Fantastic experience with Imperial Plumbing! Austin was prompt and courteous, but most importantly, knew what he was doing. Fast and great service, they came out same day we called. Temporary repairs were completed the first day and I was advised by Elmer (Tech/plumber) to call back when demo company was complete so that permanent repairs could be made. Elmer gave me his direct company phone number and the same day demo company came out to remove my damaged cabinets, Elmer came out and made permanent repairs to our leaking water line. Elmer was professional, friendly and explained the repairs and process which made everything less stressful. Highly recommend Imperial Plumbing.

This review is long overdue but definitely warranted. Good friends of our recommended Benji and Imperial Plumbing. We were doing some kitchen remodeling and we needed help in moving the kitchen sink drain so that it would drain properly. We called them mid-day and they came out that afternoon. They explained what was need and provided a quote on the spot. It required cutting a decent-sized hole in the half wall in behind the sink that faced the dining room. Not what we wanted to hear, but necessary to do it right. Imperial Plumbing not only did the work (the next day) but also referred a sheet rock professional who came out the same day the plumbing work was done and repaired the sheet rock. Benji also called late that afternoon to confirm that the sheet rock contractor came and that we were happy with the work and the contractor. We most definitely were!We also decided to have Imperial Plumbing rebuild that plumbing stack that brought water into the house. It was the original plumbing and close to 25 years old. It was leaking a bit and needed work. Like the drain, it was very professionally done.I have never had a better service experience with any type of contractor (timeliness, professionalism, superior workmanship, value, and customer-oriented).If you have plumbing needs, Imperial Plumbing should be your first and only call!

I was looking for a plumber that I felt comfortable with. I had an issue with the drain in the kitchen. I got 3 quotes and 3 different experiences. Plumber 1 gave an estimate by running water in the kitchen sink and said he could clear the drain pipe. Plumber 2 came and tried to clear the pipe with a small snake and said there is another issue going on and gave a estimate for a bigger job he was on the right track but didnt have a scope to view what was really going on. I called Paul at Imperial plumbing, and Austin showed up. He spent several hours with the scope and diagnosed what the real issues might be. When I looked at the camera, I was hopeful that the old pipes were in better shape than what we were looking at on the screen. They cleaned the pipes, and the bad section was so bad that it was actually a collapsed pipe. We came up with a plan for more needed repairs because of the collapsed section of pipe. They came back and set up dust cotrol, completed the work, and cleaned up after the work was done. Prices were competitive, and the service was superior. This is a small business that is small enough to know you, Big enough to serve you, and they show that they care. Thank you, guys, for the great job.

Extremely satisfied with our service. The owner, Paul, took a tremendous amount of time to make sure that we understood all of our options to repair our burst pipe. We chose to fully repair as well as take preventative measures to safegauard our plumbing. The staff were all polite and friendly. They all took the time to answer my questions (which were constant and numerous.) Im very detail oriented and appreciated the effort to be sure I knew what each step entailed. They even cleaned up after themselves (cutting concrete floors is messy.) Our pricing was very reasonable for the expert work and we certainly recommend them.

I would say Ive dealt Stadium with about a half dozen plumbing companies in Tucson Are over the years and it’s always been a small or massive headache with bad service and dishonest quotes and billing. I was recently in an emergency situation, and I heard about Imperial, so I gave them a call; they came through same day!, and not only fixed our sizable problem, but prevented future issues upon further inspection and at a spectacular cost!!! If all businesses ran like this one, it would be a different world!

Although I wasnt home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldnt loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. Was so happy with Imperial Plumbing Services.Our garbage disposal completely broke, so we called imperial plumbing at 9 o’clock this morning, and at 1 o’clock the service man, Elmer showed up right on time, explained everything that he was going to do, showed me a picture of the new disposal and the cost.As he was installing the new disposal, he noticed that some of the old plumbing was not installed correctly. He just went into his truck, found a piece of plumbing, and came in and made it all come together. They did not have to touch it, seeing that is an HVAC problem. However, they went above and beyond to help the problem until an HVAC company can come. They unclogged the drain and the situation improved tremendously. They know what they are doing
