Joe was prompt on his arrival time and got right after the water leak in our wall. He and his assistant David worked so well as a team getting the access needed and line repaired. Joe was great. We called a little after 8 on a Monday morning and he called back within 10 minutes. They were able to tell me what kind of toilet to by and he was at our house before 10 am and done before 11. So happy to have found a new plumber that I will call anytime I need plumbing services. We have used Joes Platinum Plumbing for many years now... He has never ever let us down. Yesterday we had something get enlarged in our toilet... I tried and tried but couldnt get it out..So my wife said call Joe already! So... I did and he got right back to us. It took him 15 mins to get it out (Plastic Bottle) .. He is truly a pro.... Thank you for always being available and always doing things the right way at an fair price. God Bless you guys and Im sure Ill see you soon, not too soon, I hope..

I dont even know where to begin,5 stars is not enough for this plumber.if he says 8am thats when he will be there,no screwing around.his work is above good.he could have cost me a lot more but he did not.truly a very honest person.very rare in this day and age.his helper is very personable with a ready smile and an explanation of the work or parts.ive already given my neighbours his card.
