We had our pluming inspection done today by Jason Shreves of Intelligent Design. He did an outstanding job inspecting our water and sewer. We viewed with him the video image of our older clay sewer pipes outside of our house with some roots coming in. He patiently listened to and answered our questions. We received a quote on repairing our sewer pipes in two different manners and chose to repair by replacing the older clay pipes. We are very happy with Jason and know that he will do a great job on the replacement.On the same day we had our heating system inspected by Jordan Oliver of Intelligent design. He did a though job of cleaning and testing the heating system and also helped us with some filter issues we have been having by teaching us the best fan operation settings in the system menu settings. -

I was having a seasonal inspection but also having some issues with my heating system. Johnny Guerrero came and cleaned the system and was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave information on what needed to be replaced and has the system running correctly in the meantime. Thank you so much!!!
