructed the plumbing under the kitchen sink, only took them an hour, and billed me under the estimate. The work is high quality, no mess, and efficient. I highly recommend On the Side Plumbing!!

Ben, Sharman and the rest of the On the Side Plumbing team are true professionals. I own an old building and have many plumbing issues. We have dealt with a few different local companies in town and have found Ben to be honest and true to his word. I would highly recommend On the Side Plumbing. Whether you have a clogged drain or bad gas line, nothing is too big or small for them.

My sewer lines kept backing up, and I needed a more permanent solution than having someone run a snake through the pipes once a month. Benjamin dug up a portion of the line, replaced some bad pipe, put in ground level clean-outs, cleaned and flushed the pipes, and scoped the lines. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, kept me informed throughout the process, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. My pipes look so much better than before he cleaned them out. I would hire him again for any plumbing work I needed. I appreciated that he explained my options and made excellent recommendations. All in all, quality work for a reasonable price.

Highly recommend. Friendly, arrived within the time window, took time to make sure I understood. I was told that I was going to need a new sewer line. Ben came out, asked what was going on, I explained. After listening to me, he said it really did not sound right and wanted to see what was going on himself. After looking at the line and taking the time to explain the pipe, Ben told me I do not need a new sewer line. There was nothing wrong. Ben just saved me 4500+, and lifted a big weight off my shoulders!! Thank you Ben

The Alvarez brothers came out to my house located multiple leaks in my main waterline and attempted to fix. Had to place a temporary line to get the yard blue staked. Then returned and completed the job. Their quick response to my emergent problem was greatly appreciated. Southwest Gas arrived to install new meter and unbeknownst to us we found out we had a gas leak from the meter to the main house ☹️ but the guest house was fine. Southwest Gas turned off our gas .
